13/09/2025: Beautiful, perfect for a birthday party, an aperitif, or even a dinner. The food is excellent, and the pizza is better than many pizzerias in the area.

01/09/2025: My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The location was undoubtedly charming, but that was all. We had an aperitif on the beach, then they had already set the table for dinner, as if they were choosing when to eat... My husband ordered the raw fish and thank God he didn't feel ill; they were defrosted and still full of water. I had ordered fried calamari, which was supposed to arrive with his dish, but in the meantime I was watching him eat. Finally, the fried food arrives, and here comes the best part: Fried calamari and ants! We sent it back, mentioning the problem. We went to pay, and the pseudo-owner added it to the bill. My husband pointed out that we had touched it and sent it back because there were ants, and replied that he didn't know anything about it and that being at the seaside, it can happen! Can it happen? Perfect, we paid for everything, even what we hadn't eaten, and without the slightest shame or apology (maybe he could have offered us a drink to make up for it). He'll definitely never see us again, and since we're locals, we absolutely won't recommend him to anyone!

25/09/2025: A very elegant and tastefully decorated restaurant. We discovered this excellent restaurant only during the last week of our vacation, and since then, we've chosen to dine there every evening. The menu is truly varied: from steak to pizza to pasta, we've sampled several dishes, and they've all been delicious, always served promptly and with care. Dublin House also offers a vast selection of excellent beers. A special thanks goes to the staff: extremely friendly, attentive, and always available to satisfy every need. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. We've definitely found our favorite restaurant in San Benedetto.

30/11/2025: I'm really shocked by the service this evening. Unfortunately, it's not possible to publish the pizza, if you can call it that, that the waiter brought me. I wouldn't have given it to my dog ​​either.... besides, I got up three times because I had to wait a long time for two burnt pieces.... after seeing so many bars and restaurants, I'll never go back.

14/10/2025: What a terrible awakening! I hadn't been here for a few months, and I always gladly return when I can, but this time I found a real mess! Dirty tables; to clear your table, you practically have to chase the two waitresses who won't even look at you if you set yourself on fire. The food, too, used to be excellent; today I ate extremely salty cod! A terrible step backwards!

03/09/2025: Chalet La Promenade was a wonderful surprise on the San Benedetto del Tronto seafront, a place where good food meets a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

25/08/2025: The evening of August 14, 2025, at 11:55 PM, four of us asked if we could get ice cream. The gentleman inside (I presume the owner) replied, "The place is closed, please come out." He sounded very rude, and without answering, he "accompanied" us to the gate outside, which he slammed shut, and continued to refuse to answer. He was extremely rude, and could have said in a different tone, "Sorry, but we've already closed everything and we can't serve you." I understand you're tired, but it wasn't even midnight yet, and it was mid-August.

22/08/2025: We got some ice cream for after dinner. A small cone for €3 (two flavors). We were shocked and speechless at the small amount placed on the cone. I've never seen anything so small; compared to other places, it was the equivalent of one flavor!!! I didn't say anything; I don't feel like arguing, but he'll certainly never see us again.

29/08/2025: The establishment is run by friendly and helpful people. The bathrooms are very clean and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

