18/07/2025: After having 5 days of Italian food, eager to have some asian before the flight. Got this restaurant from Google and I did try, a ramen+ a Korean beef with rice. No luck, after waiting for 20 min, food was not coming but seeing others having their orders. Went to check, after 3 min they said my order was classified...! Then another 10 minutes wait to get my dishes. Ramen too salty but beef was good. So I give 3 ⭐

10/05/2025: Siamo stati al Casale Traiano in occasione di in compleanno.. che dire posto MERAVIGLIOSO.. immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal mare. Appena entrati ci si trova catapultati in un mondo verde pieno di fiori profumati..è presente in “percorso” per ammirare piccoli e grandi animali, galline anatre asinelli.. per non parlare dei dolcissimi coniglietti.. Il cibo è a dir poco eccezionale.. sapori perfettamente mescolati tra loro. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi ricco e ben presentato. Abbiamo assaporato la carbonara con uova “locali” e il suo sapore ancora è presente nelle papille gustative.. da non trascurare la gentilezza e la simpatia del personale.. sempre gentile, sorridente e simpatico ma mai invadente. Torneremo sicuramente

07/05/2025: Posticino incantevole ben tenuto e curato con animali e tanto verde. Sembra di stare in un borgo incantato. La gentilezza dei ragazzi che hanno preso la nuova gestione del posto è straordinaria ( Daniele e Alessandro sono stati squisiti, pazienti e cordiali sopratutto con la nostra bimba). Il cibo buono e ben presentato. Torneremo sicuramente, bravi ragazzi!

24/06/2025: Two intense days, those at the Patio. We arrived for an aperitif, we turned it into dinner, the next day we returned for brunch and sea. The quality of the fish and its processing make it an excellent place. The place is nice, between the patio and the beach, the staff is polite even if numerically below the real needs: sometimes you wait too long. But when the dishes arrive you forget the wait. Excellent wine list. Prices are a bit high, but average for Fregene.

16/06/2025: We ate yesterday in this restaurant on the sea right on the sand, the spaghetti with clams was very good but even better was the special of the day, gnocchi with pesto, shrimp and courgette flowers, the pesto was really good, definitely homemade, you could taste the real basil, the fried calamari was also good, I recommend it!!

30/04/2025: Personale veloce e gentile, i piatti molto buoni e la cucina propone piatti del giorno di pesce altrettanto buoni. Location sulla spiaggia, locale piccolo ma accogliente

28/04/2025: Emiliano è il top del top !! Siamo stati benissimo e nonostante fosse il 25 aprile e il ristorante fosse strapieno, sono stati veloci e la qualità del cibo era ottima ! Già prenotato nuovamente per il 4 maggio !! Grazie

01/07/2025: beautiful establishment, clean and prepared for everything. Different loungers depending on how big you want it, bar always stocked and fast, restaurant that prepares amazing dishes and the lifeguard always careful to whistle. A beach as it should be. There are bathrooms for both men and women and showers with even changing rooms to change into your swimsuit.

05/05/2025: Sunday, uncertain weather, what do we do? Tyrrhenian!!! Trattoria on the seafront, simple, clean, excellent value for money, relaxing atmosphere, no frills, you come here only for the fresh fish and to feel at home. Spaghetti allo scoglio excellent as usual, pulled just right, crispy and light frying, friendly, simple service, but attentive to the needs of the customer, even our 4-legged friends! We will definitely be back!!!

10/06/2025: Excellent Roman pizza and Roman-style first courses!... fast and welcoming service! Spacious and welcoming place! Also used outside for the summer months! Easy parking and numerous parking spaces! Great for families!

26/03/2025: Mi sono recato in questo ristorante con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti misti della casa, un carpaccio di manzo con funghi champignon, una porzione di abbacchio e quattro bistecche danesi. Premetto che la carne era di altissima qualità ma purtroppo era cotta malissimo. Avrei voluto avere un confronto con il ragazzo del banco, bravissima persona e alla mano, ma purtroppo il conto da 250€ mi ha lasciato senza parole… Spero vivamente che il titolare abbia sbagliato qualche calcolo.

