21/09/2025: A wonderful day at the beach! And why not end it with a good dinner? I booked and arrived a little early. A table right on the beach (it's the lido restaurant), with a splendid view of the island of Bergeggi and Capo Noli, with the bay of Spotorno and Noli itself. So far, so good. I ordered fried food (anchovies, shrimp, vegetables, calamari (frozen), and my wife ordered stuffed calamari (frozen). I don't understand. You have the sea 5 meters away, and you're serving me frozen products!!!! You charge me 22 euros for fried food! Well, I expect fried food to be delicious and worth returning for. Instead,...,... a soulless fried food (perhaps worth 14 euros). The calamari (3, actually) was 18 euros, meaningless. Wine (a half bottle of Vermentino) was 13 euros. The cover charge was 5 euros to finish off on a high note. Spending a lot and eating well is fine. Spending a lot and leaving disappointed by the absurd prices is NOT.

30/08/2025: It's embarrassing, rude people. Perhaps the right job for them would be to work alone in the archives, away from the public. Terrible, unhelpful, they don't keep separate accounts, and they hang the sign a meter off the ground. How embarrassing.

05/08/2025: We recently moved to Ponzano and tried this pizzeria and I have to say we were very satisfied. The pizza and farinata were very good and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

06/07/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten, I've even found better abroad. I order 2 pizzas, a margherita and a mozzarella, chips and sausage, plus a focaccia with mozzarella and raw ham and farinata... they were supposed to be pizzas by the slice but he couldn't make them for me, so we opted for a small round pan... The pizzas and focaccia were large, I hadn't asked for a large farinata anymore. Ok I pay... the beauty of €42 for 2 pizzas, focaccia and a portion of farinata, I emphasize that I had asked for the pizzas to be small. Margherita €11, never seen such an exaggerated price, chips, mozzarella and sausage €14 and the focaccia €10... the rest was the farinata. The pizza with the chips was uneatable, very raw inside and raw chips, the mozzarella, a block that covered the entire puddle, seemed like icing. You couldn't even feel the mozzarella in the focaccia and the ham was very salty. We didn't even open the margherita because we were disgusted by the one with the chips... the only good thing was the farinata. In the photo you can see the height of the "pizza" and the anemic color of the raw chips. I was torn between coming there directly and leaving that crap outside the door. Except for the farinata, everything went in the organic bin.

05/10/2025: Terrible experience! We waited for the menu, waited to order, and after ordering a salad and brunch, after waiting beyond our limits, only one dish arrived. The other arrived after over half an hour and after much haste...

05/10/2025: Unfortunately, we're forced to write a very negative review. We sat down at a table for an aperitivo at 6:45 PM on a Friday. The waitress didn't give us a menu, much less the option to download one via QR code, so we ordered a Campari with white wine and a prosecco. After a good 15 minutes, our glasses were served: to say that my prosecco was poor would be a compliment, but the most annoying thing was that everyone at the next table was offered small samples, while we received nothing. We waited a bit, hoping for a short delay, but nothing. When it came to the bill, a surprise: €18.00!! We'd like to point out that we're not used to writing negative reviews, but on this occasion, we couldn't resist. I'm sorry, but if we ever return to Albisola Marina, we'll go elsewhere.

17/07/2025: We were disappointed. Due to a mistake in the dates, they didn't accommodate us at all, even though we asked for another date to go. I'm sorry it was our mistake, but if someone had thought of staying in a different period, perhaps the kindness and courtesy of accommodating us a little could have been used as a reference point. That wasn't the case.

29/09/2025: The worst service i ever had. Seems like a family run place. The waiter was ok. However the guy, who appeared to be the owner, while serving others, saw me with a salad and a drink, aggressively addressed me about ordering “just a salad” and in broken english demanded that i leave the place in 20 minutes. In the end the salad cost me more than the price in the menu. I’m sure there are other places with better food and service in the village. The general rating was 2.7, i wish i saw that before i walked in the place.

