15/08/2024: A very beautiful structure, well looked after and well managed! We spent 3 days here to relax a bit and the objective was fully achieved! We relaxed and refreshed in the beautiful pool, the rooms are nice and clean. We ate very well at the restaurant and above all all the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Lucia (I think the owner) who was very helpful given our needs having a very small child! Thanks for everything! We will come back to visit you in winter to try the spa!

18/12/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante gourmet, ed è stata un’esperienza che mi ha lasciato senza parole. Fin dal momento che arrivi con la macchina al parcheggio ti rendi conto che sei in un posto speciale. Il locale si affaccia letteralmente sul Mare con vista Monte Conero. Atmosfera elegante ma non pretenziosa, perfetta per una serata da ricordare. Uno degli elementi che colpisce immediatamente è la cucina a vista, un vero spettacolo per gli occhi. Osservare gli chef all’opera, con precisione e maestria, aggiunge un tocco di autenticità e trasparenza che eleva l’intera esperienza. La sala è impreziosita da quadri colorati che catturano lo sguardo e contribuiscono a un ambiente raffinato e vivace. Veniamo alla cucina.. l'Insalata di Mare è spettacolare da provare almeno una volta nella vita ma ogni piatto qui è una vera opera d’arte, sia per il palato che per gli occhi. Le presentazioni sono curate nei minimi dettagli, e i sapori riescono a stupire anche i palati più esigenti. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, combinazioni originali e una tecnica impeccabile rendono ogni portata un’esperienza indimenticabile. BRAVI!

11/12/2024: We went to this restaurant a few nights ago. The place looked nice and the lady who served us was very friendly. Unfortunately, however, I have to point out some things that I didn't like at all: both glasses smelled terribly of egg, the cutlery was dirty and most of the salad was really rotten. Finally, the prices are really too high, absolutely not justified. I REPLY TO YOUR REPLY: No, we didn't go to the wrong restaurant at all. And no, it's not a piloted review at all (it's rather ridiculous that you would even insinuate such a thing). My girlfriend and I came to have dinner there on Thursday August 1st around 9pm. There were two waitresses and the one who served us, a shaved girl, was friendly and kind. This, however, was the only positive aspect of the evening. The water glasses both smelled disgusting (and I'm not really a picky eater), so much so that we had to drink the water in the two beer glasses. The cutlery was undeniably dirty. We ordered two first courses and, since we were told that it would take a while, while waiting we had a salad and some fried vegetables, explicitly asking that they were only vegetables, since we don't eat meat. Well: among the "vegetables" there were olives stuffed with meat! Not wanting to upset the waitress, we didn't say anything, even though we should have. The salad, then, was indecent: more than half were rotten leaves, completely soaked. The fact that you get it organically from farmers means nothing. Finally, we remain of our opinion on prices: we took a small green salad, a portion of fried "vegetables" plus two simple first courses, not particularly good. A bottle of water and a bottle of beer. All for 40 euros. Instead of insinuating absurd things, learn to accept criticism and question yourself. And, no, thanks, we won't go to the fast-food restaurant or the kebab shop.

24/08/2024: The terrace is a historic restaurant that ensures quality and good food, accompanied by excellent service, orchestrated by the great Celestino. I recommend it for excellent fish dishes with an authentic flavor but with interesting and modern twists. Good wine list.

05/10/2024: Very positive experience, friendly and polite staff. Very good dishes and the slipper in the strozzapreti pot is a must to end the meal in style. For dessert I chose a trifle, good, nothing to envy of other places.

28/11/2024: Pranzo di lavoro organizzato da colleghi di fuori regione e mi sono stupita che, pur essendo l’unica maceratese, non lo conoscessi! Una vera piacevole sorpresa, non me l’aspettavo! Abbiamo scelto la degustazione ed è stata l’occasione per assaggiare delle vere esplosioni di gusto. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi vuole fare un salto di qualità.

24/11/2024: Il pranzo da Ninetta è stato molto piacevole.....ci è stato consigliato da un collega per cui non sapevamo se ci sarebbe piaciuto.....gli antipasti vari e molto sfiziosi, i primi e i secondi abbondanti con ingredienti di qualità.....a chiudere un ottimo moscato.Di sicuro non è una trattoria dove si spende poco, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato.Ve lo consiglio

The first three courses of the hit parade menu are absolutely delicious, but then there is the encore of pasta with paccheri in plum sauce. Sweet and sour would have been more welcome, especially after a pasta in fish soup from the previous course, instead the flakes of 36 month old parmesan dominate and in the end we were quite full of pasta in 2 dishes. A little top much. Monkfish with minty parsley sauce and mixed salad, good but lacking in technique. Agree with other comments, a pre-dessert would have been appreciated, a bit of freshness before the Neola. Divine dessert even if you can taste the orange so much that you don't appreciate the delicious custard as much as it should. Miniardises nothing to say for the end of the meal with coffee. The Albana late vendange dry vinified is very good, a real surprise. Overall, a beautiful evening with excellent food but there could have been more balance and connection between the dishes in the second part of the tasting. Encouragement guys, you are still very good.

26/08/2024: Unfortunately not a positive experience. We ate 4 pieces of the famous local pizza that weren't even reheated, placed on a tray without a plate or cutlery... For the table: sit wherever you want, but no one set the table and asked us for a drink... so self service for cutlery, dishes and drinks. And then we were asked “are you okay?” while they were clearing the table… what can I say??? And other people sat at the nearby table and after having laid the table for them and brought the drinks and the menu when ordering they discovered that there were no pizzas, it seemed the pasta had run out... they got up and even paid for the already opened drinks and they leave and are labeled as rude and arrogant... Maybe the pizza is also good, but we couldn't notice it tonight and maybe the service is usually better too, but this too was lacking tonight.
