01/06/2026: A delightful little restaurant in the center of Recanati. It's a shame some misunderstandings ruined the experience a bit. We're a group of six with a reservation at 8:30 PM. The waiter asks us to combine our orders because they have a small kitchen (which I appreciate). So we order three beef tartares, two goose puff pastry, and a carpaccio. Unfortunately, at 9:30 AM, only five appetizers arrive... the third tartare arrives 20 minutes later. I must honestly say that my goose puff pastry with mixed salad and red fruits was truly delicious. I recommend it, but unfortunately, our relationship with the waiter deteriorates due to the sixth appetizer being late and the second bottle of wine not arriving. Time passes, and finally the main courses arrive. What can I say? A very mixed experience. My Vincisgrassi was mediocre, the parmigiana my wife ordered was delicious and fragrant. It's a shame it was only warm on the outside but frozen on the inside. The duck leg was very good. What can I say? We wanted to continue, but the weather had become really cold... What a shame! Fair prices and very good wine
