19/11/2025: Old, but nice and very clean hotel with friendly staff. Close to the beach, has parking lot. 20 mins to the airport, ideal to relax before a long flight.

06/11/2025: This is a great hotel with an ocean view. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly. There's a fridge and hot water, the breakfast is delicious, the beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The heater wasn't working, so I asked, and a young gentleman kindly explained that the heating starts at 8:30 PM. -> It was still cold at 10:30 PM, so I went to the reception, and an even kinder gentleman brought a portable heater to my room. 👍 I think the young gentleman got off work at 8:30. 😂

14/09/2025: The staff were very friendly, but the wait was really long; they served us after the people who arrived after us. The pizza dough wasn't very good. Prices were average. The Jefferson, at €7, was too expensive.

12/07/2025: The beach is nice, but it's a shame it's so poorly managed, allowing people to play football among the umbrellas in a reckless manner and disturbing all the other beachgoers, who are forced to leave their seats without the lifeguards saying anything... it's a real shame because the other services are good!

01/07/2025: beautiful establishment, clean and prepared for everything. Different loungers depending on how big you want it, bar always stocked and fast, restaurant that prepares amazing dishes and the lifeguard always careful to whistle. A beach as it should be. There are bathrooms for both men and women and showers with even changing rooms to change into your swimsuit.

26/08/2025: I rarely write entirely negative reviews, but this time I can't help it, especially since when I read a 4.4 rating for a restaurant, I definitely expect something completely different. We returned to this restaurant a second time, wanting to give it a second chance, given that the outside area is pleasant, but everything else...definitely not recommended. We sat down at 8:45 PM, and the pizza arrived at 10:54 PM! The last time, too, the wait times were long, but this time they were significantly worse. The service staff, who should be friendly and reassuring with customers in the event of delays, were decidedly surly and arrogant, lacking a shred of humility. I'm sorry to say this, but the passion for this profession and the hospitality...which was not there, absolutely does not shine through.

25/08/2025: Every now and then I return to this little restaurant located in the beautiful little square of Maccarese. I went for dinner on Saturday evening with some friends, and we had a great time. The menu features a seafood menu, homemade pasta (the tonnarelli allo scoglio was excellent), artisanal desserts, and an excellent selection of wines. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: The food and service was excellent. I came incredibly early for dinner service, and would have understood being turned away. However I was seated, and given reasonable notice that my food would take a little longer than normal because of my timing. The staff was kind and offered recommendations. I appreciate how the restaurant owner doesn't tolerate obnoxious guests and won't hesitate to call them out on their behavior. I can't wait to come back!

18/01/2026: Excellent food, fast and friendly service but it varies depending on the operator, I can't give my best because there are no placemats that were requested several times, only one napkin for the whole meal, the place is slightly dirty, there is always some cutlery missing, furthermore the app doesn't work well and I couldn't upload the receipt

12/07/2025: Great experience! The platter was generous and truly delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients. The spicy fries, kindly offered, were a pleasant surprise. The pumpkin focaccia was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and recommended an excellent red wine. The chef works in the open kitchen, with great skill and speed. We'll definitely be back!

10/06/2025: Sono stato in questo locale sulla Darsena di Fiumicino per un pranzo e purtroppo non mi è piaciuto nulla di quello che ho ordinato, dell'insalata di polpo, durissima con patate mezze crude, allo spaghetto alle vongole senza sapore e mezzo crudo, ai crocché al gusto d'olio...mai più grazie!

13/05/2025: We were not fooled by the very kitsch location and we went in. It was quite late and we appreciated the fact that you could still have lunch on April 25th. The service was kind but inexperienced and a little inattentive... I had to ask for a plate several times to share the dish with my partner and a plate to throw away the empty clam and mussel shells. There was a lot of fish in the pasta, excellent flavour for our seafood scialatiello. The fried calamari and prawns were very good, the prawns were much larger so the cost was justified. Prices were still above average, especially considering the water and the service which make your bill rise a lot. You decide whether to go, the food was still very good.

18/08/2025: This morning I went for breakfast but it was a real disappointment, frozen croissants and a watery coffee cream..... I don't recommend it for breakfast

23/10/2025: Rip off, 3 weeks ago I was here with an aperitivo of spritzes and they supplied a plate of snacks without us requesting, this was great, now we are back in Rome Parco Leonardo and they have charged us $17:00 Euro for the SNACKS!
