22/09/2025: Ordered via Deliveroo... Delivery between 7:30-8:00 PM... At 10:10 PM I had to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived! Ruined an evening with friends and made a fool of myself!

07/09/2025: The pizza arrived 20 minutes late, in terrible condition, cold and inedible. Obviously, what arrived was something completely different from what was ordered. The sales assistant was rude and presumptuous.

29/06/2025: Excellent tuna steak and grilled vegetables. Good coffee. Moderate price. Friendly service. Well done!

17/08/2025: As a Neapolitan, accustomed to eating pizza both in Naples and many other places (even outside Italy), I'd never received a pizza that was biscuit-shaped, hard, and dry. The delivery arrived more than half an hour late, the pizzas were almost cold, and the only reason we accepted them was out of politeness toward the delivery man, who seemed embarrassed and displeased. Over the phone, they kept repeating the classic phrase, "The delivery man just left"... too bad it was clearly false. Furthermore, one of the pizzas with mortadella had a bad smell, as if it wasn't fresh, which was unacceptable. A truly terrible experience: I absolutely do not recommend it and will definitely never call this pizzeria again. ⸻

30/06/2025: io di solito non sono una persona che mette review e rispetto molto le persone che lavorano e tutto. se dovete consegnare pizze fatele bene perché io ho chiesto una pizza senza mozzarella essendo vegana non posso mangiarla? però? ora la sto mangiando. per non sprecare il cibo. abbiamo chiesto le patatine nella pizza due tre patatine??? non mi sembra il modo giusto di servire un cliente e pagare una pizza del genere 8 euro e arrivare anche in ritardo per consegnare una pizza. anche no hahaha io grazie non ho mai avuto un servizio così terribile ciao buona serata .. no, non vi consiglio di andarci. andate da un altra parte

24/09/2025: A place to avoid... They cancelled my 18th birthday a week before and didn't give me time to fix it. Absolutely to avoid. They ruined my 18th birthday and I had to find a place at the last minute.

09/08/2025: Chinese-Japanese restaurant in Matelica. Good food, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat price includes a cover charge and drinks. Still, a good alternative to the usual Italian fare.

02/06/2025: The only reason this place is going is because they stay open late and almost no one else in Urbino does that. Everything is very expensive, they don't post prices to make fun of you and rip off students in chemistry. If you don't ask explicitly you'll never know the price. Get three frozen savory dishes heated up on the spot for €8, that is €8 but what are you Cracco? A friend of mine asked where they get muffins and they replied "it's my dear son's recipe" and then we found the same one at the supermarket. Boycott them, they sell hyper-caloric and fried and re-fried stuff that must be good for the cholesterol it has.

02/06/2025: L'unico motivo per cui questo locale va avanti è che stanno aperti fino a tardi e a Urbino non lo fa quasi nessun altro. Costa tutto tantissimo, non affiggono i prezzi per prenderti in giro e fregare gli studenti in schimica. Se non lo chiedi esplicitamente il prezzo non lo saprai mai. Prendi tre salati surgelati e scaldati sul momento a 8€, cioè 8€ ma cosa sei Cracco? Una mia amica ha chiesto dove prendono i muffin e le hanno risposto "è la ricetta del mio caro figliolo" e dopo l'abbiamo trovato uguale al supermercato. Da boicottare, vendono roba iper calorica e fritta e rifritta che per forza è buona per il colesterolo che ha.

29/08/2025: Three people. They'd run out of pizza dough, and it wasn't even possible to order from the kitchen at 8:45 PM. We didn't make a reservation because we'd just arrived. It's not so much the reason you're not letting us eat, I didn't make a reservation, you might be fully booked, it was the way it was done. Terrible.

14/10/2025: Good food, varied with a wide choice and Possibility of off-menu. Ideal for lunch break. All self-service Prices reasonable and in line with the type of restaurant.

29/08/2025: Delicious drinks! We've been coming to San Rocco for three years now and have always been served snacks with our drinks. Unfortunately, this year, they weren't available.

14/10/2025: Like at all airports, drinks and food are expensive. Plus, I had to put coins in the machine to pay for the croissant I ordered. The (friendly) bartender didn't even touch them. 🤷‍♀️

10/07/2025: €2.60 for a bottle of water—not even at Fiumicino does it cost that much. Once you've cleared security, refill your bottle in the bathroom, as the water in Ancona is good. Munich, Copenhagen, and many other airports now have drinking fountains; only here can you profit from such a basic commodity, especially in summer when it's 30°C in the shade.

24/08/2025: Average place... At first the staff seemed a bit "naive": the lady hadn't told us that the menu was with a QR code and we waited in vain for it to be brought to us... We asked for a seat away from the music because our little one was sleeping and we chose a table. I placed the stroller next to me and the lady told me that it was in the way (even though they could fit perfectly) and took the initiative to move the stroller as she saw fit! I remained silent and still, I don't even know how! Beyond that, I have to say that I really liked the pizza! Crispy, well-topped, and thin, just the way I like it!

26/10/2025: It's a heavy heart for me to write about this disappointment. We came to buy half a kilo of pastries and two trays of marron glacé; I'm well-known for the quality of this pastry shop, so I have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and the pettiness of the owners (who try to charge you 3.50 each for 15 marrons because 100/kg apparently doesn't seem enough to them!) have led me to decide not to return! What a shame!

15/08/2025: The experience was ruined by the unwelcoming staff, especially the guy who showed up with a long face, his hat pulled back, and dragging his feet. The prices were high, and the gelato was mediocre.
