The ravioli with ragù are the flagship of a reference of the La Spezia tradition.
Simple but characteristic restaurant on the historic route of the Via Aurelia, near the Foce pass.
The quality of the courses is excellent, starters always up to par, in particular the small stools with pieces of onion to accompany the cured meats.
Excellent quality vs price ratio.
Strategic location with respect to the Alta Via del Golfo.

the ravioli are excellent, the stockfish and the sirloin with gorgonzola are excellent. Competent and very friendly staff. I add the fried mushrooms. Even stuffed muscles.

I've been there twice in the last 3 weeks. I ate very well and I found kindness and friendliness in the waitresses. Truly excellent restaurant, I recommend their pancakes, ravioli and tripe. But everything is cooked very well. Then the price...a quality/price ratio that is no longer found but at GIRA it is excellent. I'll be back as soon as I can. OPTIMAL.

In search of the typical La Spezia style at the table, we opted for a la gira dinner. The appetizers, with stools and cured meats, preceded an excellent homemade ravioli. Among the second courses, we were surprised by a trio of La Spezia-style white tripe, stockfish with potatoes and stewed snails, a combination of flavors that left us speechless.

La tradizione distingue.... ravioli TOP, tagliatelle Wow. Che dire tutto buono eccellente fatto con Amore insomma una garanzia di Successo, il Mammo e la sua famiglia portano in tavola da sempre semplicità e gusto venite x credere.... e poi ritornerete
