Tonight, the calamarata gnocchi were superb, but... let's get to the spaghetti with clams and pistachio cream... AMAZING. Unparalleled on the entire Adriatic coast. You don't even have time to take a photo before you're captivated by its beauty and deliciousness. Innovation with the creative touch of a super chef. Silva is an excellent hostess, accommodating every wish, and the staff are brilliant. This is the third dream dinner in 10 days. Well done, very well done, and we look forward to the repeat. From one to 10... 26 only because it's my favorite number. Thank you so much for delighting our holidays with grandparents, parents, and friends. Artemisia included.

10/05/2026: Unfortunately, compared to my rating from 7 years ago, I have to take away at least 2 stars. The products are still as excellent as they were back then, and the quality of the pastries and cakes is fortunately still high. However, when the staff is visibly unfriendly and unprofessional (especially when there are children who unfortunately have disabilities and perhaps take that extra minute to choose what they want), the quality takes a back seat, and I'll be going elsewhere for a snack for a while. The staff (at least the afternoon staff, especially the lady) needs to be reconsidered.

06/05/2026: I'll start this review with their products: I find both the ice cream and the pastries very good and well-presented. The quality is evident, which is why we visit this place regularly, especially in the warmer months. Prices are average for the area. The spaces are very tidy and clean. The only downside is that some of the inside tables are far too close to the counter; when there's a lot of people in line, you almost risk someone sitting at the table. The staff also needs some work. Over the past year, there must have been some turnover and/or a reduction in staff; all of this has led to slow service and sometimes poor quality preparations. Last summer, there were some highly trained girls behind the counter and everything was always perfect. That's not the case today, so get a move on and hire qualified people and make sure they stay!

13/06/2026: Excellent place for a high-quality snack/breakfast. The panna cotta is one of the best, if not the best, in Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My recommendation: in winter, definitely try their famous hot chocolate, and if you like, add cream. Overall, excellent rating 4.75/5.

17/08/2026: Nice and welcoming place - but describing what I ate as pizza would be too much - it seemed more like focaccia. I recommend you eat something else. Being from Campania, I've said it all.

24/07/2026: Pizzeria in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. Many options, including some local ones. The staff is young, friendly, and accommodating. Very affordable, the pizza is good, perhaps a little too thin, but that's my taste. Nicely topped and generous. You can also order the famous Ascoli olives. They gave us a small discount at checkout, which was much appreciated!

11/09/2025: For a few weeks now, it's become our favorite Wednesday restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food. Short wait times and reasonable prices. We recommend the boccolotti with ribs.

07/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, as it's a trattoria with limited seating (you ALWAYS need to reserve). Some details are surprising, starting with the superlative welcome from the owner and the lady who manages the tables, and then the sheer disbelief when you realize how, with such a miniaturized cooking station, the owner manages to cook (perfectly) all the meat dishes served in the restaurant. It's a charming and very informal atmosphere, with outdoor tables when the weather permits, and indoors in the winter. And what about the good food? All I can say is...try it and believe it!

13/08/2026: The mixed grill was very good. But they completely forgot about us. I had to go into the dining room to call someone (and the place wasn't even that busy). The waiter also seemed pissed off for some reason. We asked for dishes, and at least two or three weren't available (mostly according to the waiter's response), and they almost advised us against the risotto because it took a while to prepare. The food was good, but I won't be returning.

09/08/2026: This seaside restaurant, like many others, has a huge problem: the quality-price ratio. A €50 appetizer tasting menu is absolutely not worth it. We ordered two tastings, two first courses, five grilled dishes, two bottles of Ceresolo, and three sorbets for a total of €360—far, far too expensive. Plus, there were issues with the receipts... I think you can definitely find better.

12/12/2025: I come to this bar every year because they serve good cocktails and the staff is friendly. This summer I came back with my boyfriend, and when I checked out they told me I couldn't pay separately because "that's how it works in Italy." I found them very rude because, having heard me speaking French to my boyfriend, they clearly thought they could lie to me because I'm not Italian. I hope they don't treat foreigners like that. (P.S.: By the way, I'm from Porto d'Ascoli but I live abroad.)

21/09/2025: Ideal place for a simple lunch by the sea. Excellent salads and smoothies, and a quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: We enjoyed breakfast a couple of mornings, everything was excellent, excellent service.

27/10/2025: The aperitif was good, with good parmigiana and Ascoli olives. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The waitress, Sara, was kind and helpful. An excellent wine bar and restaurant experience.

09/04/2026: The ice cream is excellent and tasty, with fresh, flavorful ingredients and a variety of flavors, from classic to more elaborate, you'll be spoiled for choice. I discovered it a few years ago, and now every time I come to San Benedetto, I can't miss out on a good ice cream. The staff is friendly and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

06/08/2026: Very good pizza, very good service, there are many good and greasy pizzas, go nearby, you too, it costs little, the best pizzeria there is in San Benedetto, typical and historic, but the thing that is not good is the time because I open a little too much, too late at 10, it is a little too late for us and the pizza is made too late but in reality it should open at 9 so by 9:30 the pizza is already ready, or later because I have a late-night restaurant at 10 so
