06/08/2026: Poor and shoddy in their customer service, with tables in the middle of the street, right on the forgivable road. Orders are forgotten, and service is very slow.

31/07/2026: My negative review concerns only the service of the waitress in charge of taking our orders. The first time she came to our table, we explained that we were waiting for our son to arrive. When she returned, I politely asked her to give us three more minutes because my daughter was still unsure. Her reaction was a grimace of obvious annoyance. Three minutes later, we were ready to order, and I asked her if it was really a problem to wait so little. She replied, "Yes," saying that the table was already reserved for other customers. Frankly, this explanation seemed unlikely to me: the waitress who greeted us hadn't informed us of any reservations, the restaurant still had many free tables, and there were no customers waiting. For this reason, my negative review is negative. A little courtesy and patience toward customers should be the norm. It's a shame, because an experience like this ends up ruining the overall rating of the restaurant. My negative review concerns only the service of the waitress in charge of taking our orders.

20/04/2026: Totally disappointed, called Saturday evening for an emergency, we were left on the street, I was with my girlfriend, paid 95 euros for one night, the room was cold and the air conditioning had no remote control, I called for explanations and was told that the excuse was because the air conditioning only made cold air, the broken shower door I had to repair late in the evening, and not even the breakfast which had already been paid for, forget it, look elsewhere, we will not return, taking advantage of two people in difficulty in an emergency to give a room without comfort, a disgrace

29/06/2026: A discreet atmosphere for a business lunch. The portions are generous, but the main course is a bit dry. However, the real highlight of the place is the energetic blonde waitress, who made our lunch unique.

08/08/2026: I recommend everyone to visit Puzzeria Vesuvio. The seafront location is enviable. We had dinner with friends and family, and enjoyed fish, pizza, and pasta dishes. I had the best salmon steak of my life! Delicious! Impeccable and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit!

25/07/2026: Arriving at Viniles after dinner at 10 PM means going to the back of the place, and that's fine... but it's not fair that they bring menus without prices; you can only have cocktails, no cakes, desserts, or appetizers, even if you pay. Regarding the fries (the only accompaniment to cocktails), after the first plate, we were told they were out of stock.... But there were indeed some, because we saw many more go by!! 🧐 And don't make fun of people by saying that craving a little something with a cocktail is hunger!!! If you're not required to serve fries but you just think it's a courtesy, as you wrote, I have nothing more to say about that. There was absolutely no toilet paper... And you're the one who has to check! The waiters were very kind, and they have nothing to do with this strange target audience! But whoever runs the place should make a little effort to be more courteous with their service! Even though it started out as a cocktail bar, it's still pretty lacking for those who don't dine there at 10 PM! Thankfully, the evening was saved by a fantastic band, "Awanaghens," who played and sang 25 songs, giving a captivating live performance!! BRAVELY BRILLIANT!!

10/07/2026: A completely disorganized place, they don't respect the order in which the dishes are delivered, they deliver the wrong dishes, and the waiting time is long. I don't recommend it and I won't be back.

19/05/2026: Great location. The fish first course was delicious and plentiful. Reasonable prices! I recommend it to everyone.

16/11/2025: My girlfriend and I tried the "trust us" tasting menu (€70 each): everything was very good, especially the tartare starter. In my opinion, the portions were too large for a tasting menu; we were left feeling very full; however, it's always better this way than the opposite. The location is beautiful and well-kept, and the background music is pleasant. The service was quite good, but I would have expected a little more attention to detail: the tasting menu we chose wasn't described, yet the dishes weren't explained by the staff. Furthermore, we noticed many customers smoking their IQOS cigarettes undisturbed inside the restaurant; in general, in restaurants of this caliber, I expect the staff to intervene. Aside from these two small details, everyone is extremely kind and friendly, the food is very good, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes!

16/11/2025: Suffocating service. They refill your glass every 10 minutes to push you to consume as much as possible (we were asked three times if we wanted more glasses of sparkling wine before ordering... we were refused three times). They constantly try to convince you to order dishes other than the ones you'd like, always offering the most expensive ones. Poor value for money. 250g fillet...€70... Everything fake...even the customers. We wanted to say "little but good"... but it's more like "little but BAD."

17/11/2025: The restaurant is very nice, clean and well-kept, even the service was very good, unfortunately I didn't like the quality of the fish at all, both the rolls and the cream puffs were too big and too full of rice, the sashimi was very tasteless and almost disgusted me... I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be back.

16/05/2026: Lasagna with miserable meat, a very thick mass, left on the plate. Ascolan olives with unsuitable meat covered in nutmeg. Unfortunately for us, a negative review, poor quality.

10/07/2026: My partner and I stopped for a quick break at the bar area while walking along the seafront. We only had two slices of pizza and two sandwiches, but the service was impeccable. The place is really clean and well-kept. The restaurant is separated from the bar area, which I really appreciate because often in these kinds of places, you never know where you're supposed to go. From what little I saw, the establishment was also very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

04/08/2026: Since changing address, unfortunately it has gone from bad to worse! Prices have skyrocketed without increasing the quality of products and service.

24/07/2026: If you exclude the new kids serving, since the ownership changed it has gone from bad to worse in terms of quality. As for the new management, they may be the rudest I have ever encountered in a restaurant. A customer for years, just my friends and I, we will not be going back because of the new owners.

16/01/2026: My friends and I went to this place for the first time last night and had a great time, both in terms of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was a pleasant surprise. I recommend it.

05/01/2026: I think there's been a change in management, the only negative note is that the heating was broken (it can happen). Otherwise, the food was good, the service was decent.

10/08/2026: We ordered Lemon soda and instead of bringing us the can or the bottle they brought us a glass already filled, I doubt it was actually Lemon soda but Lemon shwepes really unprofessional given that we specifically requested Lemon soda they should have told us that they didn't have the can and if we had agreed to the blindly filled glass the waiter once he arrived bent over the table stepping over a girl at the table basically not a nice experience

25/07/2026: The Ascoli olives (made according to tradition) and the fried zucchini are excellent. The mixed grill is delicious and plentiful. The service is attentive and friendly. Special mention goes to Alessandra, who is so friendly and always attentive to her customers!
