18/07/2025: Excellent service, friendly and helpful, especially the pizza chef, who even cut our pizzas into slices. The only problem is the dough, which is a bit dry and a bit too thin for my taste. The quality/price ratio is still good, given that the price is below the general average.

08/11/2025: As a vegetarian, I've been frequenting the restaurant for several years. Unfortunately, over time, I've noticed a steady decline in taste, variety, prices, and portions.

28/10/2025: I'm updating my review after a few months, and unfortunately, I have to say that the situation hasn't improved; on the contrary, quite the opposite. Luckily, I always take photos of everything, so I've attached the "before" and "after" photos. I also recommend updating the menu, because it's unacceptable that half the ingredients listed are never available—for example, the vegan salmon for the pancakes, which is actually replaced only with carrots. And unfortunately, that's not the only case. If you want something, you can't get enough! That's the first thing that comes to mind. Since other locations have opened, the service has gotten worse, and I'm very sorry to write this because I've been going here since the very first days. Unfortunately, for months, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service and food, and it's no longer the same experience it once was. The final straw was today: like every Thursday, I went to Zav Lab for my usual hummus, but it was completely frozen. At first glance, it looked different, so I asked the guy at the counter if it was frozen, and he said no. I trusted them, but once I got home, I found myself with a complete wreck! What saddens me most is that incidents like this are happening again and again, and I'm starting to feel like I'm being mocked. I've always supported this place, but maybe it's time to take a step back and stop frequenting it as much as I used to. I hope you read this review and can improve your service, because your project is truly worthwhile and deserves to live up to the expectations of those who have always supported you.

14/09/2025: A very disappointing experience. No one told us over the phone when we booked that the restaurant had a mandatory set menu. Once we arrived, the selection was extremely limited: only two first courses and two second courses available. The portions were truly tiny, the service poor, and the price was excessive for the quality. Furthermore, what was advertised as "roasted suckling pig" was actually just sautéed porchetta. We definitely won't be returning.

26/05/2025: Posizione gradevole, peccato che non si possa dire lo stesso del servizio. Antipasto, tagliere di salumi: decente. Primi (ravioli a u Tuccu e gnocchi al ragù) che avrebbero avuto bisogno di un po' più di "Tuccu" e di ragù. Proviamo a chiedere una mezza porzione di secondo...ma non comprendono il concetto di mezza porzione. Infine il dolce...chiesta una mousse ai frutti di bosco .. è arrivata una cheese cake con base di Pan di spagna. Conto: rapporto qualità prezzo...insufficiente. Fate voi.

31/10/2025: One of the best experiences in train station restaurants! Both the restaurant and the bar (which are connected to each other) are preferable to many of the more popular restaurants in the city. The restaurant, in particular, offers very good food, cooked on a constant rotation, considering the large number of customers, in a somewhat plain but visibly clean space! The staff is very friendly and the prices are very fair. Recommended! 👍

10/11/2025: We returned to the Palace del Conero for its strategic location, the kindness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room, and the 24-hour reception service. Now, with the newly renovated rooms, we couldn't ask for anything better. The experience exceeded our expectations. Well done!!!

29/09/2025: The best pizza in the area. Carefully selected ingredients, the dough varies depending on the toppings, and, as recommended by the owner, it's perfectly cooked. But what really moved me was the question, "How much do you want?" referring to the tiramisu! It'll become a regular stop.

05/10/2025: Typical restaurant with high-quality local products, a very quiet location, and welcoming and friendly staff. They even accommodated our most special requests. We visited twice in one week for a stay in a nearby village, and I would definitely return for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything!!

05/11/2025: Many years ago, this pizzeria was an institution: today, it's a disappointment. Disappointment with the way they treat customers, disappointment with the pizza, disappointment with the service. The owner looks at you with a condescending air and is incredibly rude; a foolish attitude, in my opinion, especially towards locals like us, who could have become "regulars." The fried olives are poor quality, and the pizza is nothing special. When they see you're about to finish, the owner stares at you, waiting to see if you'll leave the table so they can seat the people waiting. The fried olives are mediocre, the pizza is nothing special, it wasn't even cooked properly (soggy, so to speak). It's a shame, because a little attention and courtesy towards customers could really make a difference; tourists alone aren't enough to build a good name.

24/07/2025: Excellent repas. Très bel accueil, professionnel et chaleureux. Nous avons pris un menu antipasti- primi - dolce. De surprises en surprises tout était parfaitement exécuté, beau et bon. Excellente soirée pour un prix raisonnable en fonction des plats dégustés. À recommander sans aucune hésitation.

For those who can't stand 10-line descriptions for a dish but love substance, this is true quality dining. The only flaw: be careful with the portions; even a little too much would be appreciated, because it's all good 😋

12/10/2025: Hello, I'll be honest. As a first course, it was edible. The bread was good but lacking in salt. The second course and side dish were poor. The wine was good but mixed with three types of wine. If a restaurant doesn't have tiramisu, it's not a Romagna restaurant. The service was quick but not welcoming. I'm sorry I had to give you too few stars.
