16/08/2025: I'm from the province of Turin, and my husband is from Castignano, a small town near Offida. The best thing about the Marche region is the gelato from Amor di Gelato, located at Corso Serpente Aureo 93, Offida. It's incredibly melt-in-your-mouth. I've never, ever, had gelato like this. From the usual flavors to some very refined and innovative ones. The very kind owner is ready to explain anything. Every now and then, we deserve a flavor like this, without wanting to denigrate anyone else, but when a product is fabulous, you have to spread the word.

22/02/2026: Big disappointment compared to previous years. Poor quality aperitif, tiny bathroom but the biggest problem is general hygiene. Today the pigeons also entered inside and on the tables. At a certain point the waiter caught one with his hands. We hoped he would go and wash himself instead a simple pass of gel on his hands and he returned to serve. Too bad.

21/02/2026: I was very disappointed with this bar. Paying €1.80 for a 0.5-liter bottle of water seems decidedly excessive, especially considering the lack of context that would justify such a high price. I understand the general increase in costs, but this is a disproportionate price compared to the average for a product that requires no preparation or effort. Furthermore, the service wasn't anything special enough to offset the expense. I hate to leave a negative review, but I think it's fair to point out when prices aren't in line with what's offered. I hope they'll reconsider their pricing policy in the future.

09/02/2026: This is a restaurant in San Benedetto del Tronto where I often go and which I greatly appreciate for its informal and convenient format: you order at the counter, then sit down and the staff brings everything directly to your table. The menu focuses primarily on excellent quality fish sandwiches, always delicious and accompanied by chips, with extremely quick preparation times. Beyond the sandwiches, the other one-dish options are also worth a try, such as the tuna steak or swordfish, always well-executed. The wine list isn't extensive, but the labels are local and well-selected, in keeping with the restaurant's concept. The atmosphere is deliberately very informal, ideal for a relaxed lunch or dinner without too many formalities. They also offer takeout, which I've used several times, especially from the Via Abruzzi location, where the format is the same and the staff is always very kind and helpful. A reliable place to visit, a pleasure.

09/03/2026: I'd never been to this restaurant before, and after reading the numerous positive reviews, I decided to give it a try... unfortunately, I regretted it. The staff is friendly, although I noticed some strange behavior among them, particularly toward one of the waiters. The restaurant offers a set menu: a rather modest appetizer, with the option of choosing two first courses from four options and two second courses from four others. However, we would have appreciated being informed of the price of the set menu in advance. We ate little, and unfortunately, it was also bad: the first courses were rather bland, and we left almost all of the second courses on our plates. The dessert, unfortunately, didn't improve the situation. When we got to the cashier, after making us wait a few minutes without explanation, we were given a bill of €45.00 per person: a decidedly high amount considering the quantity and quality of the food. Furthermore, we were not given a receipt. I'm sorry to say this, but I don't think I'll return to this restaurant.

09/03/2026: We dined at Il Ruspante, and unfortunately, the experience was truly disappointing. The place is extremely chaotic, with an unbearable noise level that makes conversation at the table virtually impossible. The food was mediocre: in particular, their very thin local tagliolini with pseudo-truffles and pseudo-porcini mushrooms were completely devoid of salt, flavorless, poorly balanced, and overall completely unsatisfactory. The elderly owner, over 80, attempted to entertain customers with a very over-the-top attitude. Perhaps the intention was to appear friendly and "rustic," but in our opinion, it was excessive and at times ridiculous. The informal atmosphere might be acceptable to some, but respect for others, women, and personal space should remain paramount, even if one wishes to evoke a style from another era. The ladies' restroom was also a real downer: extremely dirty, smelly, with a broken towel holder that had fallen off the wall, and no toilet paper. A general sloppiness and dinginess that was hard to ignore. In short, we were looking for typical local cuisine, but certainly not an experience like this. By our standards, it was definitely the wrong place.

26/01/2026: How to change a 5-star review to a 1-star service due to a business owner's lack of commercial savvy. Remember, Mr. Andrea, I am, or rather, I was, a longtime customer and I want to be treated like other customers (even your friends) since I come to a public establishment to eat and pay the same as everyone else. Your friends invite them over if you want to create unequal treatment. And then the "fuck you" thing you whispered to your friend, but you heard it... keep it to yourself. Enjoy your life!!

08/02/2026: A welcoming, old-fashioned place. The food is acceptable but nothing special. There's no printed menu to see prices and dishes available, even upon request. The only explanations were verbal and rather lacking in information. The final price was a surprise, disproportionate for the type of place and the food. Avoid.

02/09/2025: The Acquerello risotto with parmesan, herb butter, crispy raw ham, and saffron ice cream is worth the price of admission alone. I've never tasted a risotto like this before. Everything was perfect. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: Always a confirmation. We've been there for dinner several times over the years and they've never disappointed. Simple, delicious dishes to suit all tastes. Special Ascoli olives. Excellent prices and generous portions. Recommended.

13/11/2025: Read carefully. Mimmo's pizza is addictive. After entering this pizzeria, you'll leave. Thinking only of the pizza and the place. You'll think of the crunch you get when you bite into it. So, what do I suggest? Regain awareness? And once you're inside. There will be no other pizzeria except Mimmo's. Good, crispy, old-fashioned flavors. The taste. Of real pizza. In your mouth and in your mind? For hours and hours. If you have any doubts, reread the review from the beginning over and over again.
