21/02/2025: Questa mattina sono andata in questo panificio Nur per prendere della pizza che trovo eccezionale...ma purtroppo a differenza delle altre volte che mi hanno servito con cortesia e gentilezza, ho trovato una signora al banco poco gentile, al dir vero per niente gentile, nel momento che le ho fatto notare che biscotti non doveva prenderli con le mani si è irritata e ha cominciato a parlare sgarbatamente nel suo dialetto...mi dispiace di questo atteggiamento... ho lavorato per tanti anni anch'io nel pubblico e capisco cosa vuol dire...ma se alle 8:00 era già seccata figuriamoci più tardi!

05/02/2025: Lets just start with amazing, unforgettable and flawless. Its hard to find words that do justice to how special this place is that haven't been used in countless reviews below already! From day one having booked our wedding for July 2023 any email or questions asked of Silvia, Cristina and Mariya were answered within 24hrs. Remarkable communication with endless patience if you have many questions like I did. The venue is obviously stunning and you see this on your visits and tasting...but the venue simply comes to life for the wedding weekend and blows way past any expectations. The venue and staff have things so well organised you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding without any hiccups. I lost count of how many people said that it was the best wedding they have been to and that's down to the wonderful staff and the warm atmosphere created in the beautiful borgo. In my opinion its a complete game changer to have all your guests stay on site in borgo. All guests mingle and completely relax and switch off ambling around the venue, dipping in the pool and eating in the restaurant which made all the difference. It was the best weekend of our lives and cant thank the amazing Borgo di Tragliata and its staff enough. Fireworks a brilliant add on...highly recommend!

29/03/2025: Small seafood trattoria with a typical atmosphere that differentiates it from the classic restaurant. The welcome is in tune with the atmosphere: smile and natural cordiality. Two fixed menus at reasonable prices; appetizers (many and tasty) + first course of your choice (€26), same appetizers + second course of your choice (€28). All very good and plentiful! The only small point that does not affect the overall judgment at all: spaghetti with seafood (generous) slightly tasteless. Excellent experience to be repeated every time the plane lands in Fiumicino during lunch/dinner time

Service with attention to the smallest details despite the very high number of customers. All good, I must say. The octopus in the appetizer was excellent, all the first courses were good. Very tender pistachio tuna. We also liked the desserts, the berry crumble revisited but good, the almond semifreddo not bad. All the portions, then, They are really large. They also offered us a liqueur with biscuits and the last treat, finally, coffee with cream, served in cups with a divider to keep the cream separate. I can't say anything about the prices because I was invited, but I know those are pretty good too. Nothing to say, we will be back.

The times I told myself to go and try it are now countless but today, having never been to Fiumicino, during a walk along the long port I saw the Sancho's sign and I couldn't help but stop to taste what are the masterpieces of the Roman pizzeria. It is a pan pizza, low and crunchy, typical Roman, incredibly light. When you have to choose the condiments you can go crazy. The one with the meatballs in sauce is a spectacle. You can perceive the quality of the meat, of the tomato, everything cooked to perfection, tasty, in a word exceptional. Just as the pizza with potatoes on top and porchetta inside is also exceptional. The first thing you think is that it is heavy, like cobblestone, but instead it is a breath. The potatoes are cooked perfectly and their crunchiness adds to the crunchiness of the pizza, but what makes everything magical is the tender, tasty, fantastic porchetta. Lastly, but still very good, even just out of the box, the caress of a "simple" margherita, always crunchy dough, a sweet tomato with mozzarella to accompany it that was as delicious as ever. Truly an experience worth trying and in my case better late than never. Truly compliments, for me the best Roman pan pizza I've ever tasted so far
