15/06/2025: Una bella scoperta in centro a varazze , un bel ristorante con tavoli in piazzetta dove si respira cordialità e buon cibo . Ottime trofie al pesto con patate e fagiolini , e cosa bellissima che si possono prendere mezze porzioni . Se tornerò a varazze ci tornerò di sicuro

03/06/2025: Orata alla ligure immersa in un brodetto insipido accompagnata da un bel bicchiere di Pigato con vago aroma di tappo. Solo il prezzo , però, all’altezza di un buon ristorante.

14/09/2025: Absolutely beautiful restaurant a bit away from the main beaches. The seafood pasta was delicious, wine crisp and cold, service extremely friendly. It’s truly a little gem.

20/09/2025: Good food and good table service. Too bad they wouldn't let me pay with a credit card at the register because they'd already issued a receipt for cash. Couldn't they have issued a new one and left the old one for the next customer?

15/10/2025: Had lunch. We were warmly welcomed by Sara, who recommended the best dishes. The service was fast and very friendly.

05/09/2025: I sat at the outdoor table for breakfast. The waiter, after a short wait, served two people who had arrived after me, even though he'd seen me and ignored me. Unacceptable rudeness! I had to get up and leave.

15/08/2025: Let's start by saying that the staff is uninterested and arrogant (except for the friendly owner). We won't even mention the food, as it was inedible: we ate a rare kind of lasagna with clumps of pasta and the entire sauce was probably expired pesto, boiled potatoes, and green beans as soft as jelly. Then a puccia with tomato (*still had the stem attached) and mozzarella as hard as iron. Then, after the tasting, we had to go to the restroom to throw out the "food," and those had probably never been cleaned. Conclusion: DO NOT GO THERE

03/10/2025: Excellent decor. To my surprise, the latte was less than 2 euros. Seeing the location, I thought it would be more expensive. It seems they bake their own food. They have very attractive and appetizing products.

27/09/2025: Extremely rude, a 40-year Panarello customer, I asked on Saturday morning for a small Panarello cake with zabaglione for the next day. Nothing particularly strange, the classic cake with the classic filling (which they always have in single portions), no strange request, simply one of their classics. Nothing, "you can order, but without the filling." Click. Maybe I should have called a week in advance? I'm speechless; a bakery that supplies so many stores just couldn't make a cake for 6 people with their classic filling. Too little notice, perhaps, or too small. Zero professionalism. Too bad that at another store in the center I was told it's unacceptable that the bakery can't prepare a filled cake if ordered the day before... make an agreement and be more polite with customers. The filled cake is finished. I bet if I'd ordered it from Panarello in Milan they'd have made it for me.

12/10/2025: Given the beautiful location, we decided to stop in for an aperitivo: two crodini, one spritz, and one medium beer (accompanied by a measly bowl of chips) for the modest sum of €37!!! Definitely expensive, I'd say; we won't be back.

22/09/2025: Great pizza, harbor views, and friendly service: simple but perfect.

14/10/2025: I ordered two pizzas with fries at 7 PM, and they arrived at 8:30 PM, costing me €16. They even stained my table with that sauce that made me want to vomit, and I got heartburn. I couldn't finish it. The dough was rubbery and burnt, and the sauce was sour. Disgusting.

04/10/2025: One Saturday evening, I ordered a takeout pizza with two slices of farinata and had to wait about an hour to pick it up, which seems like an excessive amount of time. The pizza was disappointing: rubbery dough, chips on top that were soft as if boiled, and a burnt bottom. The farinata was also tasteless, dry, and soggy. Furthermore, there was a sign on the counter that read, "If you're in a hurry, tie it outside," which honestly made me feel cheated while I waited. A bad experience, I won't be returning.

02/08/2025: Rude staff, old and reused appetizer food. I pay, politely greet the cashier (the only nice one), and am chased by the rest of the staff, who loudly ask me whether I've paid or not.

02/08/2025: Unprofessional service, old and reused aperitif food, in addition to having paid in advance, when I get up to leave the pseudo waiter chases me shouting asking if we have paid: I went back to the bar and showed him the receipt

02/08/2025: at first it was a nice place and was seated outside. Although the service was slow, especially considering the ratio between customer and staff. The shared starter platter was pretty big, infact most portions are big here. Although after starters it took a long time for us to recieve our main courses. The pork was bad and the potatoes were fine. For the pizzas it was mainly okay. The biggest issue was the time between each server interaction. Like i said, very slow service. Portions are filling but you may experience slow service.

04/11/2025: We were tourists visiting the lovely town of Sori and really wanted to try some local food. We’re so happy we chose this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive and friendly. My daughter had Pizza #21 - perfectly cooked, juicy, with a thin and tender crust. We enjoyed the tuna fillet, prawns, and squid - everything was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was a wonderful dining experience, and we’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine!

19/10/2025: It's a shame I didn't read the reviews first and read the owner's responses. I expect anything! >Two spritzes with two bowls of chips, one large and one small, and a small bowl of olives. >We asked if there were toasted sandwiches or tramezzini, but they said only paninis. A loaf of bread with diced ham arrived, divided into three, and I couldn't put a price on it. >Two estathes in a tray and a small bottle of water. Total €39!!! We inevitably asked if he'd refill the chips a couple of times... Inevitable, and I hope it's included in the price, given that the picture outside the restaurant states that aperitivos starting at €9 would include snacks, which obviously never arrived! The treatment was anything but kind; he was already annoyed when we asked if we could sit down. It's a shame we didn't get up when he made a really unpleasant joke about a 6-year-old. I hope this review helps future non-customers.
