24/10/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten. Instead of pizza, I got tortilla dough with some vegetables. The worst ever, I don't recommend it at all.

24/02/2026: We went to this restaurant last Sunday and it was a NIGHTMARE experience! Not just for us, but for everyone who was there. The food was terrible, served after a 2-hour wait, and we all left and sent it back because it was inedible! The pasta with clams was sour and smelled bad! The next table had been served with expired wine! ABSURD!! So many tables left without paying for the disgusting food! We received a bill for almost €700 (there were 10 adults and 10 children; the kids only had a plate of pasta, and we had a few appetizers (bad!!) and first courses (sent back!)... We obviously refused to pay that amount, especially since the bill also included dishes that NEVER arrived!! So they deducted what hadn't arrived and what we'd sent back, and we ended up with about €360. But paying €36 per adult was still ABSURD considering the awful food and the appalling service. So instead of leaving without paying, like almost everyone else did, we left €100 just for water and a cover charge! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

23/02/2026: The worst experience ever. Not just for our table, but for all the customers. We split the children's dishes because the others never arrived. After more than two hours and forty minutes of waiting, the first dishes arrived completely frozen, stuck together, and inedible. We returned some dishes for this reason, and they never returned. You could see waiters wandering around with plates in hand, having no idea where to go. Some orders never arrived. In the end, I accepted a different dish than the one I ordered to eat something, but I immediately left it because it was completely inedible. At the cashier, instead of apologizing, they embarrassed us with an astronomical bill. This is the first negative review I've left, but I think it's necessary.

31/12/2025: I've been there several times, and the Fiumicino Autogrill, for better or worse, is exactly what you expect before a trip. I always experience it as a must-see: crowded, suitcases everywhere, near-constant lines, and that slightly frenetic atmosphere typical of airports. The place is large and reasonably bright, but when it's crowded, it becomes chaotic, and finding a seat is a small achievement. The food is average for Autogrill: nothing memorable, but not disastrous either. Sandwiches, pizzas, croissants, and coffee do the job, though the prices are decidedly high for the quality. I must say, I've always found the coffee to be decent, while the savory dishes sometimes seem rushed. The staff depends a lot on the time of day: sometimes I've found them friendly and quick, other times more hasty, probably overwhelmed by the constant comings and goings. Cleanliness is generally good, but at peak times, the tables stay dirty longer than I'd like. In short, for me, it's a "service" Autogrill: convenient if you need a quick bite to eat or drink before leaving, less so if you're looking for peace and quiet or quality. It's fine for what it is, but don't expect too much. A place of transit, just like the travelers who pass through it.

06/10/2025: We were cheated out of 10 euros, we received goods we didn't order, we were supposed to get a refund of the difference within two days, nothing like that happened, we will definitely not use their cafe again

22/03/2026: We ordered a typical appetizer and our menus. A first appetizer, though meager, arrived without explanation, and we assumed it was ours. When a second appetizer arrived, we asked which one it was and were told that it was our correct one, while the first was a mistake. The employee, after consulting the manager, asked us if we wanted it. Thinking the first course would be deducted, we accepted. In the end, both appetizers were charged. The rude manager refused to correct the error, claiming that a refund would penalize the employees. Only after threatening the finance department did he arrogantly throw 10 euros on the counter. We gave that money to the employees, because with a manager like that, their hard work was worth it. The overall experience was extremely negative. The manager with the accent is Eastern European.

23/02/2026: I have never eaten a sandwich like this, dry, dry inside and badly cooked and worse seasoned burgers, they seem like wood, now I understand why it was empty, awful!

20/12/2025: A very quiet and relaxing place, with generous dishes featuring quality cured meats and dairy products. The entire staff is very friendly and professional; I highly recommend it to everyone.

10/12/2025: I arrived at 10:30 sharp and they told me they cleaned the scrambled egg machine?! Crazy! The staff was rude and impolite.

THE RUDEST PEOPLE WE'VE MET IN 2 WEEKS OF TRAVELING IN EUROPE! 4 taller girls were talking instead of serving customers!!!!! Only one shorter girl was working, preparing food. We, and several others, waited for 10 minutes for any of the three useless girls standing 4 feet away to recognize the fact that we were asking for food! Then the head girl in the picture ignored us while we were trying to pay, so long that my food got cold!!!!!! She was 3 feet away!!! Seriously? THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE HER AND HER FRIENDS, THE TALLER GIRLS, THAT WERE IGNORING EVERYONE!!!!

05/11/2025: Going there because it's close to the gate It's so tasteless~~~ You should be thankful that you can make money because it's close to the gate. They're rude to part-time workers and their expressions turn serious when you speak English, but they're even worse to regular people ㅋㅋㅋㅋ They throw coins in the trash ㅋㅋㅌ If you find it annoying to earn money while working, just quit and stay home and lie downㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ쌱발앙쌱뚬횬

21/12/2025: The service staff of this restaurant is easily one of the most unprofessional ones I have ever seen. The service is sloppy, and the staff gets rude and nasty if you they don’t hear you say “hello” or any other variant of that word. I do not recommend this place at all.

17/12/2025: Very disappointing experience – stay away!! The coffee was awful, honestly undrinkable. The service was terrible – rude, unprofessional, and completely careless toward customers. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.
