Bismark delle Langhe was excellent! The menu featured mostly pizzas with ingredients sourced from the Ligurian hinterland. The dining room was packed, but table service was quick. Highly recommended!

16/04/2026: The classic focaccia was excellent, but the cheese one was a little less so, honestly. There was a variety of products, but the wait time and packaging were lacking. We ordered five trays of focaccia to go—we'd specified they'd be a few hours' drive—and they arrived with the outer paper soaked in oil, staining everything around it...the greaseproof paper around the focaccia was missing.
