29/04/2024: I ate a pasta dish, very good and tasty. The staff is approachable and the environment is sociable. I wouldn't go there every day on my lunch break because there are places where you spend a little less, but to go there once in a while I must say that I had a very good time

28/08/2024: We stopped at this place for dinner, taking a table outside. The food was good but, unfortunately, the environment was externally noisy, to the point of making conversation at the table difficult. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

28/07/2024: A cena in due, solo noi due, in un vero paradiso della pace. Agreste, rustico, come deve essere un vero posto di campagna. Abbiamo consumato un tagliere piccolo di salumi, formaggi e fritti; una tagliata di vitello per la quale non servivia il coltello (la carne si scioglieva in bocca), una grigliata mista, contorni, cheesecake ai frutti di bosco non finta ma si vedeva fatta in casa (sapore unico), caffè e coperto. Abbiamo speso il giusto ma impagabile resta l'atmosfera. Un consiglio: andateci non nel weekend o feste comandate, vi godrete davvero il relax e la buona cucina. Infine, gentilissimo tutto il personale.

18/08/2024: We went to the restaurant for lunch, excellent and plentiful food, friendly and very helpful service. I love places where they make you feel at home even if you are a tourist passing through. And finally, the price is more than fair. Really satisfied!

11/05/2024: la Collina is the typical Marche restaurant. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made dinner even more enjoyable. The cuisine was full of traditional flavors from the Marche, with dishes such as tagliatelle with meat sauce and classic fried meat accompanied by side dishes of vegetables and homemade cremini. The freshness of the ingredients and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to taste the real cuisine of the Marche.

12/08/2024: Trattoria from times gone by in the center of Cupra Montana, a small village in the middle of the hills in the province of Ancona, where we ended up visiting a winery (La Distesa) that produces natural, truly natural wines. The restaurant is managed by the historic owner and the staff also seemed to have always been there, but at the same time they seem to have grasped the evolution of the village and the area and are also ready to welcome tourists. Homemade pasta is the basis of the restaurant: from the local lasagna called vincisgrassi to the ravioli, passing through the tortelli, all accompanied by white or red wine from the area. Both the place and the food are simple, but very welcoming and truly local. An experience worth having.

04/07/2024: Excellent experience: welcoming environment, maximum cleanliness both in the room and throughout the entire structure. The location is excellent: a stone's throw from the partner beach (Bagni Andrea where I found myself more than happy), less than 10 minutes walk from the delightful historic centre. Free use of bikes (a great thing!!). Delicious breakfast with lots of choice, I recommend homemade cakes and tarts, a delight! I took advantage of the half board with lunch, an option which proved to be very convenient considering the proximity of the beach. The menu is very good with the possibility of choosing between meat and fish, abundant dishes!

26/08/2024: Senza infamia senza lode.un buon posticino se non fosse che la parte coperta non è minimamente ventilata e la cura di qualke aspetto tipo che un ristorante di pesce non può venirmi a dire che ha finito le tovagliette umidificate o che devo chiedere tre volte un piatto per le scorze dei molluschi

23/08/2024: sono stato altre volte in questo ristorante dove ho festeggiato un compleanno , e portato i miei dipendenti a cena , mi sono trovato sempre bene, ma oggi qualcosa è andata storto ,ero con mia nipote lei 7 anni ha mangiato un piatto di tortellini , io ho ordinati un piatto di cozze e uno di sardoncini , i sardoncini non c’erano, ho ripiegato su 2 sogliole alla griglia, le cozze erano secche e quasi invisibili e non le ho mangiate , acqua ed un caffè , nel conto mi hanno fatto pagare le 2 sogliole come una grigliata , €22,00 non ho parole , forse a fine stagione non interessano più i clienti ,

24/08/2024: I stopped for lunch on a Saturday, without many pretensions and I must say that I ate some delicious garganelli with seafood. On the terrace with sea view, where the waiters were present for every need. Experience to be repeated.

12/08/2024: Unfortunately, out of the 2 times I went, 2 times I didn't feel good. I'm sorry for the boy I saw last night who was very kind, and for the girl today, but I booked for the aperitif at 1pm, I was told that everything was fine, but when I arrived there was no place to sit because "we don't accept reservations for midday" and we couldn't have the aperitif (enhanced aperitif, given that it was written on the outside sign) because there were no chefs.... Zero respect too 😅 the second star is mainly for the seasonal boy who was there yesterday.

05/04/2024: All good and beautiful, but the cup of capucino is actually full of foam, once removed that leaves 50 ml of milk and coffee. Shameful!!! Of the others everything was welcome and good.

13/08/2024: Passing through to grab a quick lunch for traveling later. Super friendly and welcoming staff who give advice to the customer to make the experience better. Excellent rolled piadinas, quality ingredients!!! I will come back for sure.