28/09/2025: Yes, the negative reviews are correct. We were there for the second time because of the good location, and we knew what to expect. But it's really unfortunate that everything is so carelessly dilapidated. At least the breakfast room has been renovated in recent years, but the rooms are at the standard of German "worker's rooms"...! Only the view of the sea and the sound of waves at night offer some consolation. Breakfast can be ordered separately for a fee. By the way, there are no parking spaces; the free public parking lot at the harbor is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff is friendly, but sometimes gives incorrect information, specifically about the parking lot, for example!

28/09/2025: Beautiful location, especially because we could see the sea from our room. The room was really tiny and basic (perhaps a little too basic). However, if breakfast is included, it would be appropriate to also specify in the order confirmation that it only includes cappuccino and a croissant.

26/04/2025: It was an experience that no one should have to try, first of all we had booked for 8.30 and they gave our table to another family making us wait outside so that one could be freed inside. Mostly this table was behind the counter and therefore lost from the others, we sat down and saw the menu which was nice but a little poor, we had to wait 40 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. As soon as we ordered we had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before they came to our table, mostly we hadn't even ordered something impossible, a plate of trofie with pesto which was missing salt, a mixed fry which they gave to another lady and 3 pizzas.

12/08/2025: Mr. Massimo, the host, immediately gives the impression of a typical Ligurian, reserved and reserved. This isn't the case; little by little, the conversation begins, and it becomes clear that he's interested in the essentials. Discretion is a shared value. That said, the establishment is tidy, very clean, and equipped with a pleasant patio. We stopped for lunch once and were served with courtesy and promptness. We'll be back again in September: a sign that La Palma is an excellent reference in the Noli area.

05/08/2025: Terrible experience! We ordered coffee and drinks. Coffee was good, drinks were cold. But something urgent to solve from work appeared and we opened the laptop for several minutes. Catastrophe! The waiter came and literally pushed us out from the terrace with the explanation from behalf of the owner that: “here is a bar&restaurant and you are not allowed to work at the laptop while the other people are in holiday” One star for the taste of the expresso.

24/09/2025: The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. Their homemade brioches are amazing, but I ordered a large cup of barley and paid €2 for it! I ate it standing up, not sitting at a table... Incredible, when all the other bars around here charge €1.50. I'm sorry, but I won't go there anymore.

10/10/2025: First time I enter this bakery, I take some focaccia to bring to colleagues, I tasted it before, I honestly don't know if I like it or not, it's half dry, I think it was from yesterday and it's salty, however the pizza is quite good

04/10/2025: I'm writing this review to RECOMMEND this shop to anyone looking to lose weight. I discovered this Ligurian-themed delicacy—"bakery" would be too much of an understatement—since I retired and have been frequenting Piazza Martinez as often as I did when I was young. All, and I mean ALL, my friends in the square come here every day... and continue to do so. No one is dissatisfied with either the products or the service. The selection is incredible, from the various types of focaccia: Regular, Onion, Potato, Tomato, etc., with the same versions available in the dry version. Bread of all kinds and for all budgets, always fresh and tasty. Shall we talk about the mini pizzas with sausages or olives? Or the actual pizzas? The various savory pies ranging from chard to leeks, artichokes in season, meatloaf, etc., and the brioches?...always fresh and filled to order with cream, chocolate, or jam. I finish with the torcetti and the sfogliatine, I never leave the shop without a dozen or so sfogliatine... Of course, when I want to lose a few pounds, Panificio Giannini is absolutely off-limits to me... so to anyone who wants to lose weight, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT entering the shop. "Abandon all hope of losing weight, ye who enter here!" P.S. The women in the family, starting from the mother and ending with the two daughters, are treacherous: always tempting you with their delicacies, and offering you a piece of focaccia, a pizza, a puff pastry... you always leave with your mouth satisfied and your wallet emptier....hahahaha

11/06/2025: Abbiamo preso 3 focacce a testa per circa 7 euro, buone, che dire, belle unte, sottili ma cariche. Ci hanno servito in fretta e con garbo, le ragazze a bancone sono state gentili e simpatiche, peccato non ci siano posti a sedersi nei dintorni ma è pur sempre una forneria

20/05/2025: Una delle focaccerie più note nel centro cittadino, prodotti vari e molto buoni. Servizio veloce, ben gestito anche nelle ore di punta.
