22/05/2025: Di ritorno da un viaggio all'estero, prima di riprendere la via di casa, con un collega mi sono fermato a cena qui approfittando anche dello sconto con The Fork (-50 euro, regolarmente applicati). La cena è stata eccellente, qualità altissima per tutti i piatti di pesce fresco: ottimi sia gli sfilettati, sia i paccheri che la grigliata. Prezzo onestissimo per la qualità del cibo.

09/09/2025: I visited Spuntino and I have to say that the location is rather basic, but I personally didn't have a bad experience. The fish appetizer and the seafood main course were good. However, not everyone at my table was equally satisfied. The waiter was kind, friendly, and helpful, but he said something that left me perplexed: he suggested everyone order the same type of pasta, so that the kitchen could work more efficiently. I find this approach a bit limiting and unprofessional, especially if you want to offer a good customer experience. I hope they can improve on this.

14/11/2025: I had pizza for dinner, which was excellent and huge, and supplì, which, besides costing a whopping €3, was truly disgraceful: overcooked, and the mozzarella was still frozen. Truly despicable, it completely ruined my rating. There's also something to say about the inside seating, but it was still acceptable despite the humidity...

09/11/2025: A truly wonderful experience. You can tell there's commitment, passion, and authenticity behind it. Everything is carefully curated, yet without overdoing it, in a simple and genuine way. Five stars because you can sense that there's something genuine here.

16/11/2025: We had a good time. The food is good and the location is pleasant. Considering it's semi-self-service, the prices aren't high, but the quality of the food is. The girls are a bit too serious, but overall they offer good service.

14/08/2025: A facility with great potential that could offer much more, unfortunately compared to other nearby establishments that offer more or less the same things at somewhat high prices, including food prices. As you can see in the photo, a very humble lunch at a plastic table (two adults, a 5-year-old, and a 1-year-old) ended up costing me over €80. The icing on the cake was the behavior of the supposed owner's wife, an arrogant, rude woman who is completely incapable of dealing with the public at work. From the morning we were at the cash register to pay for admission, and subsequently on the various times I went to the bar, I always heard her complaining about everything, both to the establishment staff and to her husband. In particular, the episode I want to report is that at lunch, as shown in the photo, I was outside with plastic tables in the shade and my ONE YEAR OLD daughter at that time had a very delicate problem involving her very red private part, my wife laid her down for three seconds on the sofa near our table (not a restaurant), without removing the diaper, but just to check if everything was okay as the child was crying, at which point we found the lady who, feeling like a noblewoman who looks down on her subjects, told us that these things are not done in public, despite my wife explaining why, he continued to the end undeterred in wanting to be right, until my wife, already irritated by the state of our daughter's health, was forced to get angry, where there was an exchange of unpleasant comments. From that moment on, despite having paid over €200 for the beach, pool, and restaurant entrance fees, we were harassed by the noble lady. She sent the lifeguard to the beach to check if our umbrellas and loungers were as good as they were at the beginning of the day. After a while, the whole family went to the pool, and she again disrespectfully approached the pool attendant to ask her in front of everyone else if we had paid for the pool. Obviously, we had paid, so everything was in order, and at that point she couldn't say anything else. Finally, when we left the beach earlier than expected because I just wanted to leave, she didn't even respond to our greeting at the entrance, but instead looked at us with a sarcastic smile. I'm so sorry if she's not the owner, as this woman makes a bad impression on an organization that isn't like her, but certainly better. Unfortunately, despite having spent a fair amount of money to spend a relaxing day, we weren't at ease the entire afternoon, but were simply more irritated and stressed than when we left.

29/07/2025: Simple menu. Well-cooked food. Good quality ingredients. Clean and well-maintained place. Prices are too high. It's hard to justify a €3 coffee. We're on the Roman coast, not in Saint-Tropez or Porto Cervo.

10/11/2025: A typical McDonald’s like many others in shopping centers, though unfortunately with a few noticeable downsides that make it a rather poor choice. The McCrunchy Chicken sandwich was Ok, but definitely worse than the McChicken, which wasn’t available here. The Coke was fine, and the fries were the usual McDonald’s quality (thankfully served hot and crispy). The staff was friendly and fast. Cons: - The sandwich was assembled so poorly that half of the ingredients fell out the moment I tried to take it out of the box (the other one as well). - Prices are far too high for Calabria, which is supposedly the “cheaper” part of Italy. - Paying extra for ketchup with fries is just absurd (some McDonald’s franchisees do that). Overall, this place only makes sense as a quick bite before a flight from the nearby airport if you’re leaving in the afternoon/evening (when most restaurants are still closed) and you have a car. Other than that, I don’t think it’s really worth eating here.

28/08/2025: We had a very good fried fish, the pizzas were standard but the mozzarella on top was of poor quality and it hardened instantly and we had to remove it because it was indigestible.

19/08/2025: You can really feel the real Italy here, excellent food, friendly service, it looks inconspicuous but the quality is excellent

15/11/2025: I spent two hours wandering around Fiumicino at night looking for a place to eat. I didn't speak Italian, and some fishermen recommended this place. When I saw it was open late at night, I was thrilled. Mateo spoke to me in Spanish and took my order. The ham and cheese sandwich was piping hot and delicious. Thanks to Mateo and his colleagues.

27/07/2025: Durante il mio soggiorno all’Hilton di Fiumicino, ho deciso di cenare al ristorante Le Colonne, anche un po’ per necessità dopo aver scoperto che una corsa in taxi fino al centro di Fiumicino (appena 3 km) mi sarebbe costata ben 35 euro a tratta. Non ero disposto a spendere 70 euro solo per spostarmi, soprattutto considerando che la qualità del cibo altrove sarebbe stata probabilmente la stessa. Con piacere posso dire che il ristorante dell’hotel è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il cibo è buono, ben presentato e con ingredienti di qualità. Il servizio è eccellente, cortese, attento e professionale – davvero all’altezza delle aspettative per un ristorante d’albergo di questo livello. Se proprio devo trovare una nota meno positiva, direi che il menu è un po’ limitato in termini di scelta. Tuttavia, l’esperienza complessiva è stata più che soddisfacente. Consiglio questo ristorante a chi soggiorna in zona o è di passaggio all’aeroporto: comodo, piacevole e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando il contesto

22/07/2025: Almorzamos y cenamos aquí durante nuestra estancia de una noche en Roma. El personal de camarero fue fantástico en ambas ocasiones. Fueron muy amables y serviciales. Tres de cada cinco miembros de nuestra familia están libres de gluten y tenían pasta y pan sin gluten para que disfrutemos. La ensalada de quinua y ribeye eran fantásticos! Esto fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba para un restaurante de hotel.
