30/11/2025: Everything needs improvement, starting with the quality of the Japanese dishes. The seaweed is really too chewy, and the fish doesn't seem to be of the highest quality. The Chinese dishes are definitely the best. Service is slow. The place seemed a bit cold.

09/08/2025: Chinese-Japanese restaurant in Matelica. Good food, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat price includes a cover charge and drinks. Still, a good alternative to the usual Italian fare.

24/09/2025: I went to this pastry shop because I had high expectations and for an event that was close to my heart: my son's first birthday. I explained in great detail how I wanted the cake in question, but these requirements were not respected and completely distorted the principle. The main colors were supposed to be red and yellow, and the Mickey Mouse theme was supposed to cover the entire cake. The result was a completely broken cake (the cream decorations), the color went from red to PINK, the color on top changed the entire cake, and the Mickey Mouse wafer on top was faded. It was supposed to be a sponge cake with pistachio and hazelnut cream, but instead the flavor seemed like a mess, the sponge cake was not noticeable at all. EDIT TO BE FACTUAL!! I initially left a negative review because the cake did not correspond to what I requested. However, I must recognize that the pastry shop handled the problem seriously and professionally, refunding me the full amount. Even though the experience didn't go as I had hoped, I appreciate the helpfulness and honesty shown.

24/09/2025: The place is very elegant, but the space for tables is too small. The outdoor seating is at exhaust height due to the constant traffic. Parking is often very difficult to find. Unfortunately, the coffee has changed recently; the previous blend was excellent, but this one doesn't satisfy me. The pastries are excellent, especially the cream filling, but even then, lately, I've found some croissants that weren't too full! They could have done without the mural!

09/10/2025: September 9, 2025, 2:24 PM. I've been sitting outside at the bar for about 30 minutes. No waiter comes. Everyone's inside chatting, some with their phones in their hands. I leave. But the location is nice. Regardless of the organization 🤨

27/08/2025: If you want to be your own bartender, come here. I asked for chinotto and lemonade, and he didn't even pour them in my glass; I had to do everything right there in front of him at the counter. Prices as if there was service, but instead there wasn't a trace of it (obviously, when I asked for help carrying the drinks out since there was some left in the bottles and my glasses were already full, I was told "I don't do table service" and I had to carry it out myself.) Rude manners. You'd be better off going to the supermarket to buy an aperitif instead; at least you'll save yourself the €7 for two basic drinks and the rudeness of someone who doesn't want to do their job.

23/11/2025: We celebrated our daughter's eighteenth birthday with her friends. The kids had a great time. They ate well, and the staff accommodated our every need. It was a celebration.

05/10/2025: We had breakfast at this pastry shop, everything was good, but it was a shame the girl at the bar was always sulky. She said good morning to us in an annoyed way, and even when we ordered, she seemed very annoyed. A smile would be appreciated.

29/10/2025: One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. We stopped for dinner before a show at the Sferisterio. The show starts at 9:15 PM, and we were seated around 7:15 PM. We immediately ordered two appetizers and two first courses. At 8:30 PM, only the appetizers had arrived; there wasn't a single first course. I asked the waiter for clarification, but instead of saying he was going to ask, he replied, with an annoyed expression, "I'll bring them to you as soon as they're ready." I decided to wait another 15 minutes. At 8:45 PM, I got up, told the waiter to cancel the order, and went to pay. The guy at the register, still smoking a cigarette inside the restaurant, started making a fuss, saying we should wait because they wouldn't open the doors before 9 PM anyway; maybe he was thinking of making me eat the first courses with a funnel. At the register, there were other annoyed and nervous people. In the end, he charged me (35 euros for two appetizers and two drinks). The waiters were rude and inexperienced; the waiter in the above response continued to bring incorrect orders to the tables throughout the evening. I can't comment on the food, since I only tried a couple of crostini. The location is fabulous; I'll leave the rest up to you to decide.

26/10/2025: The owner was kind enough to welcome us, even though the restaurant was practically closed around 2 PM. He then served us what the kitchen could provide at that hour: semi-cold dishes and appetizers. Two paltry bruschettas with a smashed tomato on top, a salmon carpaccio hastily prepared with substandard ingredients. We trusted his advice, and the falafel, Ascoli olives, and fried cremini arrived in quantities worthy of a school lunch. Plus, a chicken tagliata was inedible. The morsels were charred, so bitter, dry, and tasteless, nestled in wilted arugula leaves that were clearly from a supermarket package. The drinks were fine, but the worst surprise was yet to come, at the cash register: a bill that exceeded €100 for three people with paper napkins in a location that, while beautiful, is one we'll never set foot in again.

19/08/2025: End of August, the bar closed. The "owner" arrived, and without any sense of politeness, rudely kicked us out, even though we hadn't done anything wrong or damaged the building. We've discovered that the place is run by incompetent people. We were just regular customers waiting for hot pastries.

21/09/2025: The owners are kind, but not enough to fix the DIRT and inadequate furnishings. Having "antique" furniture in the building doesn't mean it's BROKEN.

18/08/2025: Definitely a lovely, quiet, family-run place where you can enjoy excellent Marche cuisine alongside the kindness of the owners! Mariella is a wonderful woman and an excellent cook, a true mother to everyone! Not to mention Francesco and Alessandro are incredibly polite, kind, and eager to spoil their guests! It was lovely to listen to Francesco's masterful piano music during dinner! An agriturismo worth considering if you're not looking for a Michelin-starred establishment, for its familiarity, tranquility, and proximity to interesting places to visit. I highly recommend this establishment! Salvatore Dartizio.

20/10/2025: Bad experience this morning. The BLOND bartender with a ponytail was RUDE and UNHELPFUL, even preventing me from staying at the counter to eat. Unprofessional behavior, especially in a place that could offer better service. CONGRATULATIONS to whoever hired the bartender.

11/09/2025: Terrible experience! My friend and I, on a quiet Wednesday afternoon (and I want to point this out because it wasn't as chaotic as it usually is on weekends), approached the bar and asked for an aperitif (it was 6:00 PM and there were already other people at the tables having one, so we were convinced we could do it). The bartender told us to get the receipt first, so we went to the register and repeated our request. The bartender at the register replied, "No! We don't do aperitifs! Go and see our colleagues, the ones who don't have a SHIT to do; they might even make one for you." My friend and I were shocked and, of course, left, having our aperitif at another bar, as recommended. A decidedly unpleasant and unusual reaction to a perfectly legitimate request. I'm even more surprised by the fact that I've had the opportunity to have an aperitif at that bar before, and I've never had any problems. But even if there really wasn't any possibility of preparing that damned aperitif, just say so calmly and the matter would have ended there. How dare a middle-aged man go on a rampage like this with two girls he doesn't even know and who haven't done anything to him? Needless to say, I obviously won't go to that bar again, because fortunately, his colleagues are definitely better. But it's still unacceptable and unjustifiable behavior, especially in a public setting. SHAME!
