19/12/2025: Problems with an instructor who mistreated my 8-year-old son. He yelled at him loudly, and the whole pool heard. He came back crying and doesn't want to go back. We filed a complaint, and they did nothing. Terrible service and mistreatment. I don't recommend it. Don't take your children there. They also refused to refund the money for the classes he couldn't attend.
22/11/2025: Today, as often happens, I went to have breakfast. The place is not 10 out of 10, but, despite being alone to manage a large number of people, Mrs. Laura, thanks to her professionalism, friendliness and kindness, cheered up my day.

31/01/2026: I lived in Lecco for a few years and came here twice in total; each time, the owner's face looked like someone just returned from a funeral. When I learned that today was their last day open, I took a photo inside. The owner, hiding behind the counter, muttered, "Why does she have to take a photo?" Of course: to document how miserable your café's last day is—what other reason could there be? 😂😂😂That such a gloomy and backward café is closing as soon as possible is a great blessing for the people of Lecco.

16/02/2026: I've been to this bar more than once. Once for a spritz, awful, tasting only of sliced ripe oranges! Another time for a simple pack of cigarettes. In both cases, the poss wasn't working... who knows why. The guy, and I think he's the owner at this point, at the cash register was quite rude in telling me the poss wasn't working, taking the pack from my hands.
Change jobs.
15/02/2026: You who enter, abandon all hope...
'There's no toilet paper in the bathroom...' the reply was, 'I don't have time to go to the warehouse to get it.'
I've never seen such rude people; besides, they lost our order and we waited two hours.

24/01/2026: Greeted at the door with a look of annoyance. No smile, no "thank you," no "you're welcome"... In short, no normal, usual, civilized welcome. Two stars only for the two hot chocolates I ordered.
02/11/2025: The owners were quite rude, they served me liquid and very hot chocolate, never again!!!

22/07/2025: Sono andata domenica, personale antipatico e incapace.
Nonostante pochi avventori per poter fare l’ordinazione dopo circa 5/6 minuti abbiamo dovuto chiamare 2volte i ragazzi, a ordinazione presa abbiamo dovuto richiamare per dire che avevamo un appuntamento e non potevamo aspettare ancora, in breve per un pessimo spritz annacquato e uno scarno insieme di due pizzette un piccolissimo arancino e due listarelle di pinzimonio appassito che nemmeno abbiamo toccato abbiamo pagato 14€ a testa e aspettato circa 25 m.!!!😡
Al peggio non c’è mai fine e al bancone per prendere un kg di mignon ho dovuto dire alla ragazza che il vassoio era troppo piccolo;anche quello cambiato lo era e alla fine è riuscita a mettere 8 hg sovrapponendoli.
La scelta scarnissima i bignè solo alla crema e poi il poco rimanente era comunque fermo agli anni Ottanta.La ragazza conclude in bellezza non sapendo neppure fare il pacchetto e in più ho pagato 34 € quindi costano anche moltissimo.
Direi di scegliere altre pasticcerie

05/01/2026: A terrible experience after the change of management: first and foremost, a lack of professionalism. They were supposed to deliver Christmas lunch as agreed on Christmas Eve at 4:00 PM, but instead, no one was seen or heard from. They didn't answer the contact details. It wasn't until 9:30 PM that I received a phone call informing me of a series of problems, meaning the delivery would be on Christmas morning itself. We weren't satisfied with the food either, as the quality wasn't up to the level of the previous management. Furthermore, after sending emails to complain, I still haven't received a response, and I'm still waiting for a receipt for the amount paid.
25/12/2025: Unfortunately, the management has changed in recent years... Even just last year, they were a guaranteed Christmas treat; brioche was a must-have, it melted in your mouth... this year, it's much more similar to the bread from Iperal, except it's slightly overpriced at €17 a piece. First of all, it's chewy and there's not even a hint of butter. A real shame.

14/02/2026: Super delicious croissants, very friendly staff, very pleasant atmosphere, convenient parking.
Highly recommended!
29/09/2025: Really cute pastry shop.
The cappuccino is delicious, as are the croissants. The pastries are good, though not the freshest.
The prices are average; the coffee is a bit pricey.
The lady with the blonde hair is always very kind, and the place is impeccably clean.
I recommend a stop here.
