22/02/2026: I chose Fraschetta two days ago after reading the reviews. Reservations were required for Sundays. I tried it today, and I have to say it was the right choice. Small but well-kept, with a homey atmosphere and very polite staff. The dishes are well-prepared and plentiful, and the prices are fair. I almost forgot the clean and tidy cold cuts and cheese counter, and of course the porchetta is the star. I tried it and I'll definitely be back.

The desserts were also disappointing, nothing special, giving the distinct impression that they were packaged and not fresh. The service, unfortunately, was poor, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. To make the experience even worse, the prices were decidedly exorbitant for the quality and offerings. 05/12/2025: Quite good, pizzas of all kinds, quick orders, even take-out.

01/11/2025: I never thought the food would be so good at a sports center! We went mainly for the wood-fired pizzas (a rare find!) and, I must say, they were delicious!! I also had the pasta, which was equally good! The bruschetta with porcini mushrooms was divine!!! They also do meat and sandwiches, and the look is very inviting! It's always very busy (we've been back). The pizza prices are a little higher than usual, but the quality makes up for it, big time!!! One piece of advice: the desserts could be improved, not much choice and very simple. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful! See you next time!!! 😜

02/01/2026: A restaurant with a true Roman fraschetta atmosphere. However, behind the excellent service and smiling waiters, we found a carbonara with touches of perhaps raw bacon and an egg "a frittata." The appetizers were nothing special. The uniquely shaped biscuits were charming.

30/12/2025: We were on the veranda, and I felt a bit chilly, despite the gas stove near the table. The seating (wooden benches) was a bit uncomfortable. The place is very rustic, a typical Roman osteria. We had the porchetta sandwich, which was excellent, as were the gnocchi with both ragù and truffle and sausage. I tried the mutton arrosticini, which were very good, as was the berry crumble. If you like the typical atmosphere of the Castelli Romani restaurants and the simplicity, this is a great place.
