10/03/2026: We stayed there for an anniversary, and there were a large group of us. The cleanliness and furnishings were excellent. The beds were comfortable. We also used the kitchen, which served a full, excellent-quality lunch. Recommended.

The father's traditional cuisine has been combined with the son's fresh touch, resulting in high-quality dishes with an innovative, youthful, and even crazy twist. Quality ingredients, sometimes perhaps overly flavorful, are used. Generous portions. Prices reflect the quality. Plenty of parking, but in the summer you'll have to walk around a bit to find it. Good wine selection. Expect creativity and friendliness, and a refined and elegant atmosphere.

13/12/2025: We went on December 5th for a dinner with old school friends: in addition to the sublime food, the courtesy, attentiveness, and patience of the waiter Giona made the evening memorable. The price was reasonable. Definitely worth repeating.

08/03/2026: The place is really nice, the service is crazy. Six of us arrived at 8:30 with a reservation. We ordered two tasting boards (the usual cured meats and cheeses, a frittata, and a frittino) and were told we had to wait an hour for this😱 (what's so special about it? Nothing, we've seen it served). We gave up and went straight to the mixed grill on the menu, which also includes chicken. We ordered two, asking them to remove the chicken. The answer: "Oh, you can't!" 🤔. I wonder why? How are you doing? Are we sure you have any experience in the restaurant business? I'd say no. If you can't handle the number of people, forget it! Service isn't judged by how many glasses you change (a lot for a red and a sparkling white, but no stars) but by how you serve. Learn to smile and be more polite (maybe even pretend to be polite), because if you eat decently or make mistakes, we'll just let it go! His answer reflects your expertise. Congratulations! P.S.: You offered the bitters! And anyway, we didn't drink them (as she rudely puts it). And I don't even need your advice, "go ahead!" I'll be careful when I come back 😂

09/09/2025: A very cute and simple pizzeria in a small alley. The staff isn't friendly, but they're FANTASTIC in terms of hospitality. The pinsa is very good, hearty, and high-quality, with every single ingredient carefully crafted. I recommend it to everyone for a simple dinner or lunch that leaves you with a big smile. 05/03/2026: "You're almost in paradise here..." the shuttle driver tells us when he arrives at the hotel to take us to the beautiful San Michele beach. He's right, the location is enchanting. The hotel is housed in an ancient monastery immersed in almost pristine nature, surrounded by woods from which magical trails branch off for hikers. We're almost at the top of Mount Conero, and the view is breathtaking: you can admire the sea and the coast to the south. A Northern European choir stays at the hotel for a few days every year and delights guests with a concert in the romantic Romanesque church. We stayed in a superior deluxe room, very spacious and with beautiful trompe l'oeil frescoed walls. Suites with an adjoining garden and sea view are available, as are more basic rooms created in the old monastic cells. The breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful. We didn't try the restaurant, but it's definitely worth it, given its splendid terrace, even just for a drink at sunset. The service is attentive and helpful. A swimming pool and tennis court complete the picture for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

24/10/2025: Elegant hotel located within old monastery walls 500 meters above sea level near Sirolo and Ancona. Magnificent panoramic views of the coastline and as far as Loreto (a pilgrimage site). Excellent cuisine and wellness offerings. A hiking paradise.

20/10/2025: A hidden gem, but a 5-star restaurant from Olter. Both for the kindness of the staff and the food and service. The grilled lamb was tender and flavorful. The vegetable and legume soup paired with bruschetta, cheese, and sauces was superb. An experience worth repeating and a must-try for future occasions.
