Here's what remains after the experience: The Hospitality: a very kind staff who knows how to move with grace, making guests feel part of an ancient history. The Chef's Hand: Luca Sbicca is a thoroughbred personality. His cuisine is expressive, balanced, evocative, capable of transforming matter into memory. The Taste: after the grilled splendor of May Day, the lightness and balance were a panacea. - Eggplant parmigiana flan: with buffalo mozzarella on a basil coulis, a rare harmony. - Grandma's meatballs: with veal in tomato and basil, a return to the essentials, authentic and profound. - Tiramisu with Sardinian coffee-flavored ladyfinger, a memorable finale. - The surprise: finding the house wine to be the Verdicchio "Stè" – by Stefano Antonucci – is a sign of a care for the guest that doesn't seek shortcuts, but offers only true quality. The bill was fair, a pact of loyalty between those who offer their best and those who know how to recognize it. A must-visit as soon as the nostalgia for this wonderful land returns. A necessary destination between a sweet languor and the taste of excellence.

30/04/2026: Elegant and excellent restaurant with welcoming and kind owners! The menu is rich in local products and dishes. We ordered two appetizers and two meat-based main courses. Excellent value. Highly recommended!
