19/08/2025: Rudeness aside, the ice cream is definitely to be avoided...it's far from artisanal. €22, a terrible waste of money. When we got home, we tried it and threw away the entire tub.

30/08/2025: We went in to use the bathroom and the rude lady yelled at me, "Nice! One bottle of water for three people in the bathroom seems too little," not seeing that my friends were behind me buying more bottles. Then she complained about paying with a POS for water... unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

30/08/2025: Rude, disrespectful owners. They got mad because we went to the bathroom, thinking we weren't using anything. Instead, we spent €10 to go to the bathroom for three of us, complaining about paying with a debit card. In Milan, you can pay as little as €0.10 with a debit card, and no one says anything about it, but it's clear they're still old-fashioned here.

25/06/2025: Nice place, L.ecco center. Very kind and efficient staff; the shop sells every type of coffee, in beans or ground. The bar serves drinks and sweets. Compliments to Simone and Alberta...

19/08/2025: The tennis court lighting setup was poorly organized. It was practically impossible to see the ball, so we asked the cashier to turn on the lights. The girl did so immediately without mentioning any additional cost. After 20-30 minutes, however, she interrupted the match again to ask for an additional fee, which, I repeat, she had never mentioned before.

11/08/2025: Rude and unfriendly staff. The place is always crowded. I absolutely do not recommend it.

01/05/2025: Mentre aspettiamo il traghetto, entriamo in questo locale perché a mia figlia serve il bagno. Chiedo un caffè e mi rispondono che non fanno servizio al banco. Chiedo per il bagno e vedo un cartello che dice che bisogna pagare 2 euro per la toilette. Il signore alla cassa mi dice con poca cortesia che posso comprare una bottiglietta d’acqua a 2 euro da pagare però solo in contanti. Davvero un modo poco gentile per accogliere dei turisti!

07/04/2025: Una delle peggiori esperienze mai vissute in un ristorante. l’unica cosa “accogliente” è stato il silenzio glaciale all’ingresso. Nessuno che ti consideri, nessuno che ti accompagni al tavolo: sei solo. O quasi. Perché uno dei gestori si diverte a sparlare alle spalle dei clienti con toni derisori e poco graziati, credendo forse di essere invisibile. Triste spettacolo. Il locale è sporco:, bicchieri con patine strane e precedenti aloni di labbra altrui, atmosfera trascurata. L’insalata marcia sembrava direttamente uscita da un bidone dell’umido. Il menage (olio, aceto, sale) impresentabile: bottiglie unte, olio travasato di dubbia provenienza, lontano anni luce da qualsiasi extravergine. E poi il vino: annacquato, privo di sapore e dignità. Un affronto al palato e al buon senso. In sintesi: qualità inesistente, ambiente sgradevole, comportamento del personale inaccettabile. Un’esperienza da evitare accuratamente; per citare le esatte parole di quando ci siamo alzati dal tavolo da chi era ad aspettare di prendere solo i soldi di quel pessimo cibo: - ci leviamo dalle ........ molto volentieri. Con la speranza che presto possiate evitare di continuare a somministrare porcheria, un caro saluto. Unfriendly staff, dirty glasses, and rotten salad served as if it were fresh. One of the staff members mocked customers behind their backs—completely unprofessional. The olive oil was suspicious, the wine watered down, and the overall quality was terrible. A truly disappointing experience.

15/09/2025: Terrible experience. We stopped at this bar only because we had a dog and wanted a place with outdoor seating. The owner was arrogant and stern, peering at the tables from the counter with a disturbing expression. The prices were exorbitant, and the cappuccino and coffee were watered down and practically undrinkable. Never again...the only saving grace is your location in the heart of Lecco.

19/10/2025: 17 people. The pizza was delicious. Price-wise, I don't think it's terribly expensive, as others have said. 10 euros for a pizza is a reasonable price.

28/09/2025: Terrible experience, don't go there. The waitresses were rude and arrogant. We ordered two drinks and they were full of flies (not one, about fifteen). The bartender's response was, "I don't check for flies," "those who work can make mistakes." We returned shortly after with the second drink with the same problem, and the response was, "Of course, this one had flies too." The drinks were remade and delivered in a terrible and incorrect manner. Always with an attitude of someone who isn't to blame. She also admitted that others had had the same problem. For me, it's not normal; normal hygiene standards are lacking here. We're not at the edge of the world, but in the center of Lecco.
