The pizza is prepared in Roman style by the slice, with a thin and crunchy dough. I appreciated the lightness of the base and the generosity of the seasonings, which were tasty and well balanced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices are slightly higher than average, but considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience, I think they are justified. In conclusion, I recommend Bianca Pizza Artigianale to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality Roman pizza in Jesi, in a welcoming environment and with friendly service.

13/03/2025: Very welcoming place with its brick walls and plaster crusts, with arches similar to old warehouses, which give a nice idea of ​​a very intimate and warm rustic atmosphere. Excellent pizzas (by excellent I mean, in addition to the fresh ingredients, also the dough) and of various flavors, wholemeal, for people with food intolerances and also for takeaway (in the photos, pizza bianca, mushrooms, truffle and pizza amatriciana). Ideal for couples, families and groups, perfect staff, polite, kind, helpful, well managed and synchronized by the owner Samanta. Finally, do you want to enjoy? 16/04/2025: Terrible treatment by the waitress. I arrived at 2.45pm, asked him if I could still eat, he said yes and from then on his attitude was terrible. He spoke in a low voice, as if I were bothering him. Everything I asked him, he told me no. I wouldn't go back.

Ravioli con condimento che rendeva "indecifrabile" la qualità del piatto, tagliata di quarto posteriore, di allevamento proprio, servita a modo di, come lo chiamiamo qui nelle Marche, Straccetti di carne, prezzo non adeguato per quanto offerto. Dolci secchi e crostata deludenti. Peccato si stia perdendo la vera qualità dell'Agriturismo familiare!
