15/11/2025: We went for lunch and ordered four sandwiches: unfortunately, three were cold, with the bread probably not being fresh, one was burnt, and the chicken inside was frozen.
The service was decent: the lady at the counter was kind when we asked to reheat them, but the bread was still not very good, and the overall experience was disappointing; we hadn't expected it to be this good.
We also noticed a woman in the kitchen with her hair down and smoking a vape—behavior we consider inappropriate in a food-preparing environment.
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it at all. Receipt available upon request.

29/08/2025: I called the day before to reserve an umbrella, asking for the price of an umbrella and two loungers. I was told 20, but when we arrived at the beach, we paid 35.
Communication between the staff was so poor that when we booked by phone, our reservation hadn't been communicated to the beach. The beach showers were inaccessible, dirty, and one even had excrement in it. No comment.
21/08/2025: I'm told that only on Wednesdays can you enjoy such a relaxed atmosphere, with lovely, soothing background music. You can enjoy some of the best pizza I've ever had! I've also seen some interesting dishes being offered... But the pizza is simply fantastic!

I'm sorry that a place where you can eat can be ruined by a small, VERY IMPORTANT detail.
They aren't entirely honest when it comes to the bill; the prices don't match those on the menu, and they're a bit sneaky by adding inexplicable amounts.
It's a shame because in a place like ours, in Ascoli Piceno, there aren't any places where... like in this case... they grill meat. It's one of the very few places here, BUT it's ruined by the dishonesty of those who run it.
HONESTY WINNS ABOVE ALL.
What a shame!!
27/11/2025: When it comes to the bill, the owner applies the prices he decides, they are not those on the menu... the final bill is excessive, the POS doesn't work, ... the receipt?? Who saw it!?!?... goodbye!

14/08/2025: We spent two days in San Benedetto and happened upon this beach resort, which has absolutely everything: the family who runs it welcomed us warmly and with great kindness. The facility is equipped with every comfort and serves a thirst-quenching and delicious draft beer. I highly recommend it!

01/02/2026: A star for service. The pastries are picked up with tongs or, at most, a napkin. With hands that a second before had touched money, a little bit of everything here and there, without washing them, he picks up the pastries and cookies. What's more, with a full hand, not even two fingers on the side. My only mistake was not to hand them over and walk away.

16/01/2026: My friends and I went to this place for the first time last night and had a great time, both in terms of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was a pleasant surprise. I recommend it.
05/01/2026: I think there's been a change in management, the only negative note is that the heating was broken (it can happen). Otherwise, the food was good, the service was decent.

Negative note: the price was a bit too high for three considering how much we ordered.
16/08/2025: Very good food and friendly, helpful staff. The only problem is the bill...agree on the price in advance, otherwise you'll find "salty" surprises at the cash register.
There are no displayed prices for appetizers; you sit down and don't know what you'll eat or how much you'll pay.
I hope they can improve this aspect, given that the products are of good quality.

Ordered on December 29th and still haven't received it due to the courier!
I've contacted them several times, via chat, phone, and finally email, but they continue to be absent!
On the other hand, they bombard you with emails... I'm sorry, but my last purchase with them... you can't just get good products at a good price. If you sell online, you ABSOLUTELY MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT!
12/01/2026: Lack of professionalism. Delivery already a month late, goods never received. No answer on the phone. No response via email despite reminders sent weeks later... Still waiting for a refund...

22/08/2025: I spent a truly enjoyable day at the Calypso chalet in Porto d'Ascoli. The beach is well-kept and tidy, with well-arranged umbrellas and loungers. Special thanks to the owners, beach staff, and bar staff: everyone was friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests' needs. I had a wonderful lunch, with fresh, high-quality dishes. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, a warm welcome, and excellent cuisine by the sea.
22/08/2025: I ordered a mojito that was, to say the least, horrendous and, therefore, undrinkable. Poor-quality tonic water, to boot, with half a lemon, a dash of some unidentified alcohol, no cane sugar, a tiny green leaf, and lots and lots of ice! After paying, the young waitress politely and professionally apologized profusely to my complaints, while the owner, unperturbed, remained absorbed in thought with a disgraceful indifference. This is not how you treat customers; you scare them away!

24/10/2025: Today we ordered 3 coffees and 3 croissants at a coffee shop.
Everything, like everyone else - they smiled, said "grazie", waited for it to be brought to the table.
10 minutes passed - everyone around them was already drinking coffee, and they were ignoring us.
We reminded them in Italian -
zero reaction.
Another 10 minutes later I went to argue. I say:
“Sorry, we made an order 20 minutes ago.”
And she says to me: “Italiano, per favore.” I say NO!!
Seriously?
If you work in the service sector, maybe you should at least learn not to be rude to customers who have paid money?
Customer orientation - zero.
And these are the moments that really spoil the impression of the country.
