29/07/2024: Molto carino e semplice, buona soluzione preconfezionati tipo insalate varie, buono il bicchiere di frutta fresca. Ma attenzione: 2 spritz 14 euro, ok, per favore Aperol (no Campari). Ok. Un beverone di colore rosso un po' troppo acceso, sapore indefinibile, tra il dolciastro e lo stucchevole. Tutto tranne uno spritz, men che meno con Aperol. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non si comprende per quale motivo un posto semplice e onesto debba screditarsi così. Preparare uno Aperol spritz non può diventare una contraffazione con chissà quale liquido dal colore improbabile e dal sapore decisamente sgradevole. Eravamo clienti. Peccato.

04/07/2024: La settimana scorsa ho festeggiato un anniversario con amici in questo delizioso ristorante sul mare. Servono solo il pescato del giorno, per cui la qualità è ottima, l'accoglienza è calorosa in un contesto semplice ma curato in ogni particolare. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

16/03/2025: I tried the Margherita at Taverna Paradiso, and it was pure perfection. Sometimes, simplicity speaks the loudest, and this pizza proved it. The crust was everything you could ask for—light, airy, with just the right amount of crispiness along the edges. The tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful, striking that perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The mozzarella was creamy and melted beautifully, complementing the rich, bright notes of the basil scattered generously on top. Every bite felt fresh, comforting, and deliciously authentic. It’s proof that when you use quality ingredients and treat them right, you don’t need to overcomplicate things. Taverna Paradiso definitely knows how to make a classic shine.

26/02/2025: Stay away from this place. Aperitif of two drinks with half a cold "pizza" paid 27 euros!! Passed off among other things as an "aperitif formula", instead they were two separate things. So a drink is 10 euros without even two peanuts or chips included like anywhere in the world. Then the undrinkable cocktails only tasted like pure alcohol. Never again, a sad place without even a bit of background music.

02/12/2024: Good morning, I went last night with my husband to this pizzeria where I have been coming to eat a pizza every now and then for several years... it had been a long time before I went back, I wanted to read the other reviews and I was a little in disbelief at what they wrote about the ingredients, prices and service because I didn't remember it being so poor, in fact it was my favorite pizzeria. We entered, and they put us at the entrance door even though I had booked the day before but this can happen and ok... We open the menu and in fact the prices have increased, they brought the wrong pizza, luckily my husband wasn't allergic, because they removed the ingredient and brought it back, but anyway the sausage was from the discount store. Mine had frankfurters with some moldy pieces...luckily everything went well because I'm pregnant. We only took water because the prices are absurd and even 2 euros per service each, We are not in the center of Rome, we are in Frascati. We will definitely not come back again also because 30 euros cannot be found on the floor, if I have to spend at least I would like to eat well... yes, it's true that the pizzas are large, but they fall apart when you take them. This is not a criticism but a piece of advice on how to make a place where I've always felt good run at its best. I'm sorry there was such a drop in quality and an excess of prices.

07/01/2025: Tuvimos un fabuloso plato de ternera para la cena y nuestro servidor, Enzo, era absolutamente increíble. El servicio fue impecable! Tanto Enzo y el gerente, Michele, fueron maravillosos. Recomendamos encarecidamente este restaurante y estos dos caballeros.

24/03/2025: Lunch for parents with children. everything is very nice, there are also some games to let the children run around free and have fun together with other families. Food cooked very well and at the right time. The only flaw that left a (very) bad taste in our mouth is that after paying a bill of almost 1000 euros, before leaving we asked for a bottle of water which arrived immediately afterwards together with the post.... who strictly made us pay 3.50.... I WILL NOT RETURN JUST FOR THIS, but everything was very good, well done.

11/01/2025: Este restaurante se encuentra en un hotel en un barrio que es algo menos que atractivo. El hotel en sí es muy agradable. Lo que uno nota durante la hora del almuerzo y la hora de la cena es que el lugar está completamente lleno con cada mesa menos una o dos que se reservan con antelación. Para los italianos llenar un restaurante es toda una declaración sobre la calidad de la comida que se sirve. El servicio es lo que uno esperaría de un establecimiento de lujo. Significa que los servidores son verdaderos profesionales. Algo tan simple como nunca cruzarse delante de ti hace una declaración sobre el calibre del personal. La comida en sí, absolutamente deliciosa y preparada y presentada por expertos. Dudo mucho que te decepcionara cenar aquí.

