18/07/2025: La solita truffa per turisti. Ho voluto appositamente provare un cono di olive proprio per verificare la mia supposizione. Olive di qualche giorno prima tenute in “caldo” in banco/vetrina fatiscente… con la scusa di farmelo abbondante mi ha pure fregato 50 centesimi… sicuramente le olive ascolane si trovano meglio in un qualsiasi altro locale pescato a caso… Migliore si ma se si parte dal fondo della classifica. Pessimo.

29/08/2025: I called the day before to reserve an umbrella, asking for the price of an umbrella and two loungers. I was told 20, but when we arrived at the beach, we paid 35. Communication between the staff was so poor that when we booked by phone, our reservation hadn't been communicated to the beach. The beach showers were inaccessible, dirty, and one even had excrement in it. No comment.

21/08/2025: I'm told that only on Wednesdays can you enjoy such a relaxed atmosphere, with lovely, soothing background music. You can enjoy some of the best pizza I've ever had! I've also seen some interesting dishes being offered... But the pizza is simply fantastic!

29/08/2025: If a simple coffee costs €1.50, or €0.20, even at the Autogrill restaurants in the Marche region, I'd honestly bring my own and stay away from the bars and restaurants in Montemonaco. It's just not worth it. This way, they want to encourage tourism, but what kind of tourism is tourism to milk people? Bye, bye.

30/08/2025: The fish platter in the photo was intended for two people and cost €64. The side dish was served before the drinks, and the bill arrived at the same time as the espresso.

30/08/2025: Don’t ever go to this place if you have any little sense of taste. Who in the world goes to Italy to get served such things? The waiter was nice which is about the only nice thing I can say about this place. This needs to be shut down, shortly.

13/07/2025: Very disappointing ice cream, almost difficult to distinguish the various flavours and the medium one is too expensive at €3.30.

23/08/2025: €10 for a ham and mozzarella sandwich, where there were probably 20 grams of the first and 30 grams of the second. A steal. Toast with a third of the filling promised on the menu, for €9. At that price, I eat more at the service station, and that says it all. The sandwich was truly half-empty…

09/08/2025: Beautiful place, well-kept and clean. The food is truly excellent and the price is very fair. You can also ask for a gluten-free sandwich. Highly recommended!

24/08/2025: I've been frequenting this pizzeria for several years now and can happily say I've seen its growth and positive changes in both the restaurant and the staff. The atmosphere is always welcoming and familiar, and each time I notice a constant commitment to improving the quality of the service and the pizzas, which are truly excellent and always made with care. I highly recommend trying this place: it's ideal for a dinner with friends or family. It's worth remembering that, with large tables, service can take a little longer, especially if you don't order appetizers—this is completely normal and understandable, as everyone's attention to detail is the same. In any case, it's absolutely worth it: a place that has grown over the years and deserves to be discovered (or rediscovered).

14/08/2025: Seated at 9:00 PM, served at 11:00 PM! The food quality was very poor! The fried foods were industrial, and the rest seemed like company cafeteria food, or worse! At 12:00 AM, the chef came out to apologize for the delay, saying that since there was another table of 10 people, he couldn't keep up! The stove was busy... When we politely tried to tell him he should improve, he responded arrogantly and not very politely! The only nice thing was that he offered us a dessert to apologize for the delay. We had a sorbet, obviously industrial, and not very good either...

28/08/2025: We ordered 3 poke bowls through Deliveroo, 2 with mango (which costs €0.50 more), and they arrived without mango. We called to report it and were told, "That's impossible, the mango is there because I added it." It would have been enough to say you were out of it, if that was the case, but to say there's an ingredient (with an additional cost, as it happens) when a customer calls to complain about its absence... Are you really trying to say this customer is stupid or a liar? You kept the euro, though... Be careful about ordering for home delivery; perhaps they would have notified us in store about the ingredient being missing, which can easily be done on food delivery platforms too 😉 It's a shame, because the other ingredients are also good, the ones that are included, of course.

26/08/2025: The poke wasn't good. They didn't know what gluten was.

25/08/2025: The evening of August 14, 2025, at 11:55 PM, four of us asked if we could get ice cream. The gentleman inside (I presume the owner) replied, "The place is closed, please come out." He sounded very rude, and without answering, he "accompanied" us to the gate outside, which he slammed shut, and continued to refuse to answer. He was extremely rude, and could have said in a different tone, "Sorry, but we've already closed everything and we can't serve you." I understand you're tired, but it wasn't even midnight yet, and it was mid-August.

22/08/2025: We got some ice cream for after dinner. A small cone for €3 (two flavors). We were shocked and speechless at the small amount placed on the cone. I've never seen anything so small; compared to other places, it was the equivalent of one flavor!!! I didn't say anything; I don't feel like arguing, but he'll certainly never see us again.

31/07/2025: I have been satisfied customer for several years., Now for three days you have not been able to enter the site and talk to someone to solve the problem. . You cannot do in a new order: as soon as I try to enter the site, I am asked to implement the registration data (moreover in possession of the company for years). I do it and the procedure blocks and does not allow you to do anything. Absurd.

15/07/2025: I love this store. There's a huge selection of Italian wines and everytime I went into the Testaccio location (several times during our last two visits to Rome), Andrea gave me excellent advice on which wines to buy. The last one I had, which I think is stellar, is a biodynamic Lazio white (Malvasia & Passerina grape blend) called Oncia Bianco, by Carlo Noro. Next time we visit, I'll definitely be returning.

22/08/2025: Beach volleyball court, covered above and below, therefore unplayable, from 8pm to 10pm, €60… I've never seen anything like it.

13/09/2025: Very nice place in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Sushi is average, nothing spectacular, but there are tons of options!

07/09/2025: Best “all-you-can-eat” in Ascoli Piceno, right in the historic center of the city!!!
