22/10/2025: It's a must-visit when my wife and I go to Mantova Village. We've made several purchases, not just coffee-related ones, like a citrus juicer that works great. But the real highlight is the expertise, courtesy, and professionalism of the sales assistants. Anastasia, Laura, and Alessia are truly very kind. 31/07/2025: We enter the store and say hello. Obviously, my greeting isn't coming from the
clerk, who's too busy doing nothing. We ask for information about a coffee maker, and with an annoyed and superficial manner, I'm given information I could have figured out even if I could read a box.

27/05/2025: Das Essen war sehr gut, aber der Service echt grottig.
Das Mädel, das bediente, hatte keine Lust, auch schien sie Deutsche nicht zu mögen, da sie bei der Essensbestellung (beim 3. Mal informieren, dass wir bitte etwas bestellen möchten) auf ihre Kollegin verwies, die auch betont langsam an den Tisch kam. Auf italienisch bestellt!
Beim Bezahlen, dann herausgefunden, dass nur das Essen eingegeben wurde, aber nicht die Getränke. Wir hätten statt 48 Euro nur 24 Euro bezahlen müssen, haben aber die Getränke selbstverständlich angegeben.
