23/05/2025: Stiamo stati per un pranzo di compleanno. Per arrivare al rifugio, mettetevi scarpe comodo perché dovrete caminare 10 mn in salita. Il ristorante serve cibo tipico con una bellissima vista sul lago di Como, taglieri, primi... Consigliato per una gita fuori Milano.

13/04/2025: Dieci minuti di piacevolissima passeggiata ti permettono di arrivare davvero in paradiso. Appartamentini curati, puliti e provvisti di tutto ciò che serve. All'esterno ti aspetta un giardino splendido, con un panorama spettacolare sul lago. Colazione abbondante, sia quella consumata all'agriturismo, sia quella fornita nel simpatico cestino da viaggio. C'ero già stata anni fa, sono tornata e, certo, tornerò ancora!

02/08/2025: In due parole piangi pochissimo piatti normalissimi e paghi uno sproposito Esperienza terribile quando siamo usci siamo andati in una pizzeria perché avevamo fame. Mai più…… da Olga sono sempre andato ma questa esperienza con la nuova gestione è stata terribile. Avevo prenotato anche per la settimana successiva ma ho subito cancellato la prenotazione. 24/06/2025: Saturday night I had dinner with friends at this restaurant...I'm writing this review hoping that these guys will learn from their mistakes. We sit down, I point out that I'm celiac and immediately I'm told that they've run out of risotto, the only gf first course. They also say that they've run out of chips. We order and after 10 minutes they arrive and tell us that the pasta with shrimp is also finished (shrimp served at another table as a second course). Four plates of pasta with spring onion arrive, completely tasteless, something that other customers also pointed out. They didn't apologize or offer to recook it. The pasta with meat sauce was also bland, the sauce slipped off the pasta and it was nothing special. The meat was good, but they didn't even give me a packet of crackers or gf breadsticks...you can buy them everywhere and it's a sign of respect and attention to the customer. They offer me a salad with carrots...carrots finished! When I complained that they could have a minimum offer for those who need gluten-free, I was told that between vegans and celiacs, they don't know what to do anymore. Just comparing a celiac (autoimmune disease) to a vegan (lifestyle choice) makes you understand the ignorance that a young restaurateur CANNOT HAVE. No one expected the cutlet or the fried food...just a little more attention and care for the customer. The cooked cream had frozen strawberries underneath. At the payment, no excuses, no discount, not even the proposal to offer a bitter...and we paid 55 euros for a bottle for 6. Honestly, I tried to eat in unlikely places with a very high attention and care for those like me who have an eating problem. Advice: if you want to grow, this is not the way to do it

14/07/2025: Abbiamo deciso di provare osteria da Edo un lunedì sera di luglio, dopo aver letto le recensioni positive di altri clienti. Confermiamo tutte le impressioni positive. A cominciare dal cibo, ottimo. Abbiamo assaggiato la pizza al carbone, davvero fantastica e leggerissima!!! Mai mangiato una pizza così leggera. E poi un'ottima tagliata, carne tenerissima e cottura perfetta. Per finire buoni anche i dolci fatti in casa, tiramisù e torta alla frutta. Cordialissimi i proprietari, davvero gentili anche nello spiegarci i"segreti" della loro pizza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti, come a casa. Per finire carina anche la location, in un posto tranquillo, con a fianco il torrente. Bravi ragazzi, davvero complimenti!

14/06/2025: Pizze eccellenti,location fresca e tranquilla in mezzo al verde,proprietari cordiali e simpatici, merita 4 passi digestivi il piccolo orrido con percorso pedonale illuminato.

08/06/2025: UPDATE June 2025: now you can pay small amounts with the POS! This news changes everything, rehabilitates this place making it a beautiful reality of the country. Intimate and comfortable environment, ideal for excellent breakfasts and aperitifs. large parking lot and in the center of the country (OLD REVIEW: They do not accept POS payments under €20. Unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review in a place where you are forced to withdraw money to pay. The place itself is very nice, but this lack will push me not to return)

05/09/2025: Location is excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very good. However, our room was dirty and full of ants. The ants crawled across our bed, there were many in the bathroom, crawling along the floors In the main room, and obviously in our Suitcases. We had no coffee in our room even though we asked for it. Our door was impossible to lock and unlock, and the key would stick relentlessly. I would not go back.

08/08/2025: I'm very sorry to leave this negative review, which is certainly related to the girl at the bar, because it wasn't my first time there. First of all, the bar wasn't full, but I think the bartender wasn't very keen on working. I was at a table, and she completely ignored me, serving people who had arrived after me at the counter. I had to get up, order, and serve myself. I was even polite and cleared the table. I paid, and she didn't even give me a receipt. The worst thing is that I ordered a soy cappuccino and felt bad because the lady must have used cow's milk. Well done! I hope she's just an employee.

30/06/2025: Worst piadina ever, piadina with still raw dough and a very thin layer of salami despite it being the rolled version so with more filling. The same franchise has another store in the city and it is definitely better, the piadinas weigh twice as much. You are only saved because you are in front of the station. I am very annoyed to have spent 10 euros for two slices of bresaola

28/06/2025: A good spot for a quick bite or to grab a piadina to go. Conveniently located near the train station, it’s ideal for a fast and casual meal. The restroom could definitely use some renovation, but otherwise, everything is just fine.

28/08/2025: I had the Jalapeño 2.0, very spicy but good. I went on a Monday night and the place was practically empty. The decor is simple but elegant, with a Tex-Mex feel. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Overall, a good experience. I'd go back perhaps on a busier night to see the atmosphere with more people.

09/08/2025: I won't go into detail: • As for the food, only the appetizers were good. The burger was made of chewy, unsalted meat, and the bread seemed a few days old. • As for the service, one of the girls was very kind in making sure we found a table to our liking, but otherwise, they seemed like they were just making do. Literally at the end of the evening, with three tables seated, it took them 10 minutes to bring us the water we requested. And it must be said that while we were waiting, we could hear various shouts and quite loud laughter. Not a good calling card. • As for the atmosphere, the outdoor seating overlooking the mountains is nice, but the interior is cramped, and the bathroom needs updating, as it's not particularly clean overall and a bit dated.

12/08/2025: Excessively expensive for two cans of Pepsi, and the atmosphere was minimal. It was too noisy and very hot. You can definitely find better.

29/07/2025: Wide selection of beers and appetizers, with the option of oinsa and burgers. Courteous, clean, and very friendly.

24/08/2025: For breakfast, the place is beautiful and delicious. The pastries and desserts in general are very good (I'd add that their pistachio spread is top-notch). The only flaw is the drinks: they're too expensive for their quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks for this reason alone. However, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it is. If they'd lower the drink prices, it would be 5 stars.

06/09/2025: A great place to have a coffee or other drink and enjoy the lake in the sunshine. I can't rate the food, but I didn't try it.

04/09/2025: Nice bar restaurant with a beautiful terrace and view of the lake, affordable cocktails, the food is quite good. Negative point: the service is slow and the server is more than indelicate.
