Excellent traditional Ascoli dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The Ascoli olives, with their varied flavors (truffle and porcini mushrooms) and the menu's specialties are a must-try. All washed down with a good liter of Rosso Piceno (you can explore on foot, not by car). Generous portions, good value, and a very attentive staff. A recommended stop for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Marche cuisine.

21/05/2026: It remains one of the few places that "resembles the old days." The location may not be one of those tête-à-têtes, but the quality is unquestionable, especially the value for money, for both meat and fish.
11/05/2026: I had dinner at Trattoria La Rocca in Prenna, and overall the experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful during service. The atmosphere also seemed clean and quiet, ideal for a relaxing lunch or dinner.
As for the food, it was decent: some dishes were good, but overall I expected something more, both in flavor and overall presentation. Not bad, but not the kind of dishes that truly leave you wanting to return immediately.
Overall, a decent experience, although I think there's still room for improvement. Good, but not great.

06/10/2025: A truly wonderful experience! Everything was simply perfect: the attentive and friendly service, the rich and carefully prepared dishes, and the welcoming atmosphere that immediately made you feel at ease.
We also had the pleasure of speaking with the chef for about ten minutes, and you immediately sensed his humanity, his authenticity, and above all, the great passion he puts into his work. It's rare to meet such dedicated, authentic (and polite!) people.
A restaurant I highly recommend to anyone looking not only for excellent cuisine, but also for a complete experience filled with emotion and authenticity.
We will definitely be back.

22/02/2026: The fresh pasta dishes were raw and inedible, and the portions were not generous enough for the price.
On a sore point: if you don't buy the cake in the restaurant, get it from their pastry shop across the street, and bring your own to serve, they charge €1.50 per slice of the cake, which you've already paid for. No comment, I wouldn't recommend it, and it's not for me.

It offers well-prepared meat and fish dishes with clever combinations. Prices are extremely reasonable. The service is prompt and courteous. The overall rating is excellent.

The menu offers a glimpse into the culinary traditions of central Italy, while also incorporating a touch of innovation. The appetizers and first courses are very interesting; I recommend trying their meat dishes, which are made with high-quality ingredients.
The dessert menu is also certainly worth a visit, especially the tiramisu and crème brulee.
This restaurant is worth a visit for its good food and friendly atmosphere. It's also ideal for enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
Impeccable service.

Of all the olives I've tasted, these are definitely the best and most homemade.
The rest of the fried food is also excellent, the grilled meats are delicious, especially the sausage.
Fair prices: €58 (two fried foods, olives, tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, grilled meat, and two glasses of wine).
Friendly staff and a typical location.
