I found this place by randomly choosing from a map.
The restaurant is truly quaint and the staff friendly.
They also gave us a tour of the wine cellar, which is worth a look.
We ate truly delicious.
I highly recommend stopping at this enchanting place if you're hungry.
I'm taking a star off the service because they forgot to bring us the wine we ordered, but it's no big deal, since everything else was fantastic.

We went to this restaurant for dinner over the May 1st long weekend. We had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, from ravioli to tagliatelle. Everything was delicious, and the lady who served us knew all the dishes on the menu very well! The location is also very beautiful and clean. Excellent.

The cake they made was beautiful, and the saddle of veal flamed was excellent, along with the house appetizers on that raised platter! We'll definitely be back.

Farmhouse with an adjoining apiary between the Salaria and Offida. A charming setting, decorated in a rustic shabby chic style, with several different rooms inside.
Attentive and courteous service. We had an appetizer with vegetarian olives, fried vegetables, and cremini (a type of creamy cheese). Followed by risotto with radicchio, gorgonzola, and walnuts, and a gricia served in a pecorino cheese mold: everything was very good, but the pasta was barely warm, I imagine due to a banquet being held in the outdoor dining room at the same time. Unfortunately, the chef is alone in the kitchen, and I think he'll have a hard time in such circumstances.
Followed by burrata with vegetables and a chicken breast with pan-fried vegetables.
The ingredients were clearly of high quality and the flavors harmoniously blended.
Price around €35 per person: reasonable, although on this side of the Tronto River—in Abruzzo—it would have been lower.

IMPORTANT CHANGE
We returned about two months after our last visit: we found the space altered and the staff changed, likely due to a change in management.
The result, however, was disappointing: the appetizers were reduced in quantity, especially the mixed fried fish, now contained on a small 8x8 cm plate with a small piece of cheese next to it.
We ordered three gricias, and they arrived (all three) contained in a small 20 cm cheese mold. The portions were frankly ridiculous (no more than 70 g each), but above all, the pasta was rock hard—uncooked—and cold, evidently taken out who knows how early and left there waiting. It's best not to comment on the desserts.
It should be said that the place was packed with at least 150 people for a communion or something similar, but that doesn't justify anything because every customer pays exactly the same as everyone else and shouldn't be neglected with obviously poor service from staff to maximize profits.
The waits multiplied, and we remained there for over two hours, despite repeated calls to the waiters who were running around like crazy flies.
For us, the experience of this place ends here: the comparison with the past is merciless.

I went for lunch at this lovely osteria with a charming fireplace, a cellar that feels like a cave, and a very quaint atmosphere. The food was simply delicious, I say simply because they use all the genuine products, many of which are homemade. The four of us had two triumphs of fried food, a platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by honey and various jams, and three first courses, including paccheri with Genoese sauce, cacio e ovo, and the "griglia" (a type of pasta served inside a pecorino cheese wheel with crispy pancetta). Wonderful is an understatement! A second course of baked potatoes, a dessert, two glasses of wine, water, and coffee, and we spent €32 per person. The only downside was that the place was packed. We waited a bit for the first courses and they brought them to us one at a time, so we didn't all eat together. But the deliciousness outweighed this small inconvenience. It's definitely worth a visit.