14/08/2025: We search for a chalet for a seafood dinner, strolling aimlessly along the San Benedetto seafront. The sun has already sunk below the horizon, but the sky still retains that hand-painted orange-pink hue. We walk, drawn by the smell of the sea and the sound of cutlery clinking on the tables. We stop in front of "Le Tre Caravelle." We ask if there's room, and with a natural smile, they welcome us immediately. They set us up at a table right on the sand, in a space that hosts umbrellas during the day. The feeling is that of a "seaside" dinner in the most literal sense of the word. It's not a traditional restaurant, but a tasting room, a refined snack bar, with a wide selection of wines. And here he comes in. The waiter, barefoot like his colleagues, arrives with a light step. We ask for the wine list. He smiles and says: — I'm the wine list! We change it so often it's impossible to keep it up to date. Tell me what you think, and I'll bring you some suggestions. He disappears for a moment, then returns with three bottles in his hands. He presents them with passion, describing their aromas, provenance, and history, as if he were reading a poem. His enthusiasm is so contagious that I can't help but ask: — How did your PASSION for wine come about? And there, a whole new world opens up. He studied architecture, but felt it wasn't his true calling. A Roman and a die-hard Roma supporter, he followed Roma away to every city in Italy. One day, on the fans' bus, he ended up traveling next to a group of young people... all food entrepreneurs, accustomed to reserved tables and premium bottles. — They always opened good bottles... and that piqued my curiosity! He dropped out of university and enrolled in a sommelier course at a renowned Roman school. He worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, becoming a restaurant manager. Then, as in every beautiful story, love struck: he met a girl from San Benedetto and decided to move there. Together, they opened the "Progetto di Cantina sul Mare": an original idea, an immediate success. The restaurant became a meeting place for those seeking special wines and stories to sip. Local friends often recommended he try the I Maltagliati restaurant in Torano. When he finally went there, he discovered by chance that the owners had been his classmates in Rome. Wow, what a surprise! From there, a collaboration was born: the refined dishes of the Maltagliatis met his wines. They organized events and tastings, and business boomed. So much so that, shortly thereafter, he and his partner took over the management of a historic restaurant in the Paese Alto area. His name is Edoardo. We, however, will always call it "the barefoot wine list." Because sometimes, behind a glass, you find not only the right wine... but the right story.

27/09/2025: Terrible service! There were flies in our drinks. We asked the staff about the food and they told us the restaurant opened at 7:00 PM, so we had to wait 20 minutes until then. Then they gave us empty tables and menus and ignored us. They didn't even feed us; we left after 50 minutes of inactivity.

15/09/2025: Very spacious restaurant with a lovely terrace at the entrance and tables on the beachfront that make you feel close to the sea. We ordered the pasta alla genovese, which was overall delicious, but where was the meat?! The potato croquettes and arancini were good, perhaps a little small; the fritters were less good, with the dough inside appearing a little undercooked. The pizza we ordered was good; you know how to make it, congratulations! The service was so-so, the staff very young, lacking in experience, which shows when ordering. The quality/price ratio needs reconsidering. Overall, it was okay, with a few niggles regarding the dishes we consumed, except for the pizza and the service.

17/11/2025: The restaurant is very nice, clean and well-kept, even the service was very good, unfortunately I didn't like the quality of the fish at all, both the rolls and the cream puffs were too big and too full of rice, the sashimi was very tasteless and almost disgusted me... I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be back.

16/11/2025: My girlfriend and I tried the "trust us" tasting menu (€70 each): everything was very good, especially the tartare starter. In my opinion, the portions were too large for a tasting menu; we were left feeling very full; however, it's always better this way than the opposite. The location is beautiful and well-kept, and the background music is pleasant. The service was quite good, but I would have expected a little more attention to detail: the tasting menu we chose wasn't described, yet the dishes weren't explained by the staff. Furthermore, we noticed many customers smoking their IQOS cigarettes undisturbed inside the restaurant; in general, in restaurants of this caliber, I expect the staff to intervene. Aside from these two small details, everyone is extremely kind and friendly, the food is very good, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes!

16/11/2025: Suffocating service. They refill your glass every 10 minutes to push you to consume as much as possible (we were asked three times if we wanted more glasses of sparkling wine before ordering... we were refused three times). They constantly try to convince you to order dishes other than the ones you'd like, always offering the most expensive ones. Poor value for money. 250g fillet...€70... Everything fake...even the customers. We wanted to say "little but good"... but it's more like "little but BAD."

12/02/2026: Back after more than ten years. Unrecognizable!! They've definitely changed management.

14/08/2025: €3.50 for a 3-flavored cup, which must have been three teaspoons. Served in a hurry, almost thrown away, and unsightly. I understand that it's busy in the evening, but the job needs to be done properly and not rushed. Average flavor.

21/12/2025: Welcoming place, kind, polite and helpful staff, the food is truly excellent, starting from the house appetizers, excellent pizza among the many choices on the menu... We will definitely be back!
