30/04/2026: Let me start by saying they recommended the pizzeria to us. I called on Monday, April 27, 2026, to reserve a table for two for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 8:30 PM. When my mom and I arrived, we found the restaurant closed and a notice saying the pizzeria would reopen the next day. I called to ask for an explanation and was told they had a problem with the oven and the technician couldn't come. I pointed out that no one had informed us the restaurant was closed for this reason. The gentleman on the phone apologized repeatedly, saying they had notified all the customers and forgot to call us. We came all the way from Montappone to Montecosaro specifically (over 30 km to get this response). I'm sorry, but this isn't proper behavior, and it's not forgetfulness, but indifference. You definitely won't see us again.

15/04/2026: We had dinner at "Il Segreto di Pulcinella" in Montecosaro and the experience was impeccable. The pizza is truly delicious: the dough is light and the crust is thick, and some versions are even filled—a real treat I highly recommend! The service was quick and courteous. The prices are absolutely average.

03/08/2025: I can only review my takeout experience. I ordered five takeout pizzas at around 5:30 PM, which were supposed to be ready by 8:45 PM. I arrived promptly at 8:45 PM, and they delivered the "TAKEOUT" pizzas at 9:15 PM... 30 minutes late on five pizzas I'd ordered in the afternoon. I can't imagine what happens if you eat there. (Which, given my experience, will never happen.)

I went in, said hello, and the girl there didn't even look at me, not a smile, not a single "hello." We told her we had ordered a cake, and she brought out a tiny cake, without decorations, with practically illegible and poorly made writing. But above all, a cake that was definitely not for 8 people. She weighed it in front of us, and it was 600 grams. SIX HUNDRED. When we'd agreed on the phone, more than double. At that point, we asked her if that was really the cake we ordered, and even she seemed completely taken aback: she looked at the paper, looked at the cake, and kept saying, "I don't know, I didn't make it." Which, frankly, is not the kind of response you should give to customers who've ordered a cake for a birthday. Throughout the entire situation, she was completely indifferent, almost annoyed. No attempt to understand the problem, no proposed solution, no "I'm sorry." The only thing she did was wash her hands of the situation by saying she hadn't made the cake, despite having said she'd made the reservation. We even went out for a moment to figure out what to do because the birthday was today, and we found ourselves at the last minute without a decent cake to bring. We then came back to say that obviously we wouldn't have it, and we weren't even told anything. Not even a hello. Honestly, I find the whole thing embarrassing and very unprofessional. A birthday is a special occasion, and finding yourself in a situation like this due to such superficial management was truly unfortunate.

23/11/2025: The pancondito, which is better than many pizzas in the Marche region. The meat is fresh and flavorful. Finally, we enjoyed a beer tasting with sophisticated but very good flavors, made with love and respect for a work of art. I'll be back often. :)
