26/10/2025: We went on the recommendation of the owner, whom we met at a stand in Civitanova. The place looked like a normal agriturismo, but then, course after course, the situation deteriorated. I'd like to focus on the tagliatelle al ragù: as shown in the photo, I've never seen an Italian restaurant serve pasta drained and without sauce, just drizzled on top without mixing, and even with remnants of cooking water. Unspeakable.

12/09/2025: Great if you want to waste time and money. You can't go inside because they keep the air conditioning off, so everyone goes outside, surrounded by mosquitoes and smokers. It took over an hour and a half for a first course and a dessert, both of which I'd give a solid 5. Five stars for the waitress, who was very nice and kind.

09/09/2025: We had a quick dinner, little hidden place with some food options.

14/10/2025: Everything was excellent, very fast service, welcoming staff.

19/07/2025: A very, very disappointing experience, slow and rather unprepared service, unsatisfactory dishes and most likely reheated and waiting times between one course and the next. Very slow. With a final service that was truly indifferent towards the customers.

16/12/2025: The only positive aspect of the holiday was the Indian room attendant. He was extremely kind, polite, and professional. The rooms were small and full of bedbugs. The mattresses were extremely hard and the furnishings dated. The breakfast was poor, with low-quality pre-packaged products. Dinner was paltry, and the staff was rude and incompetent. Even though we had half-board included, as soon as we arrived they tried at all costs to force a paltry menu on us that didn't suit our tastes, with an additional €20 per person. When we refused, the manager almost got angry because we were ruining his kitchen counters. It's a shame because the place is worthwhile, but it's terribly managed.

11/12/2025: The food at Caritas is much better!!!!!! The management of this place is awful! Very little and poor food, rooms with bedbugs inside and out.... I've traveled a lot, but this hotel isn't even worth a star!!!!!! How do these people expect to repay the money you leave them? Animals are treated better! For God's sake!!! They need to shut it down!!!!!

29/11/2025: I've ordered several times to have my orders delivered to my home. Not once has the order been correct or complete. There's always something missing. Tonight, for the umpteenth time, I ordered a tasty basket and got a crunchy McMuffin. I know it's a chaotic place, where things are rushed, but that doesn't satisfy the customer. And I speak as a customer and as someone who worked there. I'm sorry to write this review, and I hope someone reads it to help the place and those who work there because something isn't working.

28/11/2025: Terrible experience with McDrive. In addition to having to wait in line, the offer on the app expires and is no longer available. I try to use the app on another device, but since the operator couldn't wait longer than 30 seconds because otherwise I would create too much of a line, he asked me to pay and that was it. Congratulations, I will never come back to you again.

12/11/2025: I strongly advise against it, both because of the manager's unpleasant and arrogant behavior, even towards elderly people in difficulty, and because he is only interested in making money with exaggerated requests that do not correspond to the quality of the service.

24/08/2025: My experience at these establishments was terrible. The lifeguard, in just a few minutes, proved to be extremely rude, surly, and ignorant, incapable of communicating and, above all, inappropriate for dealing with children. He even dared to call my 4-year-old nephew a brat just because he interrupted two people playing ping pong. The adjacent restrooms are definitely better. Now I understand all the other negative reviews, which I completely agree with.

12/08/2025: A simple yet delightful place. I felt like I'd stepped back in time. Lunch included crescioni (a type of cress) and cheeses, followed by a delicious crostata. The patrons were local, and the lady who runs it was down-to-earth, extremely knowledgeable, and informal, yet with the authentic courtesy typical of those who live in these parts. Perfect for cyclists, motorcyclists, and hikers who want to break up their day with visits to the splendid Simone and Simoncello Interregional Park.

16/07/2025: We ordered delicious pizzas to eat at home. The staff was friendly and the order was ready quickly. The card machine wasn't working, but we were allowed to take the pizzas home and pay later – what trust and service! We ended up withdrawing money a bit further down the road. All the pizzas were delicious. Absolutely recommended!

