08/07/2026: After our flight was diverted, both the crew and the hotel staff recommended this restaurant to us, and we couldn't have received a better recommendation. We were truly satisfied with the experience. The owner is exceptional, very friendly and welcoming: he immediately made us feel at ease, offering delicious small welcome appetizers and expertly recommending the best dishes. The food was truly excellent, with extremely fresh and carefully prepared fish. Each course was flavorful and high-quality. The location is very quiet, well-kept, and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing evening. An experience I highly recommend to anyone who loves good seafood and authentic hospitality. Thanks to the crew and hotel staff for the excellent recommendation: we will definitely be back if we're in the area again!

29/07/2026: The place is beautiful, both for dinner and for organizing weddings, as well as multi-day corporate meetings, as it offers accommodations. For 15 years, Borgo di Tragliata has also hosted a very enjoyable musical event, Woodstock a Tragliata. It's very well attended, as you can see from the photos! Absolutely not to be missed.

The welcome was fantastic, and so was the food: every detail was taken care of to perfection. I couldn't have made a better choice for such an important day! The food is delicious, the fish is high-quality, the dishes are original, well-prepared, and plentiful. The impeccable management, the friendliness, and vivacity of the owner are truly the plus that makes the experience truly enjoyable. If you're from Passoscuro or just passing through, you can't miss out on an excellent meal at this restaurant.

16/07/2026: We frequent the beaches of Passoscuro and stumbled upon it by chance a year ago. Friends and I were looking for a place to have dinner after a day at the beach and we found L'Appizzato. A truly charming little restaurant, the owner, Daniela, is always available at the service. The owner, supported by her niece, is a truly wonderful team, and in the kitchen, the chef, Daniela's husband, is responsible for every dish served... everything is truly delicious. It's now a regular stop, a pleasant place, polite and friendly people, good food at a fair price. I highly recommend it. You'll tell me later...

11/05/2026: A small but very casual place: you order at the counter and, if there's a spot, sit at the tables. We ordered practically everything from the counter... and it was all spectacular. Phenomenal pizza by the slice, light and crispy, with top-quality ingredients. The one that impressed me the most was the amatriciana: I could have easily eaten two more pans. We also had a "frittatina" with truffle, cacio e pepe... it was so good, it was simply illegal. The staff was incredibly friendly. If you're passing through Fiumicino, stopping at Sancio is practically a must.

11/05/2026: Simply the best pizza in the world. It's hard to convey in words how good it is and how carefully selected the ingredients are to create pizzas that will blow your mind. Potato-crusted porchetta (THE ORIGINAL), chicken salad, breaded steak...not to mention the exceptional fried foods. If you've never been to Sancho's, you've never had pizza.

28/06/2026: We had dinner last night for our anniversary. From the outside, it looks like a small place. Far from it. Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor space (where they had reserved a table for two). The place has a typically seaside decor. The atmosphere is refined. We ordered cod and pine nut meatballs, bruschetta with burrata, anchovies, and pistachios, a portion of tonnarelli cacio e pepe, shrimp, and lime, a fried calamari, a bottle of Muller Turgau, two lemon sorbets, and two coffees. Everything was excellent! Roberta is an attentive hostess. The chef knows his stuff. The guys who work with her are knowledgeable and kind. We enjoyed the live Caribbean music (we didn't know it would be there). In short: we had a perfect evening in a beautiful restaurant where the food is truly delicious. Thank you, Roberta, and thank you guys. See you soon. P.S. A little tip from someone who can't cook: I would have preferred the shrimp in the cacio e pepe chopped into small pieces. (-:
