20/01/2024: Servizio SCAZZATO ANDANTE Il cibo non è male, ma il servizio è veramente inesistente! Siamo stati qui per la cena di compleanno del mio compagno e devo dire che non sembrava di esser serviti da un robot. le comande sono arrivate giuste ma zero empatia, cameriera un po' sui toni dello scazzato andante e alle 10.15 ci hanno detto che stavano chiudendo. Siamo usciti alle 10.45 e il mio compagno non ha fatto in tempo ad avvicinarsi che la ragazza aveva il conto in mano, un po' della serie "andate via!" . Rispetto si, cordialità zero. Mangiare fuori deve essere un piacere, a livello di cibo e servizio. In questo caso nonostante il cibo fosse nella media, non vale la pena spendere 60 euro a testa per un servizio così scazzato.

22/09/2023: Everything was delicious, we had dinner more than once at the Da Marcello restaurant and every time we found everything good, the staff very kind and organised, and not to mention the owners, 2 fabulous people, very good and who know how to do their job very well. I'm only giving 5 stars because there aren't 10 but they deserve them all. We will be back very soon

24/03/2024: An enchanting place in itself, I spent 4 nights ago with my family. Negative note: visibly inexperienced staff, poor breakfast even though we paid for an overnight stay and a "rich" breakfast with the waitress who was visibly in a hurry for us to finish (we went around 10 to have breakfast). The room was wonderful if only for the lack of cleanliness and a smelly smell. The level of the cuisine is at a tavern level which does not at all reflect the price paid, 50 euros per person. It's really a shame because if it weren't for this we would have returned, the place is truly a corner of peace.

26/07/2023: Never a more appropriate name for a place. "Black hunger"... because they really make you feel it given the wait. 7.00pm. I'm calling to order two takeaway pizzas and a portion of battered vegetables. I ask if it is possible for 8pm and I am told that it would be better for 8.15pm. All right, I say, no problem. 8.05pm. I show up at the pizzeria. There are two people in front of me and I sit down waiting for my order to be ready. 8.20pm. The customers I had in front of me leave but my order still can't be seen. In the meantime, between the counter and the kitchen you can see young workers chatting with each other, chatting on the phone and not caring about the customers. 8.30pm. My pizzas are finally ready and are placed on the counter but there is still not even a shadow of the portion of battered vegetables. 8.40pm. Still nothing, I'm starting to think I'm in a candid camera. 8.50pm. Come on, maybe it's a joke. 8.55pm. Finally this blessed battered vegetable comes out and when it's time to pay I take out the card and the girl at the checkout snorts because she's forced to give me the receipt. 9.10pm. I'm finally home. The pizzas are now inedible because they came out 40 minutes early and the battered vegetables were so soaked in oil that they were unwatchable, let alone eaten. I threw everything away. Thanks Black Hunger.

26/07/2023: Mai nome più azzeccato per un locale. "Fame nera"...perché te la fanno venire veramente vista l'attesa. ore 19:00. Chiamo per ordinare due pizze d'asporto e una porzione di verdure pastellate. Chiedo se è possibile per le ore 20:00 e mi viene detto che sarebbe meglio per le 20:15. Va bene, dico io, nessun problema. ore 20:05. Mi presento alla pizzeria. Ci sono due persone davanti a me e mi siedo nell'attesa che sia pronto il mio ordine. ore 20:20. Vanno via i clienti che avevo davanti ma il mio ordine ancora non si vede. Nel frattempo tra bancone e cucina si vedono giovani lavoratori che chiacchierano tra loro, chattano con il telefono e se ne fregano della clientela. Ore 20:30. Sono pronte finalmente le mie pizze e vengono appoggiate sul bancone ma della porzione di verdure pastellate ancora non si vede neanche l'ombra. ore 20:40. Ancora nulla, inizio a pensare di essere in una candid camera. ore 20:50. Dai, magari è uno scherzo. ore 20:55. Finalmente esce questa benedetta verdura pastellata e al momento di pagare tiro fuori la carta e la ragazza alla cassa sbuffa perché costretta a farmi lo scontrino. ore 21:10. Sono finalmente a casa. Le pizze sono ormai immangiabili perché sono uscite 40 minuti prima e le verdure pastellate erano talmente intrise di olio che erano inguardabili, figuriamoci mangiarle. Ho buttato tutto.
