We passed by chance on our way back from Umbria, we had a really good lunch, ordering two complete appetizers with truffles, good and plentiful. Friendly staff and very attentive to requests. Advised.

Come sempre tutto ottimo, cacio e pepe e ravioli superbi, poi carpaccio e tagliata di ottima qualità. Questa sera non abbiamo preso la pizza, ma quella da mezzo metro vale il viaggio. Al termine abbiamo avuto ospite al tavolo lo Chef " Nico " 😁😁👍

Sono stato a mangiare con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante, optando per il menù al tartufo bianco, mangiando due antipasti completi a 55€ l'uno e tre primi al tartufo (due bianchi e uno nero) che variavano dai 25€ ai 35€. La qualità degli antipasti è buona e il piatto è abbondante, ma i piatti arrivano con il tartufo già grattugiato, anche se abbondante. I primi sono buoni, ma nulla di eccezionale, tutto abbastanza basico. Se dovessi ricapitarci ci mangerei di nuovo, ma se dovessi partire per andarci appositamente guarderei anche altre opzioni.

Trattoria del Borgo

02/04/2024: A pleasant discovery in this country with great potential for history and location. It's a shame that it is becoming depopulated and that no one takes care of this dusty and empty jewel! Luckily there are those who, heroically, continue to believe in us with excellent traditional cuisine.
31/03/2024: The restaurateur is a very professional person, what can I say about the menu, everything is well looked after but above all genuine and fresh, for me it is to be recommended as a fixed stop, a piece of advice that must be seen to be believed.
