26/07/2025: Limited selection for lunch. Terrible service. We waited far too long for our food, others came after us and got their food before us. They also forgot some of the drinks we had ordered. When the food finally arrived, we were attacked by wasps - lots of wasps - we had to leave without finishing our meal. The food was mediocre/poor.

25/07/2025: Bar and restaurant in Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno. Good service, decent food. Excellent Ascoli olives. Prices are a bit steep, but this is a unique location.

08/07/2025: Warning! Avoid this place, The customer service (non existent) received by a rude female manager was shocking! Racist and aggressive behaviour. Manager approached and shouted for trying to erect a parasol which full price had been paid to use this service. Also went to throw items from a chair and no apology from this person. Also witnessed rude behaviour towards other PAYING clients using the beach facilities. This is not how clients should be treated in all my years visiting Italy I have never experienced this behaviour highly disappointed.

20/06/2025: We waited at the counter for half an hour and no one came to serve us. Really shameful. I do not recommend it to anyone.

25/08/2025: I'd say the new management is disappointing, especially for vegetarians who used to enjoy delicious chili dishes that are no longer available! Everything Mexican has been removed... at this point I would have even changed the name of the place! Terrible chicken cutlet and very salty pizza... I'm sorry, but I won't be returning and I definitely don't recommend it. At least the staff was friendly.

24/08/2025: My favorite place to have lunch or dinner after the movies. Friendly, welcoming young man. Excellent first courses and meat dishes. I've been going there since it opened, and that's been years! I returned in August 2025 and discovered that management had changed. The atmosphere was awful, the staff seemed to rush around pointlessly. It took half an hour to order, but the quality of the meat was decidedly poor. I won't be returning. It's a shame, I've been going here for 25 years. You need to reconsider everything. Sorry.

15/08/2025: The experience was ruined by the unwelcoming staff, especially the guy who showed up with a long face, his hat pulled back, and dragging his feet. The prices were high, and the gelato was mediocre.

08/08/2025: Unfortunately, the ice cream was tasteless... a real shame, the location was very nice.

24/08/2025: Average place... At first the staff seemed a bit "naive": the lady hadn't told us that the menu was with a QR code and we waited in vain for it to be brought to us... We asked for a seat away from the music because our little one was sleeping and we chose a table. I placed the stroller next to me and the lady told me that it was in the way (even though they could fit perfectly) and took the initiative to move the stroller as she saw fit! I remained silent and still, I don't even know how! Beyond that, I have to say that I really liked the pizza! Crispy, well-topped, and thin, just the way I like it!

07/09/2025: Review We've been going to this restaurant for several years and have always had a great experience, so we've been happy to return. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely different from usual. The restaurant was almost empty, but we waited half an hour just to order and another half an hour for our appetizers (salmon, swordfish, and seafood salad), which were served in much smaller portions than we were used to. They then brought us olives, but the quality was clearly noticeable. We decided to wait a little longer, but when the mussels and clams finally arrived at 3:00 PM, they were anything but fresh and tasteless. At that point, we decided to get up and leave. Furthermore, we witnessed rude comments from the waitress in charge toward other customers, and when it came to the bill, she quoted us an exorbitant price, which we disputed, even including dishes that hadn't been brought to us. A restaurant that had always been synonymous with quality and professionalism has deeply disappointed us. I hope it returns to its former level, but at the moment we don't feel like recommending it.

07/09/2025: From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, they hadn't even finished bringing us all our appetizers. Terrible service; the owner treated us terribly and told us to all order the same entree because they couldn't make different entrees. They were treated like dogs, really, impatiently, as if she were doing us a favor (we'd already waited two hours). Forty minutes after we ordered, the water for those entrees hadn't even boiled. We paid €160 for six people for not even all of our appetizers, and the owner even dared to say, "Oh, but you shouldn't show up at lunch in a hurry." It was truly disgusting. Entire tables left after hearing how the owner treated people. Disgusting. When you're having a difficult day like this, with understaffed staff and obvious problems, you need to apologize to your customers and maybe even offer them wine, not treat them like dirt. My family has been going to this restaurant for 50 years, but this is the last time.

17/08/2025: A bottle of tea from the supermarket costs 5 euros, guys, pure madness, then they complain that tourism is in decline, you're fine with that, this is usury.

14/08/2025: I had low expectations, and they were definitely confirmed. The fried food was truly embarrassing: €14 for a non-existent portion. The platter and drinks were extremely expensive, the service was poor, and the staff was unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended.

26/05/2025: Pre-made dough. Cold slices. Comparable to your average North American pizza chain.
