28/10/2025: A bit of a wait because the tables outside were all occupied but very good food, very courteous and professional staff, we will definitely be back

21/09/2025: Absolutely avoid this place! Three of us came here at 9:30 PM. They made us wait at least an hour for fries and another 45 minutes for two sandwiches and a piadina. Absolutely not.

23/10/2025: There are many options, some of them pleasant, with some dishes that are worth trying. The food quality isn't the best, but the saddest thing is the service, which I think is the worst I've ever encountered in a restaurant. We've been there several times, and the service was always poor, but the last time they made it worse, losing our reservation, and some of the waiters didn't speak Italian. The bathrooms leave much to be desired.

15/10/2025: I went to eat at this restaurant after a friend recommended it. We ate outside because the weather was nice, but when we entered, I still saw a nice dining room. I didn't find the usual ordering tablet at the table, but I had a pen and paper, which made me smile because I've been used to ordering in other ways for a long time. The food I ordered was good but nothing that really stood out to me; it was fresh, but the fried food smelled a bit like used oil. The staff were friendly but not overly forthcoming. The price was fair, as per the menu. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Rating 6.5.

23/09/2025: I went here with my son. We ate well, and the waitress was very kind and helpful. It's a shame the semifreddos aren't homemade. Excellent value for money!

18/07/2025: Excellent service, friendly and helpful, especially the pizza chef, who even cut our pizzas into slices. The only problem is the dough, which is a bit dry and a bit too thin for my taste. The quality/price ratio is still good, given that the price is below the general average.

08/11/2025: As a vegetarian, I've been frequenting the restaurant for several years. Unfortunately, over time, I've noticed a steady decline in taste, variety, prices, and portions.

28/10/2025: I'm updating my review after a few months, and unfortunately, I have to say that the situation hasn't improved; on the contrary, quite the opposite. Luckily, I always take photos of everything, so I've attached the "before" and "after" photos. I also recommend updating the menu, because it's unacceptable that half the ingredients listed are never available—for example, the vegan salmon for the pancakes, which is actually replaced only with carrots. And unfortunately, that's not the only case. If you want something, you can't get enough! That's the first thing that comes to mind. Since other locations have opened, the service has gotten worse, and I'm very sorry to write this because I've been going here since the very first days. Unfortunately, for months, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service and food, and it's no longer the same experience it once was. The final straw was today: like every Thursday, I went to Zav Lab for my usual hummus, but it was completely frozen. At first glance, it looked different, so I asked the guy at the counter if it was frozen, and he said no. I trusted them, but once I got home, I found myself with a complete wreck! What saddens me most is that incidents like this are happening again and again, and I'm starting to feel like I'm being mocked. I've always supported this place, but maybe it's time to take a step back and stop frequenting it as much as I used to. I hope you read this review and can improve your service, because your project is truly worthwhile and deserves to live up to the expectations of those who have always supported you.

08/11/2025: Pad thai too much oil, I ordered a dish no. 8 kai pad king chicken with ginger and onions but a dish arrived only with chicken and garlic.

26/05/2025: Posizione gradevole, peccato che non si possa dire lo stesso del servizio. Antipasto, tagliere di salumi: decente. Primi (ravioli a u Tuccu e gnocchi al ragù) che avrebbero avuto bisogno di un po' più di "Tuccu" e di ragù. Proviamo a chiedere una mezza porzione di secondo...ma non comprendono il concetto di mezza porzione. Infine il dolce...chiesta una mousse ai frutti di bosco .. è arrivata una cheese cake con base di Pan di spagna. Conto: rapporto qualità prezzo...insufficiente. Fate voi.

10/11/2025: We returned to the Palace del Conero for its strategic location, the kindness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room, and the 24-hour reception service. Now, with the newly renovated rooms, we couldn't ask for anything better. The experience exceeded our expectations. Well done!!!

24/09/2025: A remarkably cool restaurant with an amazing view of the coast of Sirolo. The service was very good, the wine was amazing and the tasting menus were very well priced. Would highly recommend for couples.

11/09/2025: If you like eating fish or if your host understands cooking, GO ELSEWHERE. If, on the other hand, you like making a great impression on someone, come here for the location and service. The cuisine is a mess, without rhyme or reason, capable of ruining the fish with combinations of creams and sauces that cover everything up: It's clearly worse than when it opened. I've given it another chance; I'm rejecting it; it's a nice farewell.

29/09/2025: The best pizza in the area. Carefully selected ingredients, the dough varies depending on the toppings, and, as recommended by the owner, it's perfectly cooked. But what really moved me was the question, "How much do you want?" referring to the tiramisu! It'll become a regular stop.
