01/07/2025: Passing through Manesseno for lunch we looked for a place to eat, "le due zie" intrigued us.
The place is not great in terms of location but it is still welcoming, like the "zie".
Given the strong heat and the little hunger, I took a first course because I wanted to try the mandilli with pesto and my partner a second course with side dish.
Well definitely happy with the choice, excellent pesto 😊!!
My partner also really enjoyed his dish.
If you are in the area, Highly recommended!!

06/06/2025: Don't miss this restaurant if you're in Loano. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbor. The dishes are well presented and delicious.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Reservations are recommended for dinner.

01/06/2025: A lovely restaurant. Contrary to previous reviews, the service was fast and the dishes were well-salted.
The waitresses were very pleasant and friendly.
The food is good. The location is lovely. The menu is small, with a local menu for 35 euros or a selection of pasta and a few dishes. The local appetizers are delicious!
The desserts are also good quality.

09/06/2025: We wanted to sit "at the edge," "in the front row" = at an already empty table where used dishes were still lying around. The short-haired female waitress didn't want to clear the table. It was a shame. She reluctantly agreed to do it, but there's really no need to be treated like that. We had asked politely, and it's her job to clear tables. We left the restaurant before ordering because we found the behavior disproportionate.

Had the set menu which was a good amount of food. Very tasty and well presented.
Service was good. The way allergies were listed was very helpful for my partner that has some.
I’d been here 8 years ago and always said I’d come back, glad I did.

15/06/2025: We ate there twice for lunch. The mussels were peppered and delicious, the herb ravioli with butter and sage were spectacular. The staff was smiling and helpful.
06/06/2025: This is the typical Italian family owned place that have NO clue how to NOT make you feel at home 😀 and the food is simple but super tasty.! We love this kind of place and instantly wanted to come back. So we did, and were not disappointed.
If you have to choose one restaurant by the ocean, where you can come as you are - this is it!
The couple that runs it is absolutely adorable and love what they are doing, which shines through in every respect! 🙏👌🥰💪
