Fabio has the best focaccia in town. Great wine too. Inspired by their Tuscan roots. Amazing platters of hams and cheeses. Also they sell everything over the counter too, so you can take it away. You won’t be disappointed!!!

A shop-like place, right in the center of Fano, with a wide selection of cured meats, cheeses, wines, and various sauces... We live next door and are often customers. The owner, Fabio, is a very kind, smiling, and welcoming person. He has brought innovation to Fano. Kudos also to his young and helpful staff. Today, September 28, 2025, we also went to the opening of his focaccia shop. What can I say? Excellent and plentiful. Best regards to everyone. Satisfied!!! Good luck guys, you are all tops 🔝❤️👏👍

This place offers not only excellent food and excellent wine but also a true food and wine experience, accompanied by the owner's enthusiastic descriptions of the delicacies he brought us: all the cured meats, cheeses, and fish were of the highest quality!!!
I loved the creamed cod, both the standard version and the one with truffle, the fish cured meats (tuna and swordfish were amazing)... the cured meats were excellent, preservative-free and all handcrafted. The cooked head was amazing, as were the cheeses... well, guys, I highly recommend it. Let the owner explain everything, and his Tuscan accent adds a picturesque touch to all the dishes.
The wine selection is spectacular. We ordered a delicious Franciacorta and a remarkable pure white Sauvignon. Ask the owner for advice on this too. The staff is friendly and smiling, which is no small thing.
Good value for money considering the location and the quality of the food.
I'll be back as soon as possible.

A restaurant, or rather a shop, in the historic center of Fano with very little outdoor seating. As soon as you step inside, you're overwhelmed by mouth-watering aromas. We enjoyed a selection of cheeses and a seafood charcuterie board. Beautiful and delicious dishes made with excellent ingredients. The owner's passion for sourcing products from all over Italy and beyond is evident. Since they have a list of bottles, I'd also choose a wine list, but they probably do that because they never have the same ones. We did, however, drink a really good sparkling rosé from the Marche region.

A little gem in the heart of Fano with an exceptional wine selection. We ordered a bottle of L'Inquisitore: fresh, fruity, and fragrant. The staff were extremely friendly. Seating is limited, so reservations are required.
