20/10/2025: First time at Colle, but definitely an experience worth repeating. The service was prompt and courteous, and the cuisine was top-notch. Probably the best polenta with wild boar I've ever eaten.
20/10/2025: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a really bad experience.
The price was really excessive for the quality served.
I won't go into details because I might seem heavy-handed.

27/07/2025: I stopped by yesterday for ice cream. I paid by card, but I couldn't immediately check the receipt because my hands were full. Only later, at the hotel, did I see they'd charged me €11.90 for an ice cream that only cost €3.30! I called right away and they told me to come back the next day. Today, however, I encountered different people (a lady and a gentleman) who were rude (very arrogant and impolite) and refused to refund me anything. A very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I won't be going back even though I live very close by. I made a seemingly simple and routine request, and not only was I not satisfied, but I also received a very harsh and rude response.
I wouldn't recommend this ice cream shop to anyone, given the high number of ice cream shops in Imperia.

18/10/2025: An excellent pistachio croissant, very professional and efficient staff. A wide selection of pastries. We go there with our eyes closed.
26/09/2025: There's no inside space, but a wide selection of pastries and cakes, all excellent quality. The staff is quick and friendly, especially with kids. Highly recommended.

Focacce dure , senza sapore , pizza idem.. io non so proprio con quale coraggio scrivono sull'insegna che sono campioni d'Italia.
Robe da matti.
Sulle pizze non mettono neppure vera mozzarella , ma preparato per alimenti

11/11/2025: The hotel is spread across several buildings, very close to the sea and quiet. It has a large garden. Convenient to the beach. Excellent breakfast. I didn't dine at the restaurant. Private paid parking.