08/03/2025: This evening my partner and I came up with the unhealthy idea of ​​ordering a pizza for dinner... at first we wanted to order via Just Eat then we also thought considering the proximity to the restaurant that by ordering directly we would save the Just Eat surcharge. On the phone the staff seemed very friendly, after 40 minutes the order arrived (from Just Eat it took 15-20 minutes). However, after all this time, the wrong pizzas arrived, we called the place again and they told us that the other people had kept our pizzas and that they would make them again for us. After another 40 minutes, the pizzas arrived, one with 4 cheeses but it was only parmesan and the tongs were everything except the buffalo and cherry tomatoes... the terrible aubergine meatballs, they were simple potato croquettes with pieces of aubergine inside, furthermore their much praised dessert is as bad as everything else. They told us that we should order at the restaurant…. In the end we paid more than the app, in addition to the fact that through the app they offered us a free beer with the order. Very low quality, we know the pliers and the one that arrived was anything but pliers... if we had read before ordering perhaps we would have saved ourselves. I hope at least that those who ate our pizzas liked them more than us... I am modifying the review to give the manager the opportunity to compare the offers. Nb every now and then instead of scrambling with childish excuses and borderline polite responses, it would be enough to grasp the criticisms which can also be constructive rather than responding in a grumpy way.

07/03/2025: Questa sera a me e al mio compagno ci è venuta la malsana idea di ordinare una pizza per cena… all’inizio volevamo ordinare tramite Just Eat poi abbiamo pensato anche considerando la vicinanza al locale che ordinando direttamente avremmo risparmiato la maggiorazione di Just Eat. Telefonicamente il personale sembrava molto gentile, dopo 40 minuti è arrivato l ordine, ( da Just Eat dava 15-20minuti). Comunque dopo tutto questo tempo sono arrivate pizze sbagliate, richiamiamo il posto e ci dicono che le altre persone si erano tenuti le nostre pizze e che a noi le avrebbero rifatte. Dopo altri 40 minuti, arrivano le pizze, una ai 4 formaggi ma era solo parmigiano e la pinza tutto era tranne che la bufala e pachino… le polpette di melanzane pessime, erano semplici crocchette di patate con dentro pezzi di melanzane, inoltre il loro dolce che tanto decantano è pessimo come tutto il resto. Ci hanno detto che ci conveniva ordinare al locale…. Alla fine abbiamo pagato più dell’app, oltre al fatto che tramite l’app ci offrivano una birra omaggio con l’ordine. Qualità bassissima, conosciamo la pinza e quella che c’è arrivata era tutto tranne che pinza… se avessimo letto prima di ordinare forse ci saremo salvati. Mi auguro almeno che chi ha mangiato le nostre pizze le ha gradite più di noi.. modifico la recensione per dar modo al gestore di confrontare le offerte. Nb ogni tanto invece che arrampicarsi sugli specchi con scuse infantili e risposte al limite dell’educazione basterebbe cogliere le critiche che possono anche essere costruttive invece che rispondere in modo scontroso.

My experience was catastrophic. Every time I have ordered, something has been missing! Yes, you read that right: every time! It doesn't matter if it's a burger, a drink or a side dish, something is always forgotten. The result? Someone is left without dinner! It is unacceptable that a company like Mec Donald, which should be synonymous with quality and reliability, can fail so miserably in its delivery service. My family and I have lost faith in this restaurant and will never order again. 06/04/2025: In Fregene it has been a certainty for many years and this time too it has proven to be up to the task. Fresh and always excellent food. Now the choice has also improved: more variety and the organization has also clearly risen to the next level! The tables close to the sand are also excellent (humidity permitting!)

14/11/2024: Excellent food, restaurant open all year round (temporarily closed). Very large and spacious beach, well equipped with a large bar. Very kind. The environment and furnishings are reminiscent of the oriental one. I had been years ago and I really liked it. This summer I found it a bit in decline but I know that just in November they closed for renovation. It will reopen on December 8th and I will definitely be back to see the new version and to stop for lunch
