A welcoming, quaint inn in the heart of Carpegna, a charming place to visit in and of itself when in the area.
The dining rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt.
It's best to book in advance because it fills up quickly, and the reason is easy to explain: the quality of the ingredients, well-cooked and served. We sampled the famous local prosciutto, with crostolo, and the carpaccio with blackthorn mushrooms. We then continued with cappellacci with asparagus and truffle, and the green agnolotti with prosciutto and Fossa cheese, both exquisite. For our second course, the lamb was truly delicious. The olive oil served at the table was also excellent. Congratulations!

An excellent trattoria in the center of Carpegna, where we dined on a platter of cured meats and cheeses along with the famous crostolo, all delicious. The grilled meat and the agnolotti al fossa with Carpegna prosciutto were also delicious. I highly recommend it.

We tried it by randomly looking for a place near Carpegna and we were very lucky!
A very nice place with several rooms, very friendly staff, and very good and plentiful food. Next time I'll try the meat.

We had lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was full.
Short menu, traditional dishes. Not exactly cheap, but reasonably priced for the quality of the food served.
The waiters were very attentive and courteous.
The fireplace was very atmospheric.

Warm and welcoming place. Fast service. The first course, red potato gnocchi with pea cream and crispy pancetta, was very good. The sliced steak and mixed side dishes were also noteworthy. The bread, piadina, and wine were good.
