21/09/2025: The café was very crowded on Sunday. However, all the tables had been cleared but not cleaned, so they were still dirty from previous customers. To order, you had to go directly to the counter; you took your own croissants, while drinks were served. There was a wide variety of croissants, but some bold options, like peach and fig jam, remained untouched. The classic varieties, unfortunately, were insufficient. Fortunately, the croissants were fresh and crispy. However, the café's management leaves much to be desired. With four people behind the counter, no one knows exactly what to do: two work and two simply watch the customers. This isn't surprising, given that there's no space to work. The lack of organization is evident. It took a while for the coffee to arrive, as they had to look for customers who had ordered. It would be easier if one person took orders at the tables, another prepared the drinks, a third took the orders and cleaned the tables, while the last person attended to the customers at the croissant counter. The coffee was very good, but the cups were a little dirty on the outside. I hope my review can help reduce the chaos in the workplace and make the atmosphere more welcoming and pleasant. To pay, I had to go back to the counter again. The bill was 7 euros. I gave her 20 euros, and as she started counting, I told her I could give her 2 euros to make it easier for her. But she replied that she had already started giving change, so no. I wonder why they make life more complicated than it is: she started counting from the 10-euro bill instead of rounding up with coins. It would have been much quicker. Overall, as a customer, I sensed the staff's overload and anxiety.

07/12/2025: The lady inside is extremely rude, bitter, unacceptable with a huge communication problem, especially with the people and the food, not even the Greek souvlaki, the name does not suit such a place.

16/08/2025: We stayed two nights with the kids over the August bank holiday weekend. Stunning panoramic views of the Marche hills. Nice, clean rooms. If I had to criticize them, I didn't find the mattress the most comfortable, but overall the room was fine. The food was truly amazing, and you could tell it was prepared by someone with years of experience! The pool was well-maintained, and a special thanks to the waiters and waitresses, who were all really nice and attentive. A pleasant holiday!

04/08/2025: Anyone who says the portions are generous is used to Borghese's programs, you eat little and spend too much, I'm used to eating well and not going hungry, finally a place where you eat and eat well too!!!!!!!!!

16/03/2025: Perfect place for those who love pizza, with a centimeter-thick, tenderly crispy crust. Well-seasoned. In addition to the usual drinks, there's also a coffee machine. Excellent value for money.

14/09/2025: Yesterday 13/09/25 there were 9 of us to eat and we all felt bad. The staff doesn't know how to present the menu because they don't know what's on the menu. To order, we went behind them. The waitress presents us with the menu in a snobbish way. She doesn't know how to speak Italian and is very rude to the customers. The place needs to be let in by the N.A.S. The place needs to be closed. That's for sure.

13/09/2025: The waitress, with her bangs and loose hair (which wouldn't be ideal in a dining room) greeted us with an annoyed look, as if we were ruining her day just by sitting at her table. She slurred her words as she listed the menu, gave rude answers to every question, and when I tried to ask about the grilled food (which was written one way on the menu and was presented with a different version), she even laughed in my face, saying that "they cook based on what they have." Oh, okay, so the menu is basically an idea, not a promise. Then, oh well, they brought us spicy olive oil instead of regular oil, and let's move on. I ordered the white pizza with ham, which came with mushrooms, and at that point I wondered if the game of the evening was "guess what I'll bring you." Amid all this, the waitress's service was cold and even rude. The only positive note was the kind and friendly lady clearing the table.

15/08/2025: The villa's parking lot is frequented by criminals who break car windows to steal their contents. It happened during a wedding in broad daylight. I wasn't the only one to suffer damage that day. It's happened several times before. The owners are aware of it. The parking lot isn't monitored by video surveillance, despite the presence of a camera that, apparently, everyone knows is turned off... It's scandalous that no action is being taken in the face of a pattern that's now well-known in the area.
