A typical trattoria along the Savona dock. Everything we tried was delicious, with special mention for the stuffed anchovies and the mussels. Generous portions. We ordered five appetizers, three first courses, one second course, one dessert, three Zibibbo wines, and two bottles of wine, for €50 each. Highly recommended!

I had the opportunity to try Osteria delle Mancine, located near the port of Savona. The restaurant is quite intimate inside, but it also has a few outdoor tables covered by a structure that makes them usable even in rainy or wintery weather. The menu offers both à la carte options and tasting menus. I personally chose à la carte and tried several dishes. Among the first courses, the fish ravioli and seafood scialatielli seemed well-prepared, with good-quality ingredients. For the second course, the mixed fried fish—which also includes Genoese panissa—was light and well-prepared, with the fish being fresh. I also tried the desserts, including the jam tart, which I found particularly pleasing in both its presentation and flavor. Overall, I found the quality-price ratio to be fair. Given the size of the restaurant, reservations are recommended, especially for large groups.

Small trattoria with a small heated outdoor area. Well-cooked food. I had a very generous mussels with pepper, seafood scialatelli, and fried fish. It's a shame that toward the end of the service they ran out of anchovies.

A small, well-decorated restaurant with plenty of seating outside. The menu is limited but the dishes are well-prepared. Friendly and attentive service.
