26/08/2024: Very good sushi. I went there twice and the mixed rolls of both 24 and 74 pieces have never disappointed me. Plus they give you the option to replace some pieces with nigiri or sashimi. The color of the fish is excellent and so is the flavour. I highly recommend it.

06/12/2024: I have known Torquati for many years even if only for a coffee every now and then. I believe that the main quality (and the reason why I always stop when I pass by even if it doesn't happen often) is the evident professionalism accompanied by the principle of making the customer happy. You are always greeted with a smile and you feel that care and attention towards the customer, which I have only found in high-class venues in the world. Over time the place has become more and more beautiful, more welcoming, with a greater range of services but they have always had this characteristic.

Ora passiamo al cibo, qui la Pinsa la fà da Regina ottimo impasto così come gli ingredienti di qualità, c'è anche dolce :Nutella o Nutella e frutta. Personale gentile,cordiale e preparato che sforna e serve senza sosta sempre col sorriso e non per ultimo il titolare con cui ho avuto modo di scambiare due chiacchiere è stato come se ci conoscessimo da tempo Insomma ti senti come a casa anche se sei distante 400 km Tappa d'obbligo per noi motociclisti Sicuramente ritornerò per assaggiarle tutte

11/12/2024: Not an exciting experience. Nice place with ample open space, someone who comes here from afar (as in my case) would expect homemade cuisine, a family atmosphere, abundant rations, friendly service, low prices... it must have been a bad day. Should be revisited for a second chance...

The pizza is really very good not to mention the focaccias that you can fill to your liking. They don't stay heavy since they don't have as much oil.

23/12/2024: On the advice of the manager of the B&B where I was staying, we decided to have dinner in this beautiful place in Pollenza. As soon as we entered we were greeted kindly and were intrigued by the rich buffet of vegetables and side dishes. We waited a few moments at the table before the waiter arrived who quickly rattled off the menu and told us that in the meantime we could help ourselves to the rich and delicious buffet. We have filled our plates several times with their flaky chips, Ascolana olives, battered vegetables, lentils, tomatoes, peppers, bruschetta, baked potatoes, beans, cheeses, mozzarella and so on and so forth... . all really delicious. We ordered second courses, I ordered a trio of fried foods and my colleague an excellent steak roasted in the beautiful open brazier. The desserts are also good. The service is courteous, attentive and quick. It's a shame not to have a menu so you can choose calmly and know how much you're spending, however the prices are reasonable and the experience was more than positive. To summarize, the two of us had, in addition to the rich buffet offering, a steak and a trio of cutlets, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, a bottle of water and a bottle of beer, spending a total of €73.
