29/12/2025: Recommended by a colleague who called the experience "unique." It's the second 1-star restaurant I've tried in Rome and the surrounding area. We weren't blown away by the overwhelming flavors, and compared to the other restaurant, we didn't comment as enthusiastically about the tastes and pairings as we did at the other restaurant. We found some pairings to be inconsistent and overpowering the primary ingredient. For example, the red mullet with red fruit powder. All in all, not a bad experience. But we expected an explosion of flavors that, subjectively, we didn't receive.
21/12/2025: My favorite restaurant: its cuisine is a wonderful journey of flavors and textures, a treat for the palate and the soul, given the warm yet refined atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

The dishes are carefully prepared and truly flavorful, with excellent ingredients and generous portions. One of the best restaurants in Fiumicino.

The most impressive was he offered us a lot dishes which we didn’t order for complimentary. Food tastes were unforgettable. 28/11/2025: Delightful atmosphere, a typical Roman trattoria where you can enjoy traditional dishes as if they were "homemade." We had the mezze maniche all'amatriciana and carbonara, truly exceptional, just like grandma used to make them. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the location is conveniently located within walking distance of the B&B Hotel Fiumicino. My wife and I highly recommend it.

10/12/2025: Discovered during a dinner with friends. The limited menu is a sign of the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Everything is very good, everything is tasty, and you can taste the freshness of the fish. The place is pleasant and welcoming. The quality/price ratio is fair.
09/12/2025: A truly excellent seafood lunch! The dishes were incredibly fresh, and the seafood salad deserves a special mention. The creamy scampi risotto was divine!
Special praise goes to Jerry, our waiter: professional, extremely kind, and always attentive to our every need. Thanks to him, the experience was even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
