11/11/2025: Typical mountain restaurant. On clear days, the view of the valley is breathtaking. Excellent, hearty traditional Valsassina dishes. Prices are in line with the quality.

01/07/2025: A small restaurant with a pizzeria with an extraordinary view. Unfortunately there are no outdoor tables. The place is very characteristic, the food is good and the prices are very reasonable. It's a shame about the complete lack of parking in the area. You have to walk a long way

08/06/2025: Nothing special... high quality/price ratio, mussels as an appetizer, the sauce was good, but you had to look for the mussels with a magnifying glass... The first courses were decent but not very good, the sauce was separate from the cuttlefish ink tagliatelle... Desserts: good Catalan cream, tiramisu too soaked in water (the coffee was barely noticeable).

16/10/2025: Last night I had dinner with a cream of celeriac, black cabbage and bread croutons, they never disappoint... amazing.

12/10/2025: It's a shame to turn away customers when there are free tables. It's a bistro, the food is decent and the prices reasonable. But the welcome!!!!

16/09/2025: I ordered a pizza ,tiramisu and a water!The food and desert were really good!In total the receit was 26 euro.As a foreigner was my first meal in this region!I forgot my cash so i had.l to pay with credit card.I payed and left the place.Beeing my first night here i walked from accomodation to the restaurant just to check the city,slroundings!I dont know why,but i wanted to check the exchange but i realised that they charged me 42 euros!This was not a typing mistake as it would have been 46,not 42.Basically i was scammed of a meal.i was to tired to go back to have an argument.This was really unpleasent so double check before you leave the amount you pay!!!

01/09/2025: The atmosphere is lovely, located at a beautiful crossroads, and a short walk toward the little church offers a beautiful view. They have plenty of tables outside, some covered, and some inside, which I haven't had a chance to evaluate. The service is sometimes nice, sometimes annoying—so annoying?! At the register, there was an inviting menu, but when it came time to order, it wasn't the current one; the options were rabbit or sausage (maybe Wednesdays are different?). The sausage and polenta were good, but after reading about stew with polenta on the menu, I was left craving it! I ordered a slice of cake; it was very cheap, but I later discovered that this was because it was a supermarket-bought tart, so the price was reasonable. PS: The above is my review, not taking into account that it's run by volunteers, to whom, of course, my respect and thanks are due.

03/08/2025: Lunch at this refuge is always a treat. Also, visit the meticulously curated museum. Be careful of the Queen of England; you must use "Her Majesty" in her presence. Well done, well done, well done.

01/12/2025: We had lunch in a very beautiful and panoramic room. The menu was varied and well-prepared, and the service was precise and attentive. We didn't give it our all only because the pasta was really undercooked, almost raw. The risottos, however, were perfect. It's worth a visit just for the spectacular view. .

The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional, always available without being intrusive. Highly recommended for those seeking good food in a charming setting!

19/11/2025: An excellent business lunch at this informal yet very welcoming and clean restaurant. The trattoria is simple yet elegant, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The menu is varied and features typical local dishes. The meat is excellent, and you can purchase it from the on-site butcher. The wine cellar is good. The dishes are excellent and plentiful. Prices are average and consistent with the menu. Parking is available near the restaurant. Reservations are recommended. Kudos to the entire staff. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: Must try! Delicious meat, as are the appetizers, from cold cuts to pork shoulder. Desserts are good, but a step below the dinner. Friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: With a stunning lake view, we came in mid-September. There were only sandwiches. However, there were many varieties of beer.

18/09/2025: A bar on the beach – how great! But if you were expecting a piece of cake or a snack at the usual coffee time – you were wrong! Dry cookies... nothing else. The coffee – café latte and cappuccino – was still okay. The entire complex was very unkempt, the toilets were disgusting, some of the terrace boards were completely weathered, and the screws were loose, posing a risk of accidents. The service staff consisted of very young adults who had definitely not learned their trade. What a shame, it could be such a nice place to enjoy and linger...

22/10/2025: A unique atmosphere. The bar is mostly filled with locals, which creates a great atmosphere. Low prices, excellent quality. Free snacks are included with your order, and the service is friendly. The place is a bit out of the way, but that's an even bigger advantage! Come and try it!

07/10/2025: A truly positive experience; we ate and slept at the refuge. I'm vegan, and after letting them know in advance, they worked hard to find a suitable dinner for me. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind. The refuge is very welcoming, except for the showers, which aren't very functional, but for one night, you can live with that. Being in the middle of nowhere with a splendid view and rock music in the background is priceless!

06/10/2025: Very disappointed, I'll overlook the credit card payment issues and the fact that most of the dishes were already sold out by the time I got in line at 1:30 PM. The food was bland and tasteless. The staff was very disorganized.

24/11/2025: I went with a friend who lives nearby. The pizza wasn't exactly the same as I'd imagined. It was so thin and compact, I couldn't even cut it. It could be better.