14/09/2025: I bought a cake without eggs, it was inedible, terrible, it ruined my nephew's party

29/08/2025: Since cafes offering gluten-free breakfasts are unfortunately few and far between, and if they do exist, they only offer packaged products, we found this place 20 minutes from Sirolo, where we're staying. Excellent breakfast and a great selection. I'm giving it one star because we bought pizza slices for my son and sister, who can't eat gluten, and more than half of the slices were completely inedible, burnt. I understand that throwing away food isn't nice, but I don't think these products should be sold.

15/11/2025: There were four of us. The chalkboard outside listed spaghetti with clams and fried calamari as the daily menu; seafood tagliatelle and mixed fried fish were served at the table, without anyone bothering to inform us. When I pointed this out, the response was that they "forgot" to update the menu. Too bad that, when we left, the chalkboard was still there, identical: the attached photos speak for themselves, as do the actual dishes served. I also pointed out that changing a dish without informing us is risky for those with allergies or intolerances, but the matter was dismissed lightly. I explained that, out of politeness, I don't send dishes back. The waiter replied that he would send them back and that that wouldn't make him rude. An inappropriate comment, with an attitude that could only be described as belittling. Simply apologizing would have been enough. In short: dishes different from the daily menu, zero transparency, and a total lack of customer service. We will not return and we do not recommend relying on what is indicated on the menu of the day.

02/11/2025: As others have already written, the slowness is no small thing: it took half an hour to get the menus... then once we got going (but it was already 2:30 PM), things sped up. It's a shame, because the dining room staff was very kind; after our outdoor table was moved to the shade (November 2nd), they re-set it for us on the veranda. The fish was very good, the seafood salad truly delicate, the spaghetti with clams was inedible due to the salt that must have gotten too much into the pasta water, but the clams were delicious. When we reported the problem, they offered to remake the dish, but it was too late; they still took it off our bill. Again, it's a shame the initial slowness; perhaps they need a few more people in the kitchen or dining room?

03/10/2025: Recommended if you want to eat something in the square, friendly and fast service. The Ascolana olives, roast beef, and eggplant parmesan are a 10/10!

14/11/2025: Grumpy and rude. The last time I went to this place for coffee, I was kicked out because I'd only had one coffee and sat there for an hour. If the waiter had known better, he would have politely asked me if I wanted anything else and calmly pointed out that it was aperitivo time so he needed an extra table. But maybe I would have had a spritz and an aperitivo too if I'd been treated kindly. He embarrassed me in front of the entire place by meanly saying, "You only had one coffee in an hour, you have to leave. Can't you figure it out on your own?" I won't say anything else.

29/09/2025: The staff were rude and unfriendly, so much so that I left without finishing my drink. And it wasn't the first time they've treated customers badly. Highly discouraged. They may have good products, but they're not kind at all.

17/08/2025: As a Neapolitan, accustomed to eating pizza both in Naples and many other places (even outside Italy), I'd never received a pizza that was biscuit-shaped, hard, and dry. The delivery arrived more than half an hour late, the pizzas were almost cold, and the only reason we accepted them was out of politeness toward the delivery man, who seemed embarrassed and displeased. Over the phone, they kept repeating the classic phrase, "The delivery man just left"... too bad it was clearly false. Furthermore, one of the pizzas with mortadella had a bad smell, as if it wasn't fresh, which was unacceptable. A truly terrible experience: I absolutely do not recommend it and will definitely never call this pizzeria again. ⸻

30/06/2025: io di solito non sono una persona che mette review e rispetto molto le persone che lavorano e tutto. se dovete consegnare pizze fatele bene perché io ho chiesto una pizza senza mozzarella essendo vegana non posso mangiarla? però? ora la sto mangiando. per non sprecare il cibo. abbiamo chiesto le patatine nella pizza due tre patatine??? non mi sembra il modo giusto di servire un cliente e pagare una pizza del genere 8 euro e arrivare anche in ritardo per consegnare una pizza. anche no hahaha io grazie non ho mai avuto un servizio così terribile ciao buona serata .. no, non vi consiglio di andarci. andate da un altra parte
