12/03/2025: Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere, but some dishes were very disappointing: the Ascolana olives were a bit dry and tasted like they were refrigerated, and the tagliata was boiled and a bit cold. Otherwise, the cheese selection was good, the tagliatelle with ragù was delicious, and the tortelloni stuffed with carbonara were unique. For the price, I expected a bit more.
08/02/2025: Sono stato al caffè dei poeti qualche giorno fa con la mia ragazza, locale carino, buoni i crudi di carne ma sul primo abbiamo avuto un po’ di riserve : abbiamo deciso di provare i ravioloni ripieni alla carbonara… buona la sfoglia ed il ripieno ma mancava quel che più caratterizza la carbonara, la cremina che si crea con l’amido l’uovo ed il grasso. Era stato messo un formaggio, simili a quei formaggini che mangiavo quando ero piccolo nella minestrina, inoltre il guanciale si sentiva veramente poco sotto i tendi… cosa che in realtà anche questa dovrebbe essere una caratteristica del piatto, quella del guanciale croccante. Un po’ una caduta di stile secondo me. Per il resto ci siamo, la carta dei vini ha buoni prodotti locali e non … magari ecco giusto ad imparare a fare una carbo crema potrebbe essere un valore in più.

05/10/2025: I was completely disappointed. I went there last night with my husband and a couple of friends. It's inconceivable that on a Saturday night... a pizzeria... at 9 pm... has already run out of beer and wine... We were seated at a table right next to the register where anyone who came to pay for something else would climb on our heads. No organization or communication between the staff. Noisy atmosphere. A 4.6 pizzeria? Are you kidding me? I'll never regret it again.

03/09/2025: Had my birthday dinner here with my family. I’m visiting from Canada. It was our favourite restaurant so far best restaurant in Fano! Thank you so much for having us and remembering me from when I was little.
03/09/2025: Stuffed deep-fried olives were a first for us, and they blew our minds. Crunchy, salty, rich, everything you’d hope for in a tiny bite of happiness. No photos, but maybe that’s better…some things are best left as delicious memories

30/08/2025: We stopped here just for a beer: a great selection of the famous draft beers, hard to find elsewhere, and a great price. Then we indulged in the Ascoli olives, probably not homemade, but fried to perfection, with zero grease. The staff was young and friendly, and the atmosphere was informal. We were happy to return a few nights later!

24/09/2025: ❗️ If you want gourmet prices, you need gourmet information ❗️ The price I paid for the pizzas is the same as I pay in Milan, except that in Milan they're better. Electric oven, few ingredients (unclear which ones are gourmet and how), leavening time? How many hours? The quality-price ratio is very unbalanced. None of the ones I've eaten should cost more than €10. ➡️ Response to management A review is, by definition, the account of a subjective experience, not an accounting or technical analysis. My impression, as a pizza lover, was of thin pizzas, cooked in an electric oven, ingredients that weren't perceived as gourmet, and a quality-price ratio that, in my opinion, doesn't make sense. If you want to charge a fortune for your pizzas, then also be sure to include clear information about the type of dough, the leavening time, and the quality of the ingredients used. It's not enough to write "tomatoes, mushrooms, and ham" if you then charge €12 for a simple boscaiola. The €2.50 charge for extra ingredients is absurd, to say the least. Hoping to give you some food for thought, I'm attaching the menu from a pizzeria in Milan. The prices are similar, but each pizza is described in detail (type of dough, rising times, DOP/IGP ingredients). Perhaps it could also be useful for you to better promote your product. ➡️ 2nd Response to Management I have the receipt, but it only lists the total price, without any details: nothing can be deduced from it. I didn't include it precisely to avoid embarrassing you. Thank goodness they're traditional pizzas; €12 for a boscaiola isn't even available in Porto Cervo. The point remains, however: if you immediately react to every negative review by becoming defensive, perhaps it would be better to reconsider your approach, because reviews should serve to improve, not to make excuses.

30/08/2025: I'm writing this review to confirm what was already reported by the person I dined with at your restaurant, who left a previous review regarding the dish served with lemon, despite an explicit request to remove it. What happened isn't a simple "misunderstanding": if a customer requests an ingredient be removed and the staff assures them that this is possible, that dish must actually be remade and without the requested ingredient. Failure to do so, in addition to violating the customer's trust, risks compromising their health in the presence of allergies or intolerances, as established by EU Regulation 1169/2011 on allergens. In our case, the dish wasn't remade, but simply re-presented after removing the external decoration, leaving the lemon inside. And even if we were to believe the owner's statement that the dish was remade "in a hurry," the fact remains obvious: why would they remake it with lemon inside anyway, when the customer had specifically requested that it be removed? There are two possible scenarios: either they made a second mistake in the kitchen, demonstrating a serious lack of attention, or—more likely—they never remade the dish, simply removing the outer layer to save time and effort. In either case, the result is unacceptable. Furthermore, during dinner, a cat was roaming freely among the tables, and some customers fed it with restaurant dishes. The staff did not intervene, despite this being a clear violation of hygiene and health regulations (EC Regulation 852/2004 and HACCP requirements), which prohibit the use of tableware intended for pets. Confirmation of these shortcomings is the management's response to Valeria's review, the person who dined with me: instead of apologizing or addressing the comments in a constructive spirit, the owner reacted in an aggressive and offensive tone, even going so far as to declare that our presence would no longer be welcome. This isn't an isolated incident: reading other negative reviews, one notices a recurring pattern, with rude and unprofessional public responses, in stark contrast to the very idea of ​​a restaurant, which should be based on hospitality, respect, and customer service. I won't add anything else: the owner's actions and words, clearly stated in the responses to the reviews, are enough to get an idea.

20/08/2025: I don't know how the food is because we've never been in. August 20th, 1 PM, lunchtime, we tried calling but no answer. We went up to Crispiero and arrived at this tavern recommended and reviewed by a local food blogger. We went in and said hello, but the waiter didn't look or respond as if he were happy to welcome us. After a few minutes, the owner arrived and, not always responding to our "good morning," told us she couldn't guarantee service since there were only two of us. The dining audience consisted of two tables of four who were already eating their entrees, a very important customer sitting alone outside, and a table of two who were already eating dessert. I repeat, 1 PM on August 20th. She didn't even kindly ask us to leave without even apologizing to us, who had this unhealthy idea of ​​gorging ourselves on food and taking our money to the lady at Taverna Paradiso. Book 6 months in advance or make sure you go with a friend of the owner. I will not recommend it to anyone and will instead enrich it with all the bad impressions it made on me.
