24/08/2025: Yesterday we had the pleasure of dining at a truly welcoming hosteria with extraordinary food. The appetizer was one of the best I've tasted in recent memory, so rich and carefully prepared. The first and second courses were also excellent. One detail we really appreciated was the attentiveness of the staff: the pasta we ordered was immediately divided into two separate portions, a truly courteous gesture. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and helpful. We will definitely be back again; it was a wonderful experience! ♥️😋👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

21/09/2025: The Infiorata del Pane lunch was exceptional, to say the least. A truly delicious selection of cured meats and cheeses, served with traditional Roman antipasti. The homemade, hand-cut pappardelle with spicy wild boar ragù was truly exquisite, as were the berry cheesecake and the excellent tiramisu. A wide selection of wines, and Chef Massimo is a host who knows how to best advise. Prices are absolutely average. I'll be back soon.

16/10/2025: Old school trattoria focusing on wild game dishes. I had an excellent wild hare fettuccine. I now know was fagiano (pheasant) cacciatore is supposed to taste like! Would happily recommend for anyone looking for rustic, less-common Lazian dishes.

The sidekick waiter is the one who only brings the dishes, for those who don't know. Having heard about this very beautiful place with a lake view, on Saturday I decided to book a table at 5:00 pm. When I arrived at dinner time, there were only tables without a lake view left, and I also accepted the street view, but when I sat down, next to me there were two gentlemen with a beautiful dog who blissfully looked at me from a step away from me. I am allergic to dog hair, but I smiled and turned away, but listen, listen, four people also arrived with another beautiful dog. Moral of the story, I found myself surrounded by dogs. I asked the girl if she could move me to another table and she threw me inside, where the lights were also off... Moral of the story, she abandoned us. We asked for the wine list twice, but no one deigned to bring it. We dined with two bottles of water. The dishes we ordered arrived, but were brought by the waiters. I was ashamed to ask for things outside their range. The service, but it doesn't end there when it comes to the bill, they asked us the price verbally and didn't even give us a receipt, not even a fake one. What can I say, we paid and ran away. I don't think I'd want to come back here to ruin my Saturday night. I personally don't recommend it, too much inexperience, carelessness. I preferred not to say too much because I thought of the fairy tale of the DONKEY AND THE TIGER. I don't recommend this place if you love yourself. There are other places with lake views and they are beautiful and run by people who know their job very well, not improvised. AVOID IT IF YOU ARE A CONNOISSEUR.

28/09/2025: We've lived in the area for years, and for one reason or another, we visited Da Palazzetto for the first time just a few nights ago. We were particularly impressed by the ambiance—both the terrace and the dining room were beautiful—as well as by the good food and the truly friendly service. I'm only giving it 4 stars, not 5, because my steak was a bit disappointing. It was a bit tough and too "stiff." We'll definitely be back, and I hope I can give it a fifth star next time.

The place is immaculately kept, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the food, truly excellent! From the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, to the gnocchi with creamed pumpkin, gorgonzola, and speck, and to finish off with a superb sliced ​​beef, chimichurri cream, and sautéed broccoli. A true delight, everything. I would gladly return 😍

23/08/2025: I discovered it by chance through a YouTuber, and I've lost count of how many times I've been there. The food is excellent, from appetizers to sandwiches. I've tried almost everything and none of them have ever disappointed me. As for dessert, their cheesecakes are out of this world (I don't like cheesecakes). However, every time I go there and they have one that appeals to me, I order it. The mix of flavors they use to create their dishes is incredible... I think it's one of the best places I've been. The girls are very kind and very knowledgeable. I saw the owner a couple of times while we were at the cash register, and he offered us liqueurs or coffee. Prices are between 25 and 30 euros. Honest and fair for both the quality of the products and the quantity. If you can, go there.

The pizza with escarole wasn't bad, and they also have interesting and unusual options. The place is nice and we didn't find it crowded. The prices, in my opinion, are exactly average, not too low or too high. It always depends on what you choose and how much you eat, but in any case, the quality is there, in my opinion.
