28/02/2026: Regarding the food, nothing to say about the service, disappointed by the sales assistant, not very serious, one day I went to get something for lunch, when it was time to prepare what I had chosen (specifically a slice of pizza) there were two left, she preferred to give them to the gentleman sitting behind, I think he knew her, and ask me to wait another 10 minutes. If I go in again I will first look inside to see who is there to serve.

12/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. A few days ago, I placed an order for around €70 through Glovo, and one of the menus arrived incomplete. I tried contacting the restaurant several times using the number provided, but no one ever answered. Today at lunch, I decided to try ordering again, again through Glovo, and before the order was ready, I tried calling Mc again to ask for more attention and explain what had happened the previous time, but again, there was no answer. Truly terrible service: zero customer service, impossible to communicate with the restaurant, and little attention to the customer. I hope they improve, because this is unacceptable.

30/04/2026: Caffè Vergnano Monza is a traditional café, beautifully located on the beautiful Piazza Duomo. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, perfect for a coffee break in the heart of Monza. Excellent cappuccino, beautifully presented, accompanied by a good selection of breakfast products and beverages. The establishment retains the charm of a classic café, with friendly service and a truly charming setting. An ideal place to stop, relax, and enjoy the historic center.

28/04/2026: First of all, this bar has very, very high prices, even though it is close to the cathedral, so very convenient, but it is too expensive, and the sanitary facilities need to be improved because the height of the toilet is too high.

19/03/2026: I went to this pastry shop this morning with my boyfriend to get some croissants, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a positive one. After ordering, my boyfriend asked about a croissant he'd ordered several times before, but the clerk insisted it hadn't been made before. She then listed all the available flavors very quickly and unclearly. When he politely asked her to repeat them so he could choose more easily, she responded rudely and annoyed, saying she'd already mentioned them earlier. This isn't the first time we've encountered this attitude: unfortunately, the courtesy toward customers leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, because the products are good, but the service really makes the difference. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

04/03/2026: Beautiful pastry shop 🧁, I've known it since I was a child, since my mother bought cakes for both 3 of my birthdays 🎂, and for my younger brother's baptism 👶🏻, of which we had taken 2 chosen by my middle brother.

30/01/2026: We've been ordering from you for years and have always had a good experience; the pizzas are good and the prices are okay. The real problem is that this is the umpteenth time you've been late. I understand that it can happen from time to time (maybe people don't leave their homes right away to pick up their pizza and cause delays, maybe you don't find the right route right away and have to go around in circles). I try to always be very understanding, but this is truly the umpteenth time. It doesn't matter if we order during the week or on Saturdays, if we order once a month or three times a month; you always arrive at least half an hour late. (And the last time the pizzas were cold.) I'm a bit fed up. If you can't handle so many orders, take fewer and offer better service.

15/12/2025: We noticed this bar for its eye-catching Christmas decorations and decided to stop by for an aperitivo at the first opportunity. We were very pleased! The prices are very fair, even though they aren't your typical cocktails. The drinks are sophisticated and delicious, and the accompanying platter was delicious. The Christmas decorations are top-notch!

19/04/2026: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. The service seemed disorganized: we were initially directed to a shared table despite there being room for two, the menu wasn't delivered immediately, and we had to ask for water several times. Regarding cleanliness, I found the appetizer plates to be stained. The quality of the food also didn't meet expectations: the calzone was very light on filling compared to usual standards. Finally, the restaurant was extremely noisy and chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy a quiet dinner.
