01/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for a dinner with friends. The food was overall good: homemade pasta, traditional flavors, and adequate portions. We ordered three first courses (two tagliatelle with meat sauce and a tortellone with butter and sage), three second courses (a veal shoulder and two pork shoulders), three desserts, and a bottle of wine for €22. The final bill was €150, which we felt was significantly excessive for what we ate. Another detail that left us perplexed was that the owner asked us if we were in the area, which gave the impression she wanted to adjust the bill accordingly. Furthermore, we were not given a receipt. It's a real shame because the quality of the food is worth it, but between the exorbitant prices and the lack of transparency in management, we can't recommend this place.

12/10/2025: Family lunch, even if a bit 80s-style the food is good, everything is tasty and plentiful, the only problem is that the service was a bit slow, perhaps a couple of waiters were missing, fair price for appetizer, two first courses, mixed roast with various side dishes, wine, coffee, liqueurs, etc. 40 euros.

12/08/2025: I ended up here by accident. Excellent food and great prices. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance. Well done, keep it up! (The only place open for lunch that isn't a fast food joint.)

Adding to the mood swings caused by one's temper is being born in the month of July. Granted, I don't grant, I pay attention to the horoscope (I NEVER), I recognize that the descriptions of some character traits of those born in July paint a fairly accurate picture of the character of the person writing the note accompanying another dinner experience, a dinner under the influence of a person not exactly inclined to sociability. Another character trait of those born in July seems to be linked to the Earth's satellite called the Moon by astronomers. In other words, down-to-earth, moody. And that's not much tonight. Because there's also a marked sensitivity to moodiness, tending to get nervous when it rains. It pours. So the creative person is out of sorts. Fridge with vegetables. I don't even think about it. Pizza. Variation: with mushrooms. Margherita with mushrooms. Anticipation. Between one downpour and the next, I take possession of the position I always like everywhere. Out of the way. The ambient lights don't allow for any shadows. Otherwise, I would have snuggled in there. To observe. Orderly customers, relaxed atmosphere. Here there's no rudeness, no crowds, no noise, no that heavy dialect typical of Caput Mundi. Here there's gentlemanly respect. You greet everyone when you enter, regardless of who's in the place. You don't hear "the usual," a horrible habit of rude people who think they're at home just because they're customers. Lost in thought, I browse through my photos on my phone, but my ears are alert, I'm quite irritated, and nothing escapes me: suddenly I hear the magic word for tonight. "...hamburger." Struck by lightning. Go to hell with the Margherita with mushrooms. I try: "Maybe I can change the reservation if it's not already being prepared?" At least, there are people working here, and behind the arch behind the display counter, girls and boys are TROTTING. They don't dry the rocks like they do on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Very kind, Milena: "Yes, of course, it's not being prepared yet." Wonderful. Then, with that dazzling, intelligent smile, it lights up your evening. I choose. The maxi burger, nine euros. The ones from well-known American chains are a steal. Sta_Amburger changed my mood this evening instantly, not only because of the kindness of everyone at Era Ora but also because it's really good. And I'm not writing this because I was hungry. It really is good. You can read how it's made in the other reviews from those who know more than me on the subject. And it makes me laugh. Or on Era Ora's profile under the specials on the menu. I liked it, everything. And I'm not just writing about hamburgers. (In the photo are the collectible keychains, beautiful!)

20/09/2025: eDDDDAIII! Finally, it's about time. A place where you can find the Lenten, the Sacred Maritozzo, in a savory version for a nice savory breakfast. Finally, really. I-I-came-from-Rome to find this delicacy that warmed up an already chilly September evening during an endless wandering & strolling IN Subaru in search of the impossible, the perfect photo. But I found the perfect maritozzo. And the fact that I happened to find it in the area where Sixtus V is apparently a celebrity could be significant in itself. Er Maritozzo here, in the city of Sixtus V, is perfect. I knew at first glance, when it was beautifully lined up with its little brothers on display, that it was a soft and fragrant dough that pampers with its soft flavor the taste hungry for good flavors. Hungry gestures as soon as it was "in house" and off we go, snuffed out the first two in "sweet" version. Then the assault on the savory breakfast maritozzo, just after two ritual clicks, not for these notes but for something else. A disarming simplicity that fills you with joy and makes you forget the venial capital sin of gluttony. And what the heck, do you think that I, so at home within the Leonine Walls, in the city of Sixtus V, wouldn't commit the sin of gluttony? You decide.

16/08/2025: We stayed two nights with the kids over the August bank holiday weekend. Stunning panoramic views of the Marche hills. Nice, clean rooms. If I had to criticize them, I didn't find the mattress the most comfortable, but overall the room was fine. The food was truly amazing, and you could tell it was prepared by someone with years of experience! The pool was well-maintained, and a special thanks to the waiters and waitresses, who were all really nice and attentive. A pleasant holiday!

04/08/2025: Anyone who says the portions are generous is used to Borghese's programs, you eat little and spend too much, I'm used to eating well and not going hungry, finally a place where you eat and eat well too!!!!!!!!!

13/08/2025: We had dinner with a group of friends and children. There aren't many tables, so it's quiet. There are no children's games, but there is a nice little garden outside. The food was very good; we had ribs and a delicious, delicious grilled pork. We spent a lot, but we were still satisfied. I'll be back.

10/11/2025: Fast service and very friendly staff, available to answer any questions. The location is neat and clean. The food is a bit less high-quality. I felt that everything had a sour aftertaste, which detracted from the fish flavor, which was barely noticeable. Despite having tried many different rolls, I always found more or less the same filling (fried shrimp). The quality/price ratio isn't exactly good.

03/10/2025: Top ice cream 🍦Wide variety of flavors. Special salted caramel! The cream & chocolate maritozzo is amazing! A great snack! Very polite, friendly, hardworking owners. Home delivery too (punctual, precise: that's how you work in 2025...) for movie nights (.. or a match 🏐🏈🎾) & ice cream on the couch. The crepes with Nutella are divine! Excellent. Recommended ⭐️👍

09/11/2025: I came here with my dad. We ordered two pizzas, the Diavolik and the Sorrento. They were truly delicious and light (word from a pizza chef and someone who usually never finishes her pizzas). The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, perfectly fitting into the place, which has a homey feel and is very well decorated, although unfortunately we had to wait a bit for the pizzas (considering that the place was full). In total, the two of us spent about €30 (drinks and desserts included), which is a very fair price for the quality. Everything was beautiful and delicious! I highly recommend it.

26/10/2025: An enchanting location, tables hidden among the ancient beams and caves beneath the structure that houses this restaurant, where local ingredients are showcased, with a focus on seasonality. The menu, including the desserts, is constantly evolving. Tagliatella rolled thinly with a rolling pin accompanied by seasonal mushrooms, squid ink cannelloni stuffed with broccoli accompanied by crispy bacon, rabbit in porchetta accompanied by diced eggplant—the latter—all accompanied by an excellent, locally sourced Aleatico, almost zero-mile and super organic! Finally, a gelato made with olive oil from the town of Cartoceto and a traditional Moretta from Fano. €85 for a bottle of wine always makes a difference in the final bill, so be the judge! A truly delightful experience.

05/09/2025: I would have expected something better given the reviews. The place isn't bad for a quick bite, but the prices are a bit high. In our case, a vegetable lasagna, three rice-stuffed tomatoes, and four battered zucchini flowers, plus a can of orange juice, cost €35... a shame.

16/03/2025: Perfect place for those who love pizza, with a centimeter-thick, tenderly crispy crust. Well-seasoned. In addition to the usual drinks, there's also a coffee machine. Excellent value for money.
