29/03/2026: Terrible experience, and not just because of a single incident. Pizza ordered in the afternoon and paid for, to be picked up in the evening. A friend comes by to pick it up and is asked for payment again—you know how human error is. Second incident: We ordered some pizza pieces in the afternoon, including spicy salami. When we picked it up, I pointed out that the red pizza had been mistakenly prepared with sausage. I didn't admit the mistake, and they didn't offer an exchange, but I was forced to buy another. Oh well, human error can happen. Last incident: We ordered 5 pieces of pizza in the afternoon, including pepperoni and sausage. I sent my mother to pick it up and she returned with 5 plated pizzas. She pointed out that they probably misunderstood because there were 3 of us, and they didn't do anything to accommodate the customer, continuing to claim they were plated. But it didn't end there—instead of pepperoni and sausage, they made potatoes and sausage! Truly embarrassing management of the work and the customer, but you know, as the manager has already commented in other complaints... HUMAN ERROR.

10/01/2026: I'll start by saying that I sent back the worst pizza. I'm posting photos of what arrived at our house—photos that speak for themselves. I'll add that the pizza was already ready when we arrived (several minutes before the agreed-upon time). The waiter and owner's apologies were "sorry, it was an oversight." A charred pizza won't sell, and it's not oversight, it's just trying to rip people off. Never again!!!!

05/03/2026: I've been there several times. The last time, for takeout, was quite disappointing: the quality wasn't as good as it used to be!

10/01/2026: First time at this restaurant. The quality of the food is second to none. The staff are very kind and attentive, but you can't arrive hungry and leave feeling like you haven't eaten. The portions are ridiculous, especially considering the final bill. We won't be returning.

17/02/2026: Excellent pizza, it's a shame that being behind a column you couldn't see the game, with empty tables, they could have easily satisfied the customer.

09/10/2025: Very nice place, welcoming and friendly staff, but avoid the €80 dinner with the kindly granted discount. Dinner for two: cold cuts platter, 2 slices of salami, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of mortadella, 4 small pieces of cheese, 2 mozzarella balls, half a zucchini au gratin cut into rounds, diced tomatoes, bread, mini sandwich with porchetta, paccheri with ragù (normal portion). A gin and tonic and a glass of wine! €80

06/03/2026: I go there often and it's always a spectacle, Roberto's pizza is a magician, and both Marcella and her sister are always very kind 😍 But lately the prices have risen... for example, my wife and I went there one evening and we got 2 pizzas and 1 bottle of water for €30! This evening instead I ordered 2 pizzas to go: 1 half red with potatoes and sausage and half red with vegetables without corn with a little mozzarella and 1 caprese with ham on top, total €23.50... (oh, they put the corn on it anyway) for goodness sake I'm not saying I don't go there anymore but I think the prices need to be reviewed and carelessness with the corn can happen

05/03/2026: Sweetness and friendliness. After work, I was craving something sweet. And your very kind sales assistant offered me an excellent black truffle for dessert. And also a slice of pizza. Even though it's almost 11:00 PM, I was pleasantly served. Everything in Monticelli is closed... It wouldn't take much to enhance this neighborhood. Essentials are lacking here.

20/10/2025: We decided to go to this place for a somewhat rowdy Saturday night... and the pizzeria reflects this... those looking for a Michelin-starred place... please pass... for all the others who want to eat and drink without spending a fortune, they are welcome... the service is good even if sometimes it takes a while... but we take the opportunity to chat a bit about the ins and outs... the dishes are good... so as I always say, give it a try, people... give it a try...

25/02/2026: Excellent fish, tasty... fresh and natural flavors. My girlfriend and I spent about a hundred euros. We had a hot and cold fish olive appetizer. Two first courses, a glass of wine, a coffee, and a dessert.

21/12/2025: Federico is an excellent host, but his is the real San Benedettese brodetto... Spectacular. The balance of flavors and the aroma of the vinegar are perfectly balanced, no house won hands down... Thanks again Federico, I'll be back soon.

18/04/2026: I've been here twice since the start of the season, since Easter to be precise, and I have to say that this new management knows what they're doing. You can tell they're skilled, from the service to the quality, to the kindness of the staff. Long live professionalism! The Riviera delle Palme desperately needs it.

05/04/2026: Friendly staff, good food, a place with plenty of comforts and amenities. Highly recommended for families with children. Special guest: the wonderful Nana 🌸

10/03/2026: You often get the craving for "MaC". I love their breakfast (well-cooked toast, orange juice, double soy cappuccino, croissant. Quality and half the price of some bars..) 🇺🇲🤙🇮🇹. Parking is available. "Drive" if you're in a hurry. Wi-Fi. Charge your electric car while you eat. Fast table service with friendly, smiling, and polite staff. I like it, I often go there with my RobotS.. ⭐️

07/03/2026: I've been working out a lot lately... There was no salt in the potatoes, and the butter tastes bitter... And last time I dictated the order and they gave everything the other way around... the wrong burger, the wrong cake...
