24/02/2025: I celebrated my graduation with about ten people at this place and I was definitely satisfied! By prior agreement with the venue we established a menu with food and drinks to which you could make changes and additions according to a clear and precise price list. I really appreciated the well-kept, particular but elegant rooms with the classic exposed brick. The availability, care of the service and kindness of the staff were impeccable. Really good cold cuts! Right portions for an aperitif! Thank you

17/05/2025: Staff not very polite and eager to close the place at 9.40 pm on Saturday night when in reality the closing time declared would be around 1.00 am. Not even the time for a chat between friends that they take away (abruptly) what you ordered without even checking that it has been consumed. I miss the old management.

16/06/2025: I found this place and line of thought extremely unwelcoming. I asked for a lactose-free croissant: the result is in the photo. A packaged and commercial croissant also sold at a high price.

22/08/2024: Ristorante sconsigliato: tempi di attesa assurdi, servizio poco affabile, cibo niente di memorabile e poca disponibilità, a causa del fermo pesca, di piatti addirittura scritti sul menù... di tre ordinazioni ne abbiamo dovute cambiare tre, prezzi nella norma. Unico lato positivo la bellissima atmosfera che la terrazza sul mare offre. Spero che la recensione aiuti la miglioria del ristorante (critica costruttiva).

02/05/2025: Dark and minimal environment, the 10 centimeters distance between one table and another lined up didn't even make me feel free to have a conversation, too chaotic. The flaky chips were good, the pizza was much less so, the dough was biscuity and not very digestible, the mozzarella was completely missing on my pizza, so it was very dry and bitter because there was too much rocket. Pizza that we couldn't digest even the next day. Slow service and a little too much indifference from the staff. Much to improve

19/05/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà al ristorante a Novilara, ho deciso di provare la sede del Pergolato al mare; il posto è curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma la cosa più importante di tutte è il fatto che i piatti siano assolutamente all’altezza e con gli stessi sapori della storica sede del pergolato a Novilara. Ci ritornerò al più presto!!

10/06/2025: Very positive stay, with some aspects that could be improved but overall absolutely satisfactory. We stayed in a triple room, probably also used for school groups: the furniture is simple, there were marks on the walls (like children's scribbles) and the cleaning could be a little more thorough. Details that however do not weigh too much, considering the price paid. One of the things I appreciated most is the openness towards animals: our dog was welcomed without problems, and I really appreciated the fact that they cooked dinner for her, with kindness and availability. The breakfast is very rich, with sweet, savory and healthy options. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and very convenient location for visiting the Frasassi Caves, the Valadier Temple and other beauties of the area. The area has little traffic, ideal for moving by car from one village to another in complete freedom. The prices at the bar are also honest and I highly recommend trying the treatments in the spa: qualified staff, relaxing environment and a center recognized by the National Health Service. In conclusion, a quiet and genuine place, with an excellent quality/price ratio. Recommended for those who want to discover an authentic part of the Marche - perhaps in the company of their dog.

09/06/2025: I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with half board, the food was very good and plentiful, the rooms were new, but central heating so it was incredibly hot (I went at the end of April) and rooms with zero soundproofing... comfortable bed but terrible pillows... all the staff were super friendly

10/06/2025: Rude, screaming children ran around the dining room undisturbed without any staff pointing out to their parents that they were disturbing paying customers.

Il pezzo forte arriva al momento del pagamento. COPERTO PAGATO PER UN BAMBINO DI 10 MESI IL QUALE NON HA MANGIATO NE BEVUTO. al momento della richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto che pagava perché ha dovuto mettere la tovaglia anche per lui. (Di carta oltretutto) Ma facciamo davvero??? FOLLIA PURE. MAI PIÙ. 01/06/2025: I give one star because it's the best. The waiting times are biblical. We had to chase the waitress to be able to sit at a table and take the order. The best part comes at the time of payment. COVER CHARGE PAID FOR A 10 MONTH OLD CHILD WHO DID NOT EAT OR DRINK. when I asked for an explanation I was told that he was paying because he had to put the tablecloth for him too.
