Piadineria Dalla Doni In Gradara

Mario and Donatella are the guardians of a tradition I think few continue: from the dough to the baking, the piadina is created by their hands right before the customer's eyes. They also take care of every single ingredient used to fill the piadinas, a unique care and kindness! I hope to return soon; it's a must-visit for lovers of local specialties!
