29/12/2025: For a year now, it's become part of my morning routine whenever I pass through Filottrano on my way to Macerata. The place is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the products (both sweet and savory) are delicious and well-prepared.

26/12/2025: I love the classic panettone, filled with candied fruit and raisins, and I'm always on the lookout for one that fully satisfies my palate. The Biroccio panettone gets a thumbs-up, and I also recommend it as a gift, given the beautiful box it comes in. Upon opening the package, the almond and icing coating is already a visual treat, and then the soft, melt-in-the-mouth dough studded with goodies continues to delight the palate. The candied orange and citron are truly divine. I also got a triple-chocolate one for the family to enjoy, which was gone in minutes; it too is completely covered in chocolate icing and mixed chocolates. I'll definitely have to try the other fillings, too. They're very worthy.

Recently renovated, the staff is fast and knowledgeable. Reservations are recommended, but they'll do everything they can to accommodate you.

19/09/2025: The dog beach (Islamorada Dog Beach) was a fantastic place to spend a relaxing day together by the sea and beach with family and dog. Here, you can choose whether you want to relax in a designated beach box with a wooden fence or on a regular sunbathing area with two loungers and umbrellas. Right next door (2 meters away, depending on your chosen spot) is the beach, which is free (no charge), and the children made themselves comfortable there with beach umbrellas. We were able to enjoy a wonderful day with all our loved ones. The prices for the loungers are not excessive, there is a large free parking lot right behind the dog beach, and the prices at the café/kiosk are moderate. We were able to easily reserve our spot on the website in advance and pay digitally. The sea is great. It's a sandy beach, and we had great waves. It was a lot of fun. A restroom and a dog shower are also on site and included in the price. The dog beach is highly recommended 👍👍👍

14/09/2025: A very nice little stretch of beach for a holiday with a dog. Reserving loungers online worked really well. You can choose between a designated area or just loungers and an umbrella. Right next door is a small stretch of free beach where you can take your dog if you don't want a lounger. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. There are water bowls for the dogs, and there was also a welcome gift with a bag of treats, a travel bowl, and a place to store poop bags. There's a small bar selling small snacks, drinks, and ice cream, and even a special dog ice cream. We felt very comfortable and had a relaxing day at the beach.

16/12/2025: As Dr. Silvano said, quality pays off. My vassal and I arrived in a rush after a long walk dodging hedges. We were undecided between the eternal kebab or a panolo with basil. I was about to open Google to spy on some food images and make myself hungry like Silvano outside Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Then silence... I had seen some exotic chips. My vassal and I ran towards this place, unfortunately knocking over some hedges, and we ordered everything and more. Apart from the water, which was an ambiguous brand that we didn't know, the food was spectacular. The chips were perfect and finally someone to salt them. I don't remember the name of the torzolone, maybe the wrap, something really fresh and good. Everything exotic and spectacular. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat at a burger place that does something authentic. Then I rushed to my wife Silvano's car, but that's because she can't drive.

27/11/2025: Truly delicious pizza at great prices, with sandwiches also available. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to remove a star due to the inexplicable winter hours, which prevent them from opening in the afternoon/evening. It's a real shame.

26/12/2025: Positives: Cappelletti in brodo, for which the staff member who made them was introduced by the restaurant manager and received a well-deserved round of applause. The dish didn't deserve a full score; the broth for this iconic dish was lukewarm... a shame. Mediocres: > The room temperature was low upon arrival; we asked for the heating to be turned up. > Entree: mini supplí balls on a pepper cream, cold masticata-style pasta, a hesitant preview to begin with. > Mixed appetizers: vitello tonnato could be improved, polenta with melted cheese and bacon was insignificant because it wasn't seasoned. The grilled cotechino was noteworthy. Stuffed breasola tortelli could easily be replaced with something more valuable. > lasagna: titled "from when I was a kid," it features an unusual alternating of lasagna noodles, slices of mortadella, and sliced ​​cheese, topped with crusty ragù. This meant that our entire dining room, including our table, must have had 60 guests, who, after the first few forkfuls, left it on their plates. The staff's explanation for this blunder was that the dish is a recipe from Novara, and the chef replacing the regular chef seems to have been influenced. > the boiled meats are accompanied by a cocktail sauce and a salsa verde, which, in essence, create a dilemma for the critics, arguing between their insufficient quantity and their actual purpose in the boiled meats (both were rejected). At home, I would have eaten less improvised and more flavorful sauces to accompany the boiled meats. > fritto misto: a real sword of Damocles. If eating it makes you miss grandma's, it's poorly made and poorly reheated, and that's not a valid incentive to come and eat it like this. Fried Italian-style food is the epitome of poor cuisine; made like this, it'll die. > Homemade desserts: slices of panettone with pieces of nougat here and there, fairly consistent with the Christmas menu we've been serving up to now for €60 per person. Money wasted. Dissatisfied. We won't be returning. One of the most serious offenses against Italian cuisine is the "lasagna from when I was a child." The aggravating factor lies with the restaurant's management: it should have been tried sooner rather than debuting it blindly on Christmas Day and then suffering from this massive dissatisfaction. Eight months ago, we were always guests, we had a great time and expected a repeat. Yesterday, the restaurant wasn't even a distant relative, as if management had changed hands.

28/01/2026: A homey atmosphere, a warm, polite, and friendly welcome...amazing homemade food, made right here, with love and care for the ingredients. Paola and Maria Assunta make you feel at home and are excellent hosts. The road is steep but very well maintained.

18/11/2025: The food, in its simplicity, is good. Our experience was quite positive! The only downside was that when I went back, I noticed cats wandering in and out of the kitchen, and that bothered me a bit. Because, in my opinion, hygiene is important when you're feeding the public.