29/06/2025: One star because it is not allowed to give zero. Unfortunately, an experience that never started, certainly not because of the customer. I would like to point out that, while we were out for a walk in Frascati, we were looking for a restaurant that offered typical Roman pizza and our attention fell on Pinocchio, despite the not too positive reviews, directed by some of my family members who had served us years ago. Let's start with the fact that there is no telephone number to contact the restaurant; we went there in person at 8:15 pm, and asked the person who seemed to us to be the owner (or manager) if we could book for 9:00 pm, which was not granted because, according to him, he could not guarantee us the availability of the table. After taking a short walk, we decided to trust the restaurant again: we went to the entrance and, patiently, we waited. The waiters (young guys) didn't even bother asking us a question, also because they were busy with work (perhaps the amount is too much for just two guys); the owner (or manager), who came out, gave a condescending look, telling one of the waiters that we needed a table, however when two other couples arrived he made us step over, without a reason. After waiting for more than a quarter of an hour standing, we opted for other shores... I invite the owner/manager, as well as all the staff, to carefully reread and reflect on the phrase uttered by the Talking Cricket to Pinocchio that has the conscience as its object, to improve the offer of this historic place.

22/05/2025: Di ritorno da un viaggio all'estero, prima di riprendere la via di casa, con un collega mi sono fermato a cena qui approfittando anche dello sconto con The Fork (-50 euro, regolarmente applicati). La cena è stata eccellente, qualità altissima per tutti i piatti di pesce fresco: ottimi sia gli sfilettati, sia i paccheri che la grigliata. Prezzo onestissimo per la qualità del cibo.

18/05/2025: Posto magnifico, lontano dallo stress, immerso nella natura pur essendo alle porte di Roma. Tutto ottimo, bell'ambiente, servizio impeccabile composto da giovani educati e gentili, piatti curati e molto buoni.

04/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in 2 in questo agriturismo e l'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La location è incantevole immersa nel verde con una zona spa che rendono l'atmosfera ancora più rilassante e accogliente. Il punto di forza è la cucina però grazie ad uno chef italiano con piatti che si distinguono per creatività e qualità con prodotti freschi del territorio ben presentata e ricca di sapore. Molto interessante anche la sala dedicata ai vini.Il personale è stata preparato anche se l'unica nota negativa è stata l'attesa un po lunga tra un piatto e l'altro tuttavia il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.Tornero' per provare anche altri servizi offerti

03/07/2025: I knew this place because the pizza was delicious and Neapolitan. Tonight, while we were sitting, we discovered that they changed management a couple of days ago. We ordered 2 margheritas because from the look of the 2 owners we felt like we were at the Addams family's house. Terrible pizzas. When we got to the cash register they even told us that we had to pay in cash. Just for the record... when customers arrive they have to be notified in advance of the POS malfunction. And if we didn't have cash they held us hostage?????? Scary

15/06/2025: Rude staff and not up to the task of running a restaurant. After having had misunderstandings between the dining room and the kitchen and not having offered us adequate service rather than finding a compromise they started yelling at us. Really bad experience.

08/12/2024: La comida era increíble. Algunos de los mejores durante nuestro tiempo en Italia. Lo valoré más bajo porque era la única vez en nuestras tres semanas en Italia que podíamos decir que no apreciaban nuestro negocio. Supongo que porque no éramos locales. Eso es una pena porque realmente es un gran lugar para una comida, pero no acogedor.

17/05/2025: Gente agradable, servicio rápido, comida completamente aceptable. Pero (y hay un “pero” aquí) , también un lugar muy caro para los turistas (y probablemente los estadounidenses en eso) 9 € por una copa de vino es un poco más o menos en cualquier parte de Italia, y 8 € por una botella de agua es, bueno, «robo a la luz del día Mi consejo, tomar un taxi a Fiumicino (la ciudad) - usted comerá MUCHO mejor, y pagará mucho menos...

08/05/2025: Fantástica cena y servicio de Enzo y sus servidores en nuestra última noche en Italia. Él fue muy amable y agradecido de nuestros intentos en el idioma italiano y por compartir algunas fotos de nuestra familia. Esperamos volver a pasar por allí siempre que nuestros viajes nos lleven a Roma. ¡Ciao!
