25/06/2026: Ristorante Pizzeria Rita has been a staple and traditional stop for our family for years! Every summer we visit my mother's hometown of Varese Ligure. The owner, Stefano, is the consummate host - kind, quick to smile, inviting and generous. This family-owned restaurant takes pride in their work; passionate about their business. The Focaccia al Formaggio (di Recco) and Tagliata are some of our favorite dishes. Their extensive list of desserts (many of which are homemade) is impressive. The view from the terrace is fantastic as well, keeping the temperature during the warm summer months cool and pleasurable. Highly recommend!

23/06/2026: Truly incredibly delicious pizza. We Dutch were there early, but we are used to that because of the campsite with Dutch people. Atmosphere 4 stars because we were the only ones sitting there for the first half hour haha. Next time we'll go a bit later!

08/10/2025: Possibly the best pizzeria in Framura. Super tasty pizzas and excellent ingredients. If you're looking for a thin, crispy pizza, La Tana is the place for you. Excellent selection of regional beers and local wines. A truly unique location in the Setta district. Open late and super helpful staff.

25/06/2026: Had dinner with 8 colleagues in the outdoor area. Everything was very clean and tidy. Excellent and well-presented food, with some very unique and much-appreciated appetizers. The mixed fried food was sublime, and the grill was excellent. The wine matched the menu. The staff was helpful and courteous. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it!

18/05/2026: Dinner for two. A small restaurant heavily promoted on AI and social media. Excellent hospitality. The location is beautiful, perhaps a little dark given its small size; I'd choose lighter colors. We opted for the tasting menu (€35), which wasn't offered but was requested based on information we'd previously found on social media. The appetizer, first course, and second course were all fish-based. The portions were adequate for adults; you won't leave hungry. Two glasses of wine. Why 3 stars? Three stars for the quality of the second course and for the price of €90, which I think is excessive for the type of fish used on the menu. Regarding the price, it must be said that it's a problem for that part of Liguria as a whole, and not just in Liguria. Unfortunately, places with a significant influx of foreign tourists raise prices like there's no tomorrow. And so a glass of non-prestigious wine costs €7. Italians know what's good and what's not in our country; foreigners just pay.

You can see the nonna cooking from a small window and the food is simple and delicious. Bonus point for the authenticity and the prices I would recommend this 100% instead of a shitty tourist restaurant down in Manarola

17/11/2025: ...very nice and well-kept location, friendly staff, but the food, considering they said the produce is home-grown, was disappointing. The appetizers were nothing special, then we had pumpkin lasagna, a brick without any flavor, like the main course, and pumpkin parmigiana, the same, with the usual lack of flavor. The wild boar was decent. Dessert: chocolate, amaretto, and caramel cream tart.....we couldn't taste any of these flavors.....huh.....the red wine was decent....40 euros each....I don't think we'll be back.
